I am very happy here. I love the friendliness of the staff and their working to bring cute activities. The Christmas gift wrapping station is one of the sweetest things. I also love the pet spa even though I don't currently have a dog. It's just so nice to offer that for residents. It's a great little neighborhood right next to the beautiful park.

The only issue is, I feel they spent more money on amenities for dogs than for kids and people. The playground can be much better. The gym could be a lot better. And we shouldn't be stuck to AT&T. I feel like I pay a quite bit of money to be forced in mediocre things. The staff is great though. No issue there. Also there should be an exit walking gate near the leasing office.

Staff is very polite. Sometimes repairs are a little slow to get done. Terrible cheap carpets in mine. Landscaping is improving since they are slowly replanting then dead bushes with blooming plants. Dumpster area is hard for staff to keep clear of oversized items.

It's a great community and mostly secure. The apartments are nicely up kept and the maintenance teams promptly responds to requests. However, the rent price is excessive for what you get relative to other apartments in the are especially given the appliances are outdated and there have been break-ins of vehicles.

Great community with excellent office and maintenance staff. Good amenities. People are courteous with neighbors very friendly and keep an eye open for all. Good activities including food trucks and two swimming pool, with children's play area. Gated community.

Complex has great amenities. Never have had an issue with maintenance orders. Every problems has been swiftly dealt with. Good location for shopping and restaurants. Gym is decent size and I like there are multiple pools.

Good except rent is sky high and the rental agreements are very hard and thinking outside the box is not offered. The rent keeps going up and the things we get as residents stays level or goes down. If you could address that in a meaningful way it would go a long way

It's been rather repulsive. I fight cock roaches and centipedes daily. On top of paying $1700 for a 1 bedroom apartment that are currently listed at $1300. I get harassed by nosey neighbors, and filed multiple complaints via the complex manager and the MAA property management group and have been disregarded everytime. Would never recommend this company or apartments

The grounds could be cleaner. There is a deteriorated drain at the rear of my building for a long time. The area around the garage dumpster is always dirty with flies. My breezeway is embarrassing for my guests to see. most of our screens have hole and we cannot open our windows. The gazebo is always dirty.

Highly Recommend MAA Bellevue! I have lived here almost two years and have ZERO complaints. The Management Team is very responsive and helpful, cannot say enough good things about the maintenance team, they are professional and very efficient. All my work orders have been completed within 24 hours. The grounds are well kept and look very nice. Best Apartment I have lived in!

I am very fortunate to live in a building that is quiet and has nice neighbors. I like the location and like how attentive the office and maintenance workers are. However: I think there should be a better background check on residents to avoid loud and dangerous neighbors, such as noisy people or those who have guns (there was a gun issue a few months ago).

Staff is friendly and nice. Maintenance responds to issues fairly quickly. You have access to good amenities. Make sure you are aware that there are 2 phases to the property when choosing your apartment. Biggest con is the recent higher rent prices here and other apartments in the area.

The complex is very well maintained and the one or two times I had a problem with something it was immediately resolved. The office staff and and other workers are very kind and helpful. The complex is very close to grocery stores and other shopping needs.

We've lived here over 8 years and have experienced a pretty good community over the years. The quality of life has unfortunately diminished over the years as time has passed, especially recently. Rent has increased while helpful amenities have decreased. Where once we had more gym space, a community service officer on site overnight, and a laundromat, now we have a "cyber cafe" that just holds computers, a self dog wash area, and our community service officer is an automated call service that reports to the officer and the no officer is dispatched or report is filed. The beneficial things that we've received over the years is fiber Internet (at a loss of our bundled television packages) and a fire pit shelter area. Many of the members of our community have moved on to other areas over time, and we don't have so many long-term residents we know. Overall, our experience continues to get worse year after year, and I cannot recommend moving here unless things change.
