EXCEPTIONAL MANAGEMENT STAFF!!!

These ladies went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me in an apartment! They were very sensitive to my time and helped me thru the process...COMPLETELY! After dealing with other properties in Lebanon that either closed before I got off work or just didn't seem to understand that a timely call back was so important to me, I cannot say how happy i was to find Lyndsey and Aleisha!! If you are not only looking for an apartment but also looking for a smooth, seamless experience with the compassionate understanding that your home is your heart, find these girls at The Pointe at Five Oaks!!!

    We have had a wonderful experience here at Pointe at Five Oaks . It's a quiet community. Great residents and the staff here is wonderful. I would recommend other families to come and join us. Everything is in driving distance. Great place to stay

      A very smooth move in with wonderful people in the office. Everyone has been great with local information I needed as I moved from out of state. The apartment is spacious and the area is wonderful and scenic.

        i think it's a bit overpriced when stuff is broken and not cleaned in the place when you move in i love the place but it's a bit overpriced and also being told the rats aren't considered pest why should we even pay for pest control when there are rats running around the building

          The staff is really nice and helpful! They have great functions. The facilities are great like the gym etc. The noise from my upstairs neighbor is really bad. They are very loud and it sounds like they are about to walk through my ceiling. It is so loud. I've contacted management, but it still continues. It not fair considering the amount of rent I'm paying.

            Trash pickup is lacking. It is quite often not picked up. The gym has equipment that has been broken and not repaired for six months. There is no consistent staff. Lots of new people on staff. Staff members are friendly though. Being charged extra to pay your rent online is ridiculous.

              When I moved in 4 years ago the community was comfortable, now residents here fail to pick up behind their pets. This makes it hard for my dog to enjoy outside. Maintenance has been amazing, Office staff changed at least 4 times not ideal.

                I love living here. My only two complaints are limited parking and management not following through on the notices they send out. If they're not going to do anything about the issues they address, then don't send the notices.

                    the parking for this apartment complex is very minimal. the office staff never answers the phone, they aren't able to handle any concerns to bring to them. communication/problem solving is something the lack on.

                      This apartment likes complaing about policy but seems to refuse to enforce rules. I'm frequently parking far away from my apartment because the poor planning of parking spots and enforcement of parking rules. I have reported several issues that I've never been contacted back for. I've also been ignored on 20 or so phone calls.

                        Every thing is pretty good here except trash , your only given a small can that holds one trash bag and you cant leave any other bags beside the can or eles youll get charged a fee which i think is dumb yes i could just go to the compactor but this is included in rent

                            I love the community, club house and the get togethers that are planned. I love my apartment, but the walls are so thin you can hear the people next door talking. I wish they kept the pool cleaner during the time its being used. I would suggest a new vacuum system and a maintenance person to brush it once and awhile. The pet owners are terrible when it comes to picking up their animal waste, especially behind my building 1200. I have grandchildren who come over to play sometimes and that area is always full of poop. I do not have a dog, but I have picked up a lot of the waste myself. All in all I love living here and hope to stay here as long as the rent stays reasonable.

                              Maintenance is quick to respond. The office is kind and attentive. The neighborhood is easy to navigate. The landscaping needs better care but that's an easy fix. The gym is a great spot and the pool is a good size.

                                Relatively positive, with glaring downsides. Office staff is friendly enough. No shortage of nickel and diming on rent, with 3 seperate fees for trash, none of which is optional. Pest control, Which out of the two years we've lived there, we have seen once. They've hired "building cleaners" to clean the walkways in the buildings, yet another fee. The "cleaners" "clean" by putting air fresheners in the hallways. That's it. We have had multiple issues with rent, including an extra $400 being tacked on with no price or warning. They use "GoZego" for online rent payments, which does not load unless it feels like it. The parking lot is extremely narrow, with bushes making every corner completely blind, and half the time there is someone parked on the side completely blocking a lane. It is a miracle no one has wrecked yet. Management uses threats of fees to keep the appearance of "luxury living", ranging from being too loud before 8 am or past 10 pm, to leaving your empty garbage can outside your door past 9 am, or set out before 5 pm. Which is extremely problematic for people who work from 7-7 (which I do), especially considering you cannot opt out of the valet trash. When we first moved in, after putting nearly $3,000 down just to move in, our fridge was broken. We sent a request to maintenance, took almost a week just for them to come in and flip a breaker. Didn't fix it. Submitted another request, similar situation. All in all it took over a month to have a functional fridge in our unit. Our dryer would not stop running after the timer ran out (a fire hazard). It was replaced with a unit that simply wouldn't dry anything. Whoever they sent just told us to put less in the dryer. I'm sure you can guess, it was also broken. Took another month to fix. Our unit had markings all over the wall, the floor was dirty on move in. I can only assume that it will be blamed on us, even with dated photographs.

                                  We pay way too much to be living in a place that's falling apart and barely put together. Our shower was floor was painted over. Because apparently they couldn't get it clean. So every time we shower paint chips and peels up. The interior of the building is awful. It's literally section 8 living it feels like. The walls are paper thin. I hear everything my neighbors do. The floors are not level at all. The trim work looks like Helen Keller did it. But the staff is the only good thing about living here. They are the only reason why we stay.

                                  This place is luxury section 8 at best. The amount I have to pay versus the quality of these buildings is pitiful. Whoever owns this apartment complex needs to give all the workers a pay raise for the work they are doing to TRY and keep this property going. My first apartment I moved into here had a literal fungus problem and maintenance did what they could to fix it but the manager at the time blamed us for it even though it was growing OUT OF THE WALLS. My partner and I moved from that apartment to a new one and the building we are in has pretty severe water damage coming from the 3rd floor down but the owners of this complex are too cheap to actually put in any money to maintain it and just dumped a pile of ---- on their workers. Shoutout to the ladies who work in the office and the maintenance men keeping this place running though

                                    When we first moved in in 2023 it was a great experience. Since then it was gone down hill. I have asked multiple times for a new fried since we lease them through the apartments with no response. I also have emailed multiple times about the carpet and the responses I've received were that we will get a quote and let you know. I still to this day haven't heard a quote for fixing the carpet.

                                        I have just found mold in my apartment and I currently have a 7 week old newborn that is starting to get sick and before we moved into this apartment there was a major leak that was "fixed" that has now returned and we have noticed 3 more leaks within our apartment as well. We've only been here for 4 months so pretty discouraged and disgusted.

                                          From day one Justin and Hannah have been terrific. I moved from out of state here at the point, it was a smooth process they had everything I needed and more courteous about my situation. At one point my job furloughed me, I was in a panic and Justin reassured me it would be a fine, which it was. Living here with a pool and two gyms in excellent management makes me confident that I chose the right decision and will stay here as long as I can to call this my home. Thank you guys so much

                                            This is a great community with incredible amenities. I like valet trash nightly, pool, club house rental for private parties, mail area, Bbq grills, quiet, country feel. Staff that are personable and accommodating. Fun community planned events.
