From the time that I moved in till now, it has gotten better. Cleanliness needs to improve. Junky cars, cars with expired registration and tenants who own pets need to clean up after their pets. Overall I would recommend the Landings.

Nice location, quiet and very friendly community. There are issues time to time but the maintenance team is super helpful, they try their best to handle the situations as quickly as possible and very professional. The new improvements they have been doing to upkeep the property has really brought the place to life.

I like it here. I havent had the best luck with neighbors but the staff, maintenance and apartment are great. Nice to haves would be a glass top stove and no carpet on 2nd floor apartments but I do love that I have a garden tub, painted walls, high ceilings, walk-in closets and an ice-maker. I also think its a great value for the money in comparison to other apartments and I like the location in Onion Creek. 20 minutes from airport and downtown.

pool would need better furniture a lot of it has weather damage and is broken. other than that it seems to be pretty well maintained. i believe they are currently updating the landscaping last that i’ve seen.

Great community. The floor plans for each unit are very unique and modern. The location is ideal and traffic around the community isn’t too bad. Great pool and convenient workout room. Overall, great place to live.

I’ve live here for about 3 1/2 years now it’s a good place to live. The walls are very thin though you can literally hear your neighbors having a you can literally hear your neighbors having a conversation and just the prices of rent just gone very high. It’s a great location because I like South Meadows all although the morning traffic is inevitable.

Any maintenance or office team member I’ve interacted with has been pleasant and friendly. They’ve always been available via email/phone and reply in a timely manner. I don’t personally attend resident events, but they are offered monthly.

I wasn’t home during the completion of service but I noticed immediately upon arrival that all of my lightbulbs had been changed. Even the patio light. Living alone and being a shorter person it was great to have someone change my lights

The move in process was very quick and thorough. I’ve enjoyed living here for the short time that I’ve been moved in. I’ve had no issues with staff, residents, or the apartment in general, other than iffy service in the area. I would absolutely recommend Landing at Double Creek to others.

Overall its been decent. Except for the staff, the community could be a lot better in comparison to other communities in the area. The value for the money paid for rent is not there. Trash pick up is inconsistent, walkways in the buildings could be much cleaner, I've been living here for going on 3 years and the entrance door from stairwell to the walkway never been operational.

The apartment is a excellent place to be but be aware of the parking they will tow your vehicle and will not reason with you even when the negligence is on their part but management will go to bat for you

Nothing positive to say except I like the layout of our apartment. Like I've said before the walkways are filthy. Valet trash sucks. They will leave ripped trash everywhere and leave notes on your door to pick it up or leave your neighbors trash on your step . Maintenance needs to get it together as well. Going on week 3 waiting for a response. And management...what management. Only heard or seen them when we signed our lease. Any other issues or concerns its crickets with them.

This community is overall very positive and I enjoy living here. People are incredibly friendly friendly and the staff is very nice. I do think the walls are a bit thin and noise can easily travel through floors and walls.

This is truly one of the most beautiful apartments I have ever lived in. The community feels safe ans it’s very pretty. The maintenance crew is awesome and the staff is always eager to help. My experience at this apartment complex has been great.

Don't move here unless you love birds nesting on fire sprinklers and shitting everywhere. The management has changed a few times and all do nothing to correct the issue. GREYSTAR should be ashamed of overseeing this property also. Not worth the money.

Its a beautiful community, however, for what you pay the security is not up to par with security gates that do not always operate, homeless tend to roam around the property at night because of this. Management is friendly and professional, however they tend to almost never respond to inquires/complaints/issues. They will let residents post things about lost cats to the community wall but not about any security issues or concerns residents have.

In my 3 years living here, the quality has gone down. Gates are always broken. Hallways are filled with trash and bird poop. People parking where they’re not supposed to. Just waiting for the day that I leave this place which is honestly sad.
