Maintenance hasn’t come back. I’ve had the same problem since move in and it still has not been fixed. This is not good. I’ve emailed several times, and put in multiple maintenance requests. At what point do I get this fixed?

I have no major complaints. My issues are addressed in a timely manner. The resident is clean of trash & debris.. A family above can be very loud at times, but they do have children. I try to be understanding but work from home & cause some issues .. Overall a nice place to live..

Don’t rent here. Office staff may appear nice until you sign your lease and then they’ll spend the next year of your life under delivering on that dream they sold you. Amenities constantly closed and or broken

The inside of my apartment is lovely. The staff is friendly however the building needs to be power washed. People drive too fast in the community. There is children/people crossing the street. The mail service is fine. However, the mail room in the locker should be optional not something I want. I’d rather have my packages delivered upstairs to my door.

Gate is always broken or not working. Residents fights a lot and people ignore their children and leave them screaming at all times of the night. Other than that it is convenient and I’ve enjoyed living here.

Great Staff they work together to get make sure the Tenants are comfortable and Family ! Management follow up on questions ! Good place to call home ! Lots of activities! If Locations to grill out side ! If you want to stay in Shape! Great Location car wash and r gas station in walking distance along with several new restaurants In walking distance ! New eatery are also in walking Place! New McDonald's and car wash in walking distance! All new roads sr being laid out because of a Of homes and and Town hoses and Apartments and businesses !

My experience began great. It hasn’t changed too much just new residents and staff. At first we had multiple issues with the fire alarm going off at random times of the night. That’s has since stopped.

Great place to live

I just moved in a few days ago and I'm loving my new apartment. From my very first interaction with Kody over the phone he was absolutely AMAZING. Kody was very detailed with all the information and answered all of my many questions. I toured, applied and was approved that same day and 2 days later I was all moved in. Gin Mill you're stuck with me!!

The Gin Mill was the best decision that my husband and I made in April of 2024, now that we’re approaching a year, I’m highly considering convincing my husband that we should move. There’s not any exclusivity within the complex so the cleanliness has decreased, parking has become such a hassle and the new office staff doesn’t make an effort to greet current residens.

Here we Goooooooo!!!! My wife and I have been looking for a great new community to live in and guess what?!?!? WE FOUND it here at The Gin Mill! From the time we entered the office we had a GREAT vibe about the place. It is very Esthetically pleasing to on the eyes. When we entered the office Diana and Kody greeted us with warm smiles and were VERY informative. We were able to collect all of the necessary information for our move AND we were able to spin a wheel that they had in the office for several amazing gifts. On move in day, Kody made sure we were well informed about the rules of the community and informed us of the next steps of them following up with us after the move in. OH, I forgot to mention the ammonites. If you have a gym membership... you can CANCLE IT. I a bit of a gym rat so this was a HUUUUUGE plus for me. There is a nice clubhouse with a upscale pool table and shuffle-board table. There is a table with card games in the event you want to entertain friends. The pool area reminds me of going to Spa Castle. I cant wait to bask in the sun OR fire up one of the grills next summer. To make a long story short, we are under a week in our new space and LOOOOOOOOVE IT! If you are in need of a great resident community, you should consider moving here. Just make sure that you mentioned Kelvin as your referral ;-)

The issue I have with this community is the people who pick up the trash. They drop and leave trash. And also waste food etc leaving stains in the hallways and near residents doors. This attracts all types of bugs etc. And the walls are thin which means I can hear residents in their apartments.

I love the apartments and the community. The management team is pretty awesome. I would love to transfer to a two bedroom with the yard and the near future. I love sitting out at the pool, enjoying my neighbors and watching the children play
