Move-in was somewhat difficult due to staff not being available. Other than that, apartment itself is in great condition and everything has been great. Management/staff have been very helpful. Amenities are great. Location close to ideal.

This place is awesome! Really great amenities, great staff who are super friendly and help with as much as they can! Pool is so beautiful with 3 nice grills! The hammock garden is a nice place to go if you're looking to relax. As for the unit super clean with nice appliances and good space.

For being a brand new community, this place is running like a well oiled machine. Starting when I first walked in, to my move in day, to any move in questions, my expectations have exceeded. Would highly recommend this beautiful complex to anyone.

Great location and beautiful, well appointed apartments. The amenities are top notch including a large pool and hot tub, grill area, cabanas, outdoor televisions, large workout room with an area for yoga.

My experience has been great! The maintenance team has been wonderful! I had an issue with my washer (faulty electrical board) that was beyond what he was allowed to do due to warranty and he made sure the washer company got here in a timely manner and that I had a way to wash clothes in the mean time! He was super nice and went above and beyond what I was expecting!

Selene is AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL. Livia and I'Yana were amazing as well and so informative and patient. I would recommend anyone to go see them to learn more about Selene @ Sayebrook! 10 out of 10!!! My experience with them was amazing and they 100% made my decision!!

Selene apartments are very modern and nice. The location is amazing,close to everything. I just hope that they are more open about dog park and spa are still under construction before we sign the lease. It is not really deal breaker.

Great staff who were very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Community is great and will be perfect once construction has ended. Look forward to using the charging station and chipping green once completed. Area is close to everything you need and under ten minutes from surf side beach. Definitely picked the right place to live

I love my brand new apartment with extremely oversized closets and a very nice open floor plan. The on site staff is pleasant and very accommodating. The amenities, including resort style pool and hot tub is very nice and activities are emailed weekly. Complimentary fitness classes a PLUS!

Luxury leasing … light years ahead!!!
My wife, Cheli Grace and I are relocating from South Florida to the wonderful area in Horry County, SC. While we are searching for a new home near Myrtle Beach, SC and awaiting the sale of our home ( right on one of the TRUMP NATIONAL golf courses !!!) we decide to lease for a year and some, to make sure we find the perfect home for us. I wasn’t expecting much, while my wife kept saying…”Selene… Selene… wait until you. See it !!!”, since I had my doubts about any rental unit, but I agreed after speaking with Abby, and seeing on line, all the amenities offered… and bran new!!! Well, needless to say both my wife and I are in love with Selene, RKW RESIDENTIAL’S new luxury leasing concept. Cheli and I appreciate the nice things in life, but this type of luxury being offered at a leasing concept style of living… wow, totally light years ahead!!!!… and we might stay longer!!! MAT

Everything was right there in walking distance which was very nice. They staff was super nice and the whole vibe was very comforting. Very informative about everything and helpful throughout the process. The pool and gym was very kept up with and clean. The other people living there were very nice and seemed to be very comfortable and happy there.

It's an absolutely beautiful community, and the area is conveniently located near anywhere you'd need to be. We moved here because it's closer to our work. It's already a very busy area , but they're still finishing up the remainder of apartments as well as building more homes behind it. Wonderful area, just expect to leave substantially earlier for when you need to be somewhere on time.

So far, my experience has been incredible and I am loving my new community. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with my questions and helpful in getting everything I needed together in order to make my move-in smooth. My apartment is beautiful and both me and my dogs are very happy.
