My experience has been amazing. The staff is very welcoming, and the office manager is approachable and willing to help with what ever she can. Safety is always priority here and that not what I'm use to coming from Vegas, so I appreciate that. I use the gyn frequently and it is always well kept.

Great front office staff, great and attentive nice maintenance staff, people who live there don't respect the cleanliness of the building, loud neighbors mostly, gym equipment is often never put back in its place leaving the staff to have to clean it for tenants, loud parking lot most nights, loud cars and music pretty much every night

I got the run around for the move in date as well as the apartment not being 100% up to par and it smelling of smoke from the previous tenant and the appliances broken or needing fixing. I was not informed and the communication off.

I love to live in la cima apartments! I always get my maintenance work done right away and when I need help with anything else the managers are always there with a smile helping! Making this my home a 2nd year!

Well, since I moved here since January 2022, everything pretty much up to par people in my neighbors are respectful? I mean, there are sometimes when there's trash and litter around the apartment or people other spoken and drinking other than that it's been a good stay here

I love it. These are really great apartments. They are making it nicer and nicer. I just renewed my lease and I look forward to another year. They always having stuff going on for the community. I would totally recommend.

I just moved in, so far so good. I look forward to enjoying the amenities soon. The grounds are kept clean, it feels secure, I love the secure mail room for Amazon deliveries, etc. The only thing is the neighbors above me have a tendency to be a bit noisy late at night, nothing too bad but they seem to walk heavy. I've noticed the key fob doesn't allow me into the gym at night, which is supposed to be 24 hrs. I give the property a 9/10.

Love the property . Great pool dog park and amenities. The maintenance are kind and quick on their feet. I haven't had any issues with my unit and my kids love it and they're dog friendly which is a blessing

It has gotten better. There seems to a little less nightly activities. Overall cleanliness of the property has improved in the last 6 months. The pool is a very nice and relaxing. The gym is a quiet environment.

I have really enjoyed the staff at this property! They are so friendly, helpful, and are quick to help or answer questions. I love my apartment, but I do hope the other residents can take better care if the amenities that we all use. The property/pool/workout/mail room is so nice, and the staff works so hard to keep it clean and nice for the residents, but it seems sometimes the other residents don't take care of the property like they should. Super easy access to the highways and always ample parking! Maintenance is quick to help and the finishes are nice and new.

It was a nightmare to live here, Kim Lopez the manager had falsely accused me of several violations. One of them was having a sticker 2 in on my door. Ask me to remove it, another violation was that I was stepping too hard when I was walking in my apartment and suggested that I don't do anything after 9:30 p.m. so that the girl downstairs does not hear my footsteps I told her that I go to the bathroom now and then after midnight, and she suggests that maybe I go to the bathroom at 9:30 so that I don't have to go in the middle of the night. I told her that I cannot control my body functions. And she did not care, among other ones that were unfair and falsely accused I hope somebody looks i into the way she manages, because I have PTSD and I suffer from anxiety attacks because of her I've had several and have had to see my doctor more often because of her I cannot sleep. I hope somebody fires her because she's very unfair.

My time living here at La Cima Apartments has mainly been a positive experience. The staff are definitely my favorite thing about the apartments. They are always there to help, and offer any assistance. As well as maintainence dealing with more than needed with the trash around the community and ensureing it's cleanliness.My only complaint of living here is the residents respect towards other residents vehicles and property when regarding personal trash.

Our apartment is beautiful. Love the tall ceilings! Biggest issue is the extremely loud noises from the floor above us. It is from the builder cheaply or not adequately insulating. Community is clean

The office staff does not take concerns about our neighbors partying at 3am seriously, the visitor parking is a nightmare to deal with, there is an actual stalker on the loose who has made me afraid of walking alone at night, and people have also tried to sell us drugs just while taking out the trash. This is the most ------ community I have ever lived in. The only reason we stay is because it's the only place we can afford. Don't move here if you can afford somewhere nicer.

Friendly staff, neighbors keep to themselves. Quiet community for the most part. Had some issues with loud neighbors in the middle of the night at times but that was fixed after guest parking rules were enforced.

The apartments are very nice and spacious. There is an elevator in each building which makes living on the 4th floor much easier. The AT&T rep met me at the apartment on my install day and helped me get the best plans for internet and cell service - I was very impressed with this. There were some minor cleaning issues I found at move in but was happy with the move in process.

I love to live here, I moved and it was brand new, luckily to us, location is an ace! Very clean. Parking spot are wide enough which is good, the staff are super nice, maintenance are always doing something to keep the place looking great and I love the quick response they had had on issues. Application process was good and response was fast enough u had to wait until the building was ready to move but I am happy that I could choose my apt location. The pool is small but is always super clean and working. I love that. I love living in La Cima.

These are Very Beautiful Apartments! The staff is completely wonderful. They are always available and will assist you to the best of their ability. The maintenance is great! They keep the pool clean and ready to utilize!
