Focus on is the laundry room. Most of the machines have problems, many of the machines don't work. And outside garbage sometimes it is overflowing and the doors are often completely open and it looks unpleasant.

I've loved it so far, it is a lot safer than where I used to live, lol! My roommate and I moved here from the U of M area, and we have not heard a single gun shot. That is pretty good for Memphis. We have felt safe here, which is our #1 priority

Very quiet and the staff are so friendly. Maintenance is wonderful. Sometimes same day arrival and they respond quickly. The grounds are always kept very clean and great communication from the office as well.

Quiet place to live. Neighbors are nice. The staff are really good about getting back to you. The AC ran out early in the summer. I contacted them before leaving for work and came home to a cool house.

Kirby Station has been my home for many years. I have been very happy here. The complex is quiet. The grounds are well kept! The maintenance team is alway prompt abs efficient. A little more outside lighting would be nice

I am confortable here. I go to work early and I feel safe. Not a great deal of loud music and other things during the week. So the people that work can rest. Parking can be challenging at times. Slanted parking as well at tme. But the office is good about helping.

It's well taken care of and safe and I love the technology of the google nest for temperature and keyless entry. Pool area and gym are awesome and the office has friendly people. Utilities come out really affordable and the automatic wifi deal is enough for two gamers living together! Location is fab with Shelby Farms and Interstate bear by and equidistant from in town and the burbs

My apartment is outdated. My garbage disposal doesn't work. It's hard to change light bulbs in certain areas because the fixtures are antiques.I pay to much money for rent for the laundry facility not to be fully functional. Fix it,fix all of it.

I have had a good experience here overall. The area is very quiet, and the maintenance staff for the most part have been responsive to my requests, so I appreciate that. The staff are friendly when I interact with them. I don't use the amenities that often but have enjoyed using the pool here when my kids are over. The only thing I really can complain about is more with the post office than anything else. The fact that I have a nearly identical address to someone down the street in a neighboring complex routinely causes delivery issues and makes me scratch my head at the poor city planning that allows similar addresses to exist.

We have only lived here for 2 months and everything has been going really smooth all of the staff are very pleasant and very nice when speaking to them and also the maintenance worker was very nice and courteous and he came quick he came the day after I put the work order in I really enjoy living here and the place is beautiful

Community is quiet. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Office staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. Maintenance staff is probably the best maintenance staff of any apartment community where I have ever lived. They are very prompt to respond, nearly always in less than 24 hours. They are friendly and nearly always resolve issues the first time. Grounds are well kept.

Many maintenance requests have been made and many more will be made. Maintenance team is quick and effective, but sometimes seems like a simple band-aid over recurring problems. Rent increases each year despite the quality of the living conditions.

Kirby Station is a wonderful community. I just moved to Memphis, and for me it was important to find a place where I would feel safe but also that it would be close to everythingl. This place is just perfect. Also the community managers (Regina and Breyonna) are quick to answer and address any requests and are always courteous and professional. I visited 10 communities in Memphis before choosing Kirby Station and I am very glad that I moved here.

Apartments need to be upgraded to the present time as best can be. The change in staff makes it easier to have constructive comments or criticisms without be ridiculed. Still hoping for a replacement washer that doesn't sound like it's trying to walk out of the door.
