I absolutely love the staff here! Everyone is always so friendly. I never feel like I am bothering anyone if I have questions or maintenance concerns. The property is quiet and well maintained. I love that the office frequently hosts little celebrations to give people a chance to meet their neighbors and just have something to do to get away from the monotony of life. It's the most pleasant apartment living experience I have ever had!

Overall the layout of the apartment is nice! Noise from neighbors is a low rating for me. There are days where I look forward to coming home after work to rest and neighbors noise is sometimes unbearable.

I love living at Five Oaks. My apartment is cute and comfy. I feel safe here. And the office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. It is a quiet neighborhood. The staff organizes fun monthly activities. The workout rooms are well equipped (need wipes though to clean equipment after use) and the pool is lovely. I hope to stay at Five Oaks for awhile.

It's quite the biggest draw back is we aren't allowed to park in the parking lot because we have a garage. So we are having to constantly move our vehicles. I live first and get home 1st. So im having to move my vehicle all the time. For what we pay we shouldn't have to move vehicles at all hours of the day and night.

Fantastic place to living I love it here!! All the staff is like family . Love having my garage attached to my apartment very secure and safe. Pool and grounds are very nice .i plan on renewing for a seventh year

Friendly and professional staff. Monthly fun and coordinated community events. Luxury at an affordable price. Pets are acceptable. Beautiful pool with grills. Fitness center has a lot of equipment for use.

In my four years living here, management has changed several times. The most recent management company has been the best so far, although there are some nickel and dime fees that seem excessive such as trash and pet fees that are in addition to their monthly rent.

I do not like it. Parking is horrible, there is not enough spaces in front of each building to accommodate all the rooms they have. Work out equipment is broke and does not work properly. I do not like living in apartments. Walls are then and stink of dog pee. There is dog hair all in the hallways that track inside your apartment. I've seen dog ---- not picked up. People throw there trash all around the compactor and leave it a mess. I would never recommend living here.

Apartments are nice. Management is not willing/able to enforce rules & each manager (we've had 3 or 4 different ones) makes rules up as they see fit. Parking is very sparse throughout the complex. Maintenance is quick to fix things. However our microwave nor dishwasher worked when we moved in and it was a huge problem getting them replaced. People leave garbage in halls & they smell like cat feces & urine. Our mailroom has been broken into & everyone's boxes/packages were stolen. A lock was put on the mailroom door to prevent this from happening again. New management removed the lock.

Initially, this complex was managed with a standard particularly for pet owners. Tenants who had pets had to register said pets with the office and submit a DNA sample to ensure that they would pick up after their pets. There were heavy fines with leaving behind dog waste that kept the grounds relatively clean and free of dog poop. Since WestShore has taken over, there doesn't seem to be any process for keeping this in check and as a result, dog manure lies in green areas, sidewalks, and elsewhere which creates a risk for disease for both pets and humans alike. This has yet to be addressed even after WestShore collected fees for each pet supposedly with the intent to manage this issue. Further, there are no posted speed limit signs, speed bumps etc. to help regulate the speed that people travel through the complex. Many of the residents drive at unsafe speeds way above the 10-15 MPH norm for complexes like this. When you mention this to the front office, their eyes glaze over and talk about all of the priorities they have ahead of this. I'm wondering when the safety of residents stopped being a priority if it ever was. When we moved in here, we were told that a dog park was in the planning as well as gated entrances for security. Now, as there are two ways for ingress/egress for the property, many people who do not live here use the complex as a detour to the convenience store on Lebanon Road. There is NO restriction to access to the complex and leaves residents unprotected from individuals coming on site with intent to break in, park and sell substances, etc. I believe leaving this unaddressed will lead to worsening of potential crime incidences at the property. As for now, rents remain reasonable comparative to other locations which is a plus but, I'm concerned that the above issues are leading to the deterioration of the property and will move such toward a more low income community that will foster crime etc. The maintenance staff are friendly and issues are handled in a timely fashion. Also, we've had some infestation of roaches and the exterminators have been working on this. We are not sure where the roaches are coming from since we keep our apartment clean and picked up but we have had them. Even though the extermination efforts seem to have reduced the amount of roaches seen, we are still seeing a few from time to time. We have communicated with the office management and they have been responsive to having our apartment treated however, I feel that a broader approach for our whole building needs to be taken to ensure success.

My wife and I moved here to get away from all of the bad influences of the big city i.e. drugs, crime, etc. We really didn't mind slightly paying above rental market at that time for a nice, quiet, drug & crime free place just for peace of mind. I really wished things would have stayed like it was. Honestly when the new owner's took over things changed a lot, and that's how I'll express that subject.

My experience at The Point at Five Oaks has been the worst I have ever had in my time as a renter. This is the first time I have ever willingly chosen to move elsewhere. The maintenance crew displayed inappropriate and flirtatious behavior toward women on the premises and often avoided entering units if a partner was present. Upon moving in, we discovered numerous issues, including mold behind the water heater, mold in the showers, and mold beneath the dishwasher area, which had been previously removed. These and other problems were reported but not addressed by management. The staff have been consistently unprofessional and rude. They allow underage children to operate vehicles and side-by-sides on the premises. My car was struck by an underage driver, and I have nearly been hit on multiple occasions while walking. There is also a constant odor of marijuana throughout the property and frequent, excessive alcohol use.

Great quiet community. Love the layouts and don't have any issues with parking. Residents are friendly and the residence is close to shopping areas. The only drawback is no pet park and people don't always clean up after their pets. No other issues, love it here.

ever since we moved in all the rules changed or have never been enforced. the dog breed restrictions apparently never existed, you pay for a trash service then it gets cancelled, the dumpster stays overfilled with garbage, there are no stop signs or speed limit signs, people drive so fast through the parking lots. visitors park wherever so paying tenants struggle finding parking and have to walk far. it's a no smoking facility but it smells like weed constantly everywhere. just downright sad. i'll never rent from them again.

Communication here is very terrible. Not only does the company have a bad reputation with tenants but even outside vendors. At first I liked staying here but there's always some ongoing issues . The way this company is ran in due time there will be new ownership. This company needs a course on ethics and customer service.

Parking situation is absolutely horrible. I feel like I have to park on the entire opposite end of the parking lot because of how many vehicles are in general parking, which is just not big enough per building. I know we have parking stickers but I work nights and I drive the whole lot entirely before I find a spot on the front half, so I usually have to park on the back end end. For the amount of money we pay, I just think it could be better.

Our experience has been great! We have no complaints. The area is always clean, and we love the pool. We use the two gyms very often, and they are always kept up. The apartment itself is so nice and kept up.

Would rather be homeless than sign another lease at this horribly ran complex. Management at this complex is horrible. 3 new manager since I've been here and still have issues to this day that have to get corporate involved to solve. Wouldn't recommend to even my arch nemesis.

First of all I loved this apt when I first moved in soon after it started to get bad. We are on the 3rd manager since 9/23,lack of staff maintenance etc. Continuous noise late and early days. Valley service gone in 48 hrs notice leaving everyone to take to dumpster and still charged for that some here can't always make it various reasons etc.. Office hours should have some evening hours. Trash still all over property and entrances to elevators. On staff security would be nice as well as cams and lighting.Parking in places and without stickers rent. Rent goes up with fees and no improvements made.I have even cleaned up outside myself. Flex no access to call directly. This apt complex could be welcoming bring it back like it was!! More help needs to happen and more things as I mentioned most if they got this would say the same. I would welcome the chance to contact you by phone

Very nice luxury apartments. Everything is stainless steel. I love the shower and the hardwood flooring in the kitchen living room and bathroom. For the most part when I put in a maintenance request it is answered immediately. Very safe area no loud noises or disturbances. The pool area is very nice. 10/10 I will renew my lease for the second time.

I absolutely hate it to say the least . OVERPRICED! The walls are soo thin. Showers has bad mold. Took away valet trash and I pay almost 1500$ for nothing. When I moved in it was almost 1300. Price went up as the months went by and landed at a solid 1445. Was told that "fees" were the reason. Your neighbors can be as loud as they want and when you make the siltiest noise you get a complaint. Took away rent drop box so now you have to go in and pay with a money order or online. Just not worth the price at all!!!! Won't be renewing my lease or referring them to anyone ever! I wish someone told me these things before I moved in here.

COMPLETELY TERRIBLE this by far the worse place I've ever stayed in , the management is never helping the residents and the hallways are always nasty and there is always loud noise ALL THROUGHOUT the day , my kids don't want to play outside because there's always dog or animal poop everywhere , the parking is terrible , we never have any where to park near our building , THE RENT HAS NEVER BEEN THE SAME AT ALL , THE POINT AT FIVE OAKS DONT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS

The community is absolute ---. I don't suggest living here at all. They don't give a ---- about you. They never will give a ---- about you run why you can. I don't suggest living here at all. if you like noisy kids that don't have parent supervision if you like staff that doesn't give a ---- about you at all if you like paying for services that don't make sense at all when you don't even know what you're paying for. it's the place for you.
