The community is amazing! There are so many new technologies that we have not had before! The area is great for shopping and it has lots of food options! The staff are amazing and are easy to connect with!

Rachael made my experience very pleasant and easy she was very informative and knowledgeable about everything here at the property. I feel safe here and my area is quiet and I feel very relaxed and at home .

Clean facilities, great staff, peaceful and quiet community. The gym is great, everything you need to get in shape. Lounge is very clean and well kept. Pool area is amazing. Great place to stay home and relax

Its been great, i have enjoyed how quiet it is. I also love how the management has been very professional and nice. It's very well kept and i love how we have our own back yard. The office responds very quickly.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Rachel and Jeff are friendly and approachable, and Chris is quick to fix things. The environment is also pretty great! So many amenities offered you don’t even need to leave to have a good time.

THEY HAVE RATS ! And wouldn’t let me out of my lease . I felt with rats the entire time I lived here . I would have rat feces on my furniture , clothes and rugs ! I also have to pay 6400 to be release from my lease even though it was a rat infestation

The Gin Mill is a Great Community, Safe, Clean and most of all Great Staff! I have enjoyed my place and the great Amenities here at The Gin Mill. I can’t wait for the Summer the Pool area is Awesome! And the Nice Gazebo area.

I am Very satisfied with the apartment. The leasing office workers were very helpful and they tell you everything that you need. They provide with doing the application online or in the office. Very nice people. Roger was very nice, patient and helpful.

My fiancé and I love it here !! It is ADA and pet friendly ! The staff is super nice and friendly. They are available when needed and it feels like home. We have so many stores and restaurants around us. Love the area

The experience has been amazing, I love my apartments and my neighbors have been more than respectful and welcoming as well as the staff. The complex is not at a 100% capacity let’s see how that would change everything or hopefully not. I would recommend The Gin Mills to Anyone I might know.

I would highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff is amazing! The apartment is my favorite because of its spacious feel and exquisite finishes. Even though there is new construction going on, that does not affect my daily life much at all.

Rachel & Jeff are amazing! They work with you and made our move in as as seamless as possible. Highly recommend The Gin Mill! Even though it’s still under construction, the sounds are not overly disruptive and they are building everything so beautifully!
