Very nice upscale complex. The apartments are well fitted, with granite, gorgeous kitchens and new washer/dryers. The community has a very gum, exercise area, coffee bar and library. The pool area is very nice.

The office staff made the whole process of moving in easy and efficient. The apartment was clean and neat for the most part as we moved in. The complex is kept clean and orderly. The staff also responds to questions and concerns quickly.

Smooth move in experience! Apartment is beautifully set up and community is well kept and quiet. Maintenance has come and was very helpful and friendly along with the office staff who was very helpful and understanding after a mixup on my end.

I think my move in experience was great and I really like the place. Everything is new and up to date. The only thing I would say is the extra fees like water and trash are higher than expected but other than that everything is good !

Great, very friendly. Clean and has nice amenities. Located just outside of the main roads so it is nice and quiet. The buildings are new and they do a wonderful job of landscaping. Would recommend!!!

Great community so far. The staff was extremely helpful even before I decided to move into this particular apartment. There were small particulars that I had about preferences that weren't even deal breakers but they found a way to still find an apartment with the features that I like.

Nice community and great staff. Apartment is nice, just wish they would've invested in sound proofing when building. I hear every single step from the people above me and can hear the music and tv from the people below me. It's difficult to call this a luxury apartment complex when the main luxury of peace is not available.

This place is a great experience since you arrive, Tiana has been a sweetheart and very nice to me, she is super friendly, very professional and answers all my questions. The apartments are super nice, when they handed me the apartment it was very well equipped, the space is well distributed and in very good condition, they received me with such a beautiful gift. This place is the best! It is super beautiful, full of happiness, it is super clean, the social area is incredible, they have coffee, computers where you can work, the gym is well equipped, the pool is incredible, there are many things to do, it is perfect to relax and still stay at home. They are pet friendly, and have a good area for pets. This area is super safe. I was looking for a place like after having a bad experience with my previous apartment and I can really relax here and feel at home at Hawthorne At Summerville. I recomend it to you 100% . Also I recomend this place to militarys member, after your duty day you will relax here!

I knew I would select this property when the they offered Cranberry Juice during the tour. It was a sign from God lol. The apartments are affordable, great location, spacious, and lets not forget BRAND NEW! Stephanie and team were friendly throughout the entire process.

Great location to downtown Summerville and stores. Overall color scheme and appliances were appealing. Great amenity features such as lounge, pool, and Starbucks machine. Great that they allow pets in the apartment.

I'm glad I made the decision to move to Hawthorne at Summerville. Other than being a brand new apartment complex, the staff members were very professional, helpful, and friendly. The apartments have plenty of storage space. I was actually considering moving into another apartment complex, but it was Hawthorne's move-in promotion that made me decide to go with them. Couldn't find a better deal. So far, I'm loving it.
