Beautiful facility with friendly, professional staff. Maintenance staff responds quickly and fixes things professionally.Grounds are kept very well. Spacious apartments, high ceilings with excellent lighting.

One of the pleasant community which I found in Franklin, Tennessee. But MAA apartments lacking with few features like children play park and out door play grounds like Tennis and Badminton's court etc. community majorly focused on DOG's park

Bad, when I request maintenance of something it takes 1-2 weeks to fix it. It used to be done on time, but now everything changed. The building is very old, you can see spiders and other insects, Also on the website, and office manager says that you have access to the clubhouse 24 hours but in reality the office closes after 6 pm.

Everything has been great except for one barking dog which has been more quiet lately. The staff is great. The facilites are wonderful, and the property is very well maintaned. The trash sometimes is a little smelly but that to be expected.

Wonderful location! Very clean with great landscaping! The staff at MAA care about their residents and work hard to make this community home. The residents here at the apartment complex are friendly and very professional. I plan on staying here at MAA for as long as I can.

MAA Cool Springs is a lovely place to live! The amenities are so nice and accessible, and maintenance is quick and effective. I feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. The leasing office is great at communicating and the workers are very welcoming

Great experience but the rents keep increasing yearly and thats the only pain point Considering the longevity, if the management could decide to stop increasing the rent on yearly basis, it would be great

The wall is pretty thin and noise from other apartment is obvious sometimes. Also the structure of building cause amplification of the noises. For example people walking up and down the stairs and even the way they walk.

For the most part it's been a great place to live. The staff fixing things has been poor lately. I keep having to repeatedly call to fix important things, such as my master bedroom toilet (I had to call 4 times). He came the first 2 times, fiddled with something but didn't permanently fix it, so I had to keep calling. My electricity in living room & partially in kitchen went out yesterday. I called yesterday (they didn't come) I had to call again today. She came but was obviously irritated. The other men have a better attitude but she didn't. If someone is coming into my home they need to get their attitude kinder.

Pretty good. No major complaints. The mail box sheds are not kept up and look quite bad. I don't have 200 chapters to type so this is really annoying and should not be part of any survey but I'm going to just keep typing nonsense.

I have never had any complaints. Management strives FG or the very best and the communication they provide to the community is above and beyond. They are the reason there is an established sense of community throughout the complex.

Its really nice community. Love the greenery. Happy with service request turn out time. They really do a good job. Office and Maintenance staff is really caring and helping. All grocery stores, Costco, Entertainment is in 3 miles of radius .

Lived here 8 years!
Still the best apartment complex in Cool Springs. 8 years I have lived at the MAA of Cool Springs and when my lease renewal came up this month I checked out all the new apartments in the area. Rents keep going up and the promise of hardwood floors, new carpets and appliances were tempting. But I soon realized that though other floor-plans at other apartment complexes looked nice they were a lot smaller or higher priced. That would not have been so much a deterrent as the issues tenants faced at other places with A/C units being to small and freezing up, elevators braking down, faulty fire alarms going off, construction noises, maintenance taking 6 weeks, appliances being cheap. In the 8 years at the MAA in Cool Springs maintenance has always come either the same day or the next, fire alarm only went off one time by mistake apart from the annual testing, the office and management has always been friendly, helpful and prompt in answering questions. 8 years of perfect care! Too much to give up!!! The apartments are well insulated, quiet and top quality. Lots of storage, spacious, and the landscaping is beautiful with lots of treesā¦Ā See More>7/19/2024

Wonderful experience so far. Hoping to see the fire pits amd fans working by the pool. Also the speakers out by the pool. Would also appreciate new dishwasher as the one we have is old and amd doesn't work very well.

it has been great! the community is very swell, as well as the location. the pool is very nice as well as all of the staff that i have talked to. the only issue i have is people knocking on my door at odd hours of the early morning.

Great experience, extremely helpful and thoughtful staff and kudos to maintenance for getting everything done in an efficient timely manner. The look of the lawns, plants, and trees are also very appealing. Love the pool area and grills, though they are often dirty from residents not cleaning them properly, but always work well. Wish the car wash wasn't always broken lol

Honestly a pretty good area with little to no disturbances from the neighbors. Well maintained landscape and buildings. The communication from the office has been wonderful since I moved in back in Spetember!

I love living here. I have noisy neighbors though. And someone is always smoking pot, ALWAYS! This must stop! Other than those 2 things, this is a great place. I have lived here 3 years and 1 month. I plan to stay another year.

Overall it's been good. Neighbors. Maintenance. Location. Layout and price. Front office has been a problem occasionally. I love the location and design of my space and most residents agree. Services like pool and gym are great. Grounds look great except snow removal was absent.

During the SNOW season, many people fall and are cleaned up by the tenants/ Themself.?There was no support from the maintenance team. Why is it not possible to add salt in advance? I also slipped and fell in front of the leasing center. If you had informed us ahead of time that the maintenance team would not be putting salt down, we would have purchased it and placed it in front of the house and possible paths.

Good location. Friendly staff. Large dogs allowed. Residents well behaved. Apartment is small and expensive and walls are thin. Kitchen cabinets are minimal. Blinds are terrible. Trash should not be by the pool.
