The floor plan in my apartment is nice. And I do think living here is a 4/5 on value. Communication via email with office staff is ineffective. In person is only method that gets a reply. Also, multiple abandoned cars need to be towed despite an in-person promise of change.

Considering the fact that black mold is in the vents, water damage either ignored or painted over like so many of their problems, the language barrier between maintenance and tenants, and the size of the toilets being laughably small and uncomfortable this place is alright. Giving credit where credit is due - the neighbors (save for some that didn't last long cause they were blasting music every weekend) are actually quiet and keep to themselves. Location is tranquil and doesn't look hood adjacent.

Communication is lacking by the asst mgr, Angel. She will say call or email me and say she will get back to you and doesn't. Maintenance is good - when an order is put in they are quick to respond and fix the issue. Dez and Alex in the office are kind and helpful.

My experience with this community is I really love the community it's quite the neighbor are nice the team manager is nice they are helpful in any way the maintenance team is wonderful when you have a problem they come right on to fix whatever you need to be fixed I really like the place thank you

Requests are completed quickly however it's hard to contact someone on the phone. The reopening of the pool for phase 2 was not communicated (to my knowledge). But maintenance requests are very timely and quickly resolved.

It hasn't been wonderful, extremely poor office communication. Lack of respect for the residents, last minute notices, pool closures etc. Community manager is unresponsive to resident concerns. Lots of staff turnover.

I have lived in 2 other apartment properties. This apartment has a little more storage space than the others although a tad pricey.i live near the train but not too distracting. The maintenance crew is efficient

We have moved in after being all over the US staying with various children in rented situations. We have found this community to be responsive to fixing items in the apartment. We are in a 2 BR, 2 bath apartment and it is sufficient for us in size with an adequate garage.

I love this community, I haven't had any issues this whole time I've been living here. The gym and pool are always clean which is great because I use them frequently. Any issues I have at my apartment are quickly resolved by the maintenance staff, which are very polite and friendly.

I like the community, it's a great location, but the rent seems high and there seems to be several empty apartments. They have nice big patios as well. I wish there was a community room to use for social events

I love living at San Marin Apartments. The office staff is amazing. The maintenance men are efficient and professional. They keep the apartment grounds kept up the pool is always looking good and the workout room is always clean. It's safe here and I feel very comfortable.

I am really happy that I chose San Marin as my home in Austin. I just moved in and I feel like everything is being taken care of at all times. The quality of services has been great so far and I feel very comfortable here. The leasing office staff as well as the maintenance guys are professional, polite and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Location is great. Apt Size is great. Alittle outdated for cost (kitchen) Communication needs help in office. Add a gas line to grills so propane never runs out and add a sink by it. Very few events onsite

Aside from some maintenance issues, it's a great place to live. Cons: They never removed wasp nests, repaired light fixtures I can't reach, or repaired/replaced the stove that still doesnt work safely, despite work orders. Pros: Most work orders are completed. It's one of the safer areas in North Austin. Neighbors are kind. Great pool and gym area. My unit faces a wooded area which is relatively private.

The appearance of this complex is relatively nice and free parking is a plus. The maintenance is quick and I haven’t have too many issues besides some bugs (which is more likely because of the summer). The rent is great for the amount of space I have.

San Marin is lovely, relatively affordable, and management is professional and friendly. My only complaint was no response from the emergency line late at night when I had an active back flow/flooding situation.

San Marin is a pretty good place to live, Location is great, it’s near quite a few essential shopping centers, library close by, park across the street. The staff is friendly and extremely honest and helpful. Work orders are taken care of very quickly. I’ve lived in phase 1 for a couple years now, in 2 different apartments, one near the wooded area, and one near the street, throughout the year both sides encounter some issues, some San Marin can’t control, some they can help control/prevent and they usually take care of business. The amenities offered are pretty great as well, gym and pool, gym was updated and works great. Big fan
