Cherry grove is a great place to live

Jack and Amber have made living here amazing, I have been here for almost a year and am very excited to renew. The maintenance team is fantastic and help me out whenever I need it. I absolutely love living here.

So far so good. We have had a good experience when getting or application started to moving in. When things go wrong they are taking care of in a timely manner. It is a quiet place to live. So like I said so far so good.

Home Sweet Home

I have lived here for awhile and I absolutely love it. The office staff is amazing and always very helpful. Jack answers all my questions and Amber is very helpful as well. The Maintenance team is absolutely fantastic and we are very lucky to have them.

Cherry Grove is a great place to live and the staff has been absolutely amazing. Jack and Amber are very helpful and the maintenance team are great. I am very happy to live here and will be for the foreseeable future.

It is a nice place to live. I do have a couple of things I don't like. The dumpster for trash. First they need more of them and Secondly, it is nasty and always overfilled, flies and the smell. The four buildings here it isn't enough to have just one dumpster. I don't like the elevators, they smell and are dirty. People put out cigarette butt's in elevator and common hallway. The complex should get ashtrays infront on elevators and common areas. It's dangerous for ppl to put out cigarette butt's out everywhere, It could start a fire.

Rent has increased tremendously. The maintenance crew is as quick as can be BUT I have waited several months for the ceiling in my bathroom to get fixed. It has yet to be fixed and I put the work order in in June

It's been fine except exterminator does not come until after 5 when I am at work not good since I have a dog they don't come in. If they were more availability it would be nice also not being told until too late to change schedule

Tour was Great

Jack was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed us a unit that was very spacious and he did a very good job at answering all our our questions. We’re looking forward to the next steps of moving in.

Very Happy with Move-in

Jack had our sign in very easy and stress free. Would recommend him for his patience and knowledge. Very excited, the move-in process has been smooth and we have a beautiful apartment that we just moved into.

I love living here. It's very peaceful. I have nice neighbors. Everyone in the office is friendly and willing to help. The apartments are spacious. If you ever have an issue maintenance is on it. Great place!

Outside building are nasty and disgusting. I own a pressure washing business and have tried multiple times to clean the outside. The inside are nasty. Bugs crawling through the vents and walls. Trash and dog ---- left in the stair wells. I can't believe I pay 1700 a month for this.

Cherry Grove Commons is a nice quiet place to live and Management has made this possible. We are close to all shopping, the Ocean and Myrtle Beach. If something comes up that requires any form of communication or maintenance the office team is right there. I highly recommend living here and enjoying North Myrtle Beach.

No complaints with the exception of the garbage location and handling. It is hard, I know, but there has to be a better, more attractive entrance and not the garbage. There is at least two better locations on the property....all good otherwise.

We have been pleased with our apartment, feedback and response from front office. The staff do try to keep the place nice and clean but residents do not make it easy for them always. It is family friendly complex, will hear noise during the day but I do not hear noise during night or late weekends. Love the elevator. Love having exterminator service. Close to beach.

I'd feel safer if there was security around or gates. Drunk people laying on the street when kids are around is unacceptable. Keeping it gated could help prevent that from happening as well as help residents feel safer.

Everybody is very friendly, sometimes the neighbors above us stomp too loud at night but it's okay. I don't like that the elevator smells like dog all the time and the trashcans are always full and smell up the entire parking lot. We've had problems with water coming down from the light in the bathroom and our a/c unit had our floor flooded. Issues need to be resolved in a timely manner for the amount of rent that we pay to stay out here.

Office staff very friendly. Maintenance staff overworked so the community suffers for it. Inside the apartment nice and roomy. The grounds could use cleaning more often and the bugs are ridiculous. I've had 2 roaches living in the clock on my stove for 9 months that they can't get rid of.

Staff is very friendly and maintenance is good. Have had problems with air conditioner. The presence of the smell of weed coming from apartments needs to be taken care of. So people speeding thru the complex and throwing trash on ground around the dumpster its disgusting.

Perfectly located in NMB. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and hospitals. People are friendly here and our neighbors are great. Management staff and maintenance go out of their way to make sure the residents are taken care of. Management holds several cookouts and holiday parties per year. Pool is great.

Poor management in the front office. Maintenance only has 1 worker out of 3 that will actually fix your problems. (Shout out to austin) roaches upon moving in that persist unless we constantly ask for pest control. The scheduled pest visits should be monthly but they come about every 2-3. They double charge for renters insurance as well. Don't recommend unless you have NOTHING else as an option. Been here 6 months and can't wait to leave
