Riviera at Seaside has been a wonderful place to call home. I did everything online, as I moved from out-of-state and the process couldnt have been easier! Additionally, upon my arrival, I found the amenities, friendly residents and staff, and well-maintained grounds have made the experience better than I couldve imagined.

I have told everyone NOT to move into this horrible apartment which made me very upset because I was so looking forward to moving to this wonderful neighborhood. The place was not only filthy but you can barely get a signal. I was shown the model and told my apartment would look exactly the same and it looks nice like the model. The concrete floors are gross compared to the model. The ceilings are not high. Theres a ginormous tube running across the ceiling that looks hideous and I wasnt informed before signing the lease. Honesty, I have so many complaints, I dont even know where to start but the cleaningness of the apartment was definitely the worst Ive ever seen.

Great location close to shopping, nightlife, restaurants and the beach. My unit is close to the pool and the noise is unbearable sometimes. Management doesnt enforce the pool rules, so Ive been woken up almost once a week with people swimming, yelling, partying at 3 am.

Location was main reason for moving to this community. Shops and restaurants nearby make it very convenient as everything is walking distance. Amenities are well maintained as well as the grounds. Have enjoyed living here.

I loved living at the riviera at seaside apartments. The location doesnt get much better. Just walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Walk to target or Harris teeter. Everything you need right at your finger tips! The best of all is the beach that is minutes away! The community at riviera is unmatched!

Poor maintenance management. Great location. Three bedroom is very nice. Im at beach in 6 minutes. Nice restaurants one minute walk away. Target and Harris Teeter short walk. I would recommend they hire a maintenance manager who manages and communicates.

This is my first apartment experience it was a decent experience, mike in the front office was really the only helpful one. I do believe these apartments are overly priced. Given the appliances and square footage of the apartments. There is no real room or closet space. No real storage and the water in the shower is low in pressure

Moving from out of state can be a stressful process, but the management team at Riviera made finding a home very easy and stress free. Their great communication and willingness to answer any of my questions made me feel really comfortable with the idea of living here. Since Ive moved in I have nothing but good things to say - having a comfortable place to live in a nice community definitely makes the adjustment to a new city a lot easier!

We moved here in august and have loved living at the Riviera. We have a dog and there is so much space to walk here. Everything is maintained very well and we are likely going to renew our lease but just move into a larger unit this summer.

No better place to live!! Excellent residence, amenities, staff, location. Safe and clean environment. Community activities each month are great. Central to everything, three miles from beach. Excellent walking trail, park. What's not to love??

My friends all live downtown or in JI so I am constantly being told to move to those areas to be closer - yet when they see where I live and hear the rate I pay they realize how stupid it would be for me to leave! I love this apartment and dont plan to leave until I am ready to purchase an actual home - as far as moving to another apartment complex, it truly cant be beat. It has everything from convenience to style to amenities. Other apartment complexes just dont even come close. I love taking my dog for walks around the nature walk too or just chilling by the pond on pretty days.

"Riviera at Seaside is a welcoming apartment community. The staff in the rental office is very professional, yet friendly. Every time I have had a question or concern, it has been handled quickly. I appreciate how clean the common areas are kept. The Maintenance team is wonderful. They respond to maintenance calls promptly and do all they can to fix the problem. I also think it is wonderful that the community relations staff plan activities each month for the residents."

Upon move in this apartment was very dirty, there was gum in the tub caked on food and grease above the stove and under the kitchen cabinets, dust in here in the corners of the bathroom, et cetera. There is water damage in many areas including areas that usually should not have any. All in all this apartment is very junky; this place looks like it belongs in a low income community.

Riviera at Seaside Farms is a great place to live. There are walking trails, a variety of restaurants, and some nice shops too. The staff is very kind and attentive to any needs that may arise. I highly recommend living here.

Such a great apartment with great amenities. There is a great fitness center not that you need it because the elevator goes out regularly so you get your cardio in. The only thing that it lacks is a dog park but don't worry you can just let your dog pee and poop in the hallways and run around without a leash on. Don't forget about the staff, if you have any problems they are quick to respond and tell you they are so sorry. Not that they fix it just that they are sorry so you know it is all a wash. They are almost as pleasant to deal with as talking to Comcast about your bill. Don't forget about the awesome acoustics, you can be as loud as you want there is no pesky sound proofing between the apartments to muffle your noise. Such a great place to live.

I love living at Riviera! One of the very few locations in Charleston area where you don't feel cut away from the infrastructure. Besides being walking distance away from town's best restaurants residents can enjoy one of the many parks and ponds, running and biking trails. Apartments are modern and spacious, most of them offering lots of natural light. Maintenance is always on point - timely and efficient. Staff is nice and responsive. Overall - I've had a great experience here so far and would definitely recommend it as your next home in Mount Pleasant!

Good I just wish the ISLE of Palms connector was not so loud...............but we love the restaurants and shopping. We also like being able to walk to grocery store and ride our bikes to the pool. I do wish the debri in the pool was cleaned more frequently

Great for singles or young couples that work all day. Not a good family environment or for anyone that needs to sleep during the day due to working at night. When we first moved in, over 3 years ago, it was great. It has gradually gone down since then. People don't care how they park their cars inside or out, they don't care where they leave garbage, they don't care if management has asked 100 times not to bring home carts from Harris Teeter, they don't care where or how they park their bicycles, motorcycles have taken over the garage and the fact that I have to live with a family of 4 utilizing a refrigerator the size of my dorm room in college during a national pandemic is comical. Limiting exposure to the outside is of the utmost importance but even though there is space for a grown up refrigerator, Greystar decided to save a buck and put mini-fridges in the apartments.

Smoking in this building that penetrates my apartment is an ongoing problem in this non-smoking community. I would not recommend Riviera until the smokers either stop smoking or leave the community. I rented in this community because I have serious pulmonary conditions and this community is advertised as a non-smoking community including requiring the execution of a "non-smoking amendment" with the lease. This has been a challenge since at least November 2019 when I initially began documenting it. Then it was finally taken care of, it seemed, and the smoking stopped in March 2020 which is why I renewed my lease. Then, on June 19, 2020, we received an email indicating we have a new Community Manager (Michelle is awesome, as was Taylor) but the smoking started on June 19, 2020, stopped for a week and began again June 24, 2020, and continued until yesterday. I don't know about today yet. Please either make it stop or do not advertise this community as non-smoking. Sincerely, Margaret M Cox
