One request.. what are the chances of getting some recycling dumpsters: the little green recycling bins fill up to fast and there are many days when I'm unable to recycle because those green cans are full.

Overall it was a nice place to live until the parking lot was tore out and redone. My AC failed multiple times and no longer works properly making my apartment 83 from 7pm-2am. They say it works fine.

Increíble lugar para vivir

Me acabo de mudar pero todo a ido de maravilla es un lugar muy bonito limpio y ordenado se siente una tranquilidad tan agradable, la Administración a sido muy amable atenta y encantadora con migo y mi familia ellas son muy atentas, agradezco a la Manager administrativa Veronica Martinez por su agradable atención muy profesional a estado siempre atenta a cualquier cosa desde que nos mudamos, el precio y la calidad de este lugar es insuperable.

Water is never a guarantee. It goes out regularly, the office is often late in letting us know it's out, and wrong about when it's supposed to turn back on. Management has changed so perhaps it's better, but with prior management, it was normal to be gaslit and ignored if you had a problem. The pool is gross by middle July and doesn't get better until the next summer. They just did some updates to the property , like new pool furniture and windows replaced and everything outside painted. Nothing was updated inside, the new pool furniture can't be used in the sun, and a new paint job doesn't fix the mold and crumbling cabinets inside. If something is broken, the maintenance team and especially Elliott come quickly and fix it fast. It's clear that they care about the people who live here and do more than anyone else. If you're coming to live here, be ready to be disappointed by everything but the maintenance team.

It's a great property and NEW management team is amazing. Since Veronica took over as manager at property things get done way sooner than what it was before requesting a service order witch is much better.

I feel like my living experience at the apartments has been good so far, I'm not very pleased with old broken cars filling up parking spaces, neighbors having more than 2 cars. I'm happy that my neighbors are kind but still there's plenty of indoor upgrading that needs to be done

As of lately (few months) management and office staff communication sucks. However, I still like living at Lexington Hills. Maintenance team has been the best part of the community. The renovation of outside is beautiful.

Lexington Hills has been my home for years. The management and maintenance are stellar. The community offers convenient location and is affordable. The community is close to downtown, airport, parks and walking trails. Businesses and grocery stores are nearby.

I like the complex so far. The people are pretty nice. I love the fact that is a quiet community and it just feels like home. Me and my boys are enjoying the new community and hope to stay for a while here

Apartment office is undergoing turnover but fortunately this shift has not caused too much disruption. My biggest complaint is the issues with water being cut off for repairs regularly. I would like more green space as well.

My experience was alright till the staff members at the front office wanted to complain about me doing what I NEEDED to do for my own mental heath but twisting what I was saying so what their hearing was that I WANTED to do what I was doing which was never the case in the 1st place. But what really got things to get worse was the fact that they assumed, used terrible examples to make a statement, and even threatened to call the police on me when all I was trying to do was state my point and they didn't want to listen or even care since they had the POWER and they are able to get away with anything and everything while also falsely accusing me of things that happened because they wanted to win and not care what happens to the people who live here.

Very easy to work with and communicative staff! Definitely made the moving in process easier than expected. My apartment was clean and freshly painted, and has a welcome mat at the bottom of the staircase leading up to my building. Not to mention how affordable the rent and overall costs were for a one bedroom! Laundry room(s!!) have a code to enter and are accessible 24/7, as well as the gym which is so so incredibly convenient with my work schedule. Location is super convenient with the balance of having that privacy but still being so close to town. overall id definitely recommend!!!

We love living here! Everyone is so welcoming and inclusive from the office staff, to maintenance staff, to other residents! We only had one negative incident while living here, and even though it wasn't the properties fault, they reached out and helped make it better. The community get togethers are always a plus! I highly recommend considering this community to call home! :)

My experience at Lexington has been wonderful. The rent is great, the staff are wonderful to work with and they take care of any issues promptly. Like the neighbors as well and how close the shops and public transport is.

I am loving it here. So much that I tell people about this complex. Show them available units, tell them the awesomeness of the staff, and how quiet is typically is around here. No one wants a loud neighborhood. I like that my balcony is facing away from the parking lot. I like that the complex is bright and also like that the street on this side isn't bright.

Awful, the staff isn't responsive in a timely manner and I've had my car broken into twice on property. I've also tried calling security multiple times and haven't received a response or call back either. Someone a few buildings over was shot in the face a few months ago.

My overall experience here at Lexington Hills apartment is awesome! Friendly office staff , maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful . The community is very close to grocery stores , some shopping centers, fast food restaurants , pharmacies.

What I have to say is in the video above. I'm not backing down and I'm going to say what needs to be said. If that gets them to hate me more or gets the whole thing worse for me then that's on them for treating me this way and honestly not giving a damn about the person who wants to be them.

I was pleasantly surprised about the community activities that are organized for the residents. With prompting but without pressure, residents are invited to the office several times in a month to enjoy a variety of events such as a delivery of fresh produce, donuts & coffee and a burgers on the grill. These kinds of gatherings promote a family atmosphere.
