Great community and apartment; lived here for almost a month. Also love the surrounding area and parks. Close to many major shops and highways so very convenient. The staff and leasing office are very helpful and kind every time I see them around the community.

Some sparse community events around holidays, but other than that people tend to keep to themselves. It ends up being rather quiet. The maintenence, while slow for less important tasks, was sufficient. The office workers are also very friendly. Exterior cleanliness could be improved upon though.

All the staff were friendly and tried to help with whatever issues I had while living at the complex, but they can only do so much. Maintenance requests were not handled in a timely manner. The apartment itself was really dirty when I moved in with carpet that should have been replaced. I would not recommend this complex to others. Oh, and the counter tops were "upgraded" by spraying some sort of spray paint spackle on them to refinish them in both the kitchen and the bathroom. That was definitely not a good idea! When you clean them off with any type of cleaner they remain slimy.

I have had a great experience living at San Marin. The staff has been friendly, and the apartments are spacious and up-to-date. I also like how there is an abundance of parking available. I would highly recommend this living arrangement to anyone.

My experience can't be any better, I just moved from New York, of course I did everything long distance. The leasing team offered me a video tour and that absolutely blow my mind! She took the time to show me the apartments, the property and all the amenities, she really made me feel welcome! When I got to San Marin, all my paperwork was completed and Adriana walked the apartment with me just to make sure I was happy with my new home, the apartment was amazing, I love my balcony (it's huge!) The apartment itself is really big, hardwood floors are very nice and the community itself is great! I have enjoy the pool and the gym quite a bit! I'm very happy to be a lucky resident of San Marin apartments. I highly recommend it to everyone! Pd. It will be nice to upgrade the appliances.

Good location and floor plan. Current maintenance team is very friendly and helpful. Office staff is often rude and unprofessional. I feel that upgrades and certain repairs should be offered to residents who have renewed multiple times. I have had to spent $100 of my own money to paint my bedroom because san marin would not do it.

I love my apartment. The community is close to downtown and major highways, and it has hiking and biking trails. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The buildings are set up so you share minimal walls with your neighbors.

Every time I place a work order. It is taken care of. With great results it makes a world of difference. They are also friendly and polite. The staff is great. Making it a great place to live . I enjoy the gym and pool as well.

This is a great location with easy access to parks and shopping. The apartment is nice and the maintaince staff is great. There is s big turn over in office staff. My only complaint is there seems to be no enforcement of rules. There is dog waste all over and a party at the pool every weekend. They tell you the pool closes at 10 but make sure you aren't near it or buy some ear plugs, loud music and drunk people are the weekend norm. This may be my last year here, time to move on.

So far been good. Seems to be improving the past year. Location and apartment in general is great. Staff friendly and helpful and haven't HD major issues other than took time to replace air conditioning last year but my husband and I prefer it super cold so it was difficult to be patient but once completed its be really nice.

This is my first apartment in Austin and I must say how pleased I am with the complex. The apartment is very nice and everyone who works here has been kind and quick to fix any problems. Would highly reccomend these apartments to anyone who wants to live in north Austin.

Decent enough complex although it feels a bit run down and less than spotless. Great location in NW Austin. Unless it is standard in Austin or Texas, extra charges beyond rent are ridiculous. There is a bit of traffic and train noise. It didn't bother me, but if you are sensitive to that at all it would, and I was in the building closest to the RR tracks so most other units should be quieter.

I really like it here and glad I choose this one out of all the apartments in North Austin. Love the layout of my unit, good maintenance, nice staff, good rental pricing, good amenities, good location.... if they don't raise the rent upon renewal time I would be interested in staying

I like my apt and have settled in as my home, however neighbors are loud , smoke on the stairs outside my door, parked sideways so you can barely park next to them , and my rent keeps going up more than I can now afford. I would like to stay with out my rent increases so much or move to a smaller apt in the complex.

We have lived in San Marin for almost three years and are extremely happy! It is a beautiful complex in the perfect location. The leasing office is always very helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. We are buying a house and will miss living here! Highly recommend this community!

San Marin has been a really good move for us. The apartments appliances, layouts, and customer services are all much better than what we experienced at previous apartments. We like that the staff goes out of their way to communicate with the residents. It's a good community.
