Great place!!

The move in was smooth on such a short notice. The management was extremely helpful throughout the process. The community is quiet and located in a great neighborhood that is not too far from the city. Kudos to Tera and Brittany!

Prior management was disappointing, and I didn't feel like they had enough bandwidth to assist. The grounds could use some pest control and clean the breezeways, maintenance has been consistently responsive. I would have to say our current manager is excellent and goes above and beyond and then some!

The best apartments in Hermitage!

I cannot say enough good things about living here! From the moment I moved in, the entire experience has been exceptional. The apartments themselves are modern and beautifully maintained—you can tell a lot of care goes into the upkeep! We also love the community events they host that make it easy to meet your neighbors and really feel at home. We have been here coming up on two years and will be renewing again.

I have had the pleasure of living at The Aria since they opened. With any new property, you can expect some hiccups, but any that arose were handled with ease. Management and maintenance are wonderful. Safety has never been a concern. The only downfall is that amenities are limited to the pool, which is seasonal. At the price point, I do wish there were other amenities, like a fitness center, but if that's my only complaint, I'll surely survive.

Exceptional

So much to say I been out of space so I will make it quick. The office staff and Maintenance is beyond exceptional. If your looking for a great place to live look no further. This place is definitely home. From the phone call to the move in no complaints. I've been here after relocation almost a month. When I say this is like Family away from home. I really feel comfortable safe and at Peace. Let me not forget awesome neighbors so far from the few I have met. Homes look exactly as advertised and 1 car garage way bigger than I expected. Different events for tenants in the office. I am so Thankful I made the phone call to the office that day. Oh and let me say I was out of town and trusted my gut instinct as well as Tera.

Overall the move in process was seamless and it has been great since me and my roommate moved down from out of state and with a direct route it makes getting downtown not a hassle overall the staff have been helpful and easy going overall as well

My experience has been favorable for the most part. I wish there were benefits to being a tenured tenant (ie; maintaining rent amount) instead of throwing the numerous events but overall, Its a nice, pretty quiet community.

FED UP

This is regarding the sister property Heritage Hills Townhomes ajacent to the ARIA. It has been since mid January that the dishwasher took a dump. The initial inspection by the MM founded as a new unit was needed as there was ZERO power. While waiting on the replacement to happen I called to F/U since no contact after appx 10 days and was told that the MM was coming to address the issue yet thinking with a replacement but he was forced to come and assess the problem again as if it fixed its self. Fastfwd 7 a new unit was ATTEMPTED to be installed yet the crew just left the unit with zero communication if completed or not. Call the office to follow up and was told they had to go to loews for a part yet didn’t return until 3 days later. We'll guess what still nothing and now it's been well over a month the new unit was left just hanging outside of its space, unsecured and definitely just a place holder at this time. This is the 2nd time it has taken over 30 days to fix something so simple. The company would rather be cheap and use in-house vs getting a certified contractor that knows what they are doing instead having MacGyver play operation in hopes of getting the matter fixed right the 1st time. The rent is substantially high to be a recipient of this type of treatment and services. I hope this can be resolved before April efficiently

Nice place to live, not as quiet as previous years, but still great place to understand why their has to be a minium of comments on this post! Since they've built houses at the end of the street the noise level and traffic has increased speed bumps need to be put in jow.

Since living in the hermitage hill townhomes I enjoyed living here until rent was increased with no notice until resigning lease. The lease was provided the same month my lease was expiring which left me no choice but to renew my lease. After I renewed my lease a series of car break ins started in which the leasing office did not notify the neighborhood of and multiple people suffered from stolen items and a car jacking. Since the car break ins the office has not helped with police reports or attempts to identify those who are responsible for these break ins. Since the car break ins it is difficult to feel comfortable in my own place.

Heritage Hills is a good community, the only problem I have is the property keeps on changing hands, 1st property management team restructured twice and the whole property changed companies, twice. It was a lot of changes in how to pay, how to contact and put in repair request in. But it's been a good home for years.

Great Place to Live

I live on the Condo side and Love it. Quiet place to live. I have not had any major issues since moving in, in October. The small ones I have had have been taking care of expeditiously. Management/Maintenance work great together to make sure we are happy with any work that may need to be done. They have monthly get together’s in the office to bring the community together which I think is great. COME GET YOU ONE OF THESE.!!

For the most part it has been satisfactory. Sometimes management doesn't respond as expected. We recently requested new carpet after residing here for 8 years. Management only offered to clean the carpet. We always pay rent on time and hardly ever require maintenance outside of normal upkeep.

I love apartment it's look just like the pictures. The office staff was so friendly and answered every question I had. The only thing i don't like is how the trash can is always full. Other than that I haven't had any other we please get gym !
