While I have had a rough start with the San Marin community; my apartment had many things wrong with it when I moved. And then after that it felt like it took an extremely long time to get a work request completed. I feel that the service has gotten better. These past two work requests have been completed in the same week. Much better. Thank you!

I am very happy here. Quiet place lots of hardworking professional people no nonsense types. I have never had any trouble with service requests though i've barely had to call for any service or repairs. This is a great location too. love it!!

I love living here. The maintenance staff is wonerdful; they are always quick to respond and take care of whatever needs to be taken care of with a smile while they do it. From thoroughly destroying a wasps nest, to fixing the toilet and unclogging drains, to swapping out your ac filter each month, they're the best.

It's a tree friendly community, very well located in a high demanded area, just aside of The Domain and close to The Arboretum and Arbor Walk, with amenities recently remodeled and easy connections with Mopac and 183, with a very professional staff and cool community

Really good so far. I just moved in to this complex and was really impressed by the responsiveness of the staff in getting my leasing documents and other items ready on my move-in date. Also when I called in regarding a maintenance issue I was issued prompt support. This is a really good and affordable community to stay in with easy access to everything from grocery stores to theaters. I am really satisfied so far.

While I just moved in to a new unit, I have actually lived at San Marin for 5 years. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the community is great. Service requests are handled quickly. I highly recommend living here.

Honestly, everything about living here is great. Clean grounds good neighbors I haven't lived in a better place. However, your maintenance could use improvement, especially in water leaks, i really really really do not understand why i need to fill out to 200 characters seems like a waste of time of me writing it and you reading it

While many like to gripe about every last detail, I have found that the level of service and professionalism from office and maintenence staff to be very high. Like all complexes, the workers are called upon to provide service to an insane number of units with a minimal of staffing. Good job San Marin employees, shame on Berkshire Hathaway for only trying to maximize profits while overworking your local staff.

Friendly and professional staff. Beautiful property. I love the response of maintenance when called. Quiet community. Helpful and friendly neighbors. I have a service dog, and I love the doggie park for her and our little dog to run off the energy and meet new furry friends... The walking trail, and fitness center is an added bonus for my family!

Overall this is a good community. The staff is responsive. Convinience access to main roads, restaurant. The apartment is not very new but well maintained. This is a quiet community, It will worth the money if you are working nearby this area.

The staff here is friendly and the location of the apartments is great! Close to all major needs. My service requests were handled very promptly. I'm new to Austin and I am very happy with my choice to live at San Marin - it is quiet, and the apartment grounds are nicely kept.

Great location and floor plans. Terrible maintenance services. Repairs are not done properly and they often leave a mess or damage personal items while in the home. Management does nothing to improve situation. It is a shame that such a great complex has such terrible resident service. After 5 years living here, I will have to move as I have been without an a/c or heater over 12 times during extreme temperatures.

This place SUCKS! The neighbors are so rude they know you live under them or in front of them and they don't care. The neighbors that live above us always have their stero system blasting through our entire apartment even though we have complained multiple times to them and to the office but the office doesn't care they say they are going to say something to them but they never do and the neighbors that live across from us have their door open and their widows open and I don't blame them for that it's nice out I had mine open too until they started playing their loud --- music so loud I had to close my windows. This place sucks there is no drawer space for your silver ware or any closest space other than in the bedrooms. My husband and I can't wait to move out of this dump! The management doesn't care about any problems you are having in your apartment and the rude --- neighbors think it's okay to play loud music for everyone to hear. Don't move into this dump you will regret it!

The staff is phenomena . Apartments are older but definitely livabe . can definitely hear your neighbors at time but staff works approrpaietly to help problem . Pool is,OK and at times need to be cleaned due to guests. Great trails around and locatio .

I've really enjoyed living here! I love my apartment and the community. Great location! Very friendly staff and I always feel supported if I need help. I also really appreciate how dog friendly it is as I just got a dog. Very glad I decided to move here!

San Marin staff are extremely nice and responsive. This is one major reason I decided to move in here. Also very good location in Austin and near major employers like NI and IBM. The web portal for doing all the paperwork prior to moving in was amazing. Truly the most high-tech and efficient renting I've done so far. Did everything remotely since I was moving in to Austin all the way from Chicago.

Over all it is a good apartment and would have been better if you would have checked all the fittings and other appliances. It looks better if community has play area and tennis court and other amenities. Overall it is a good community to live.

Initially it was rough, in phase 2. I had to fight to get a working oven, but after I moved to phase 1 things were fabulous. I'm not sure if it was new management getting in the groove or different service to the second phase. Shea and Eli have both been there since I moved in and have been great. Its always comforting to have a stable base for employees in any company, and while some of the others have rotated, they foundation for the management has remained the same and I love that.

Bad place to live. Very dirty. Lots of promises but nothing ever being actually done. They are always "short stuff". Maintenance very unprofessional. Problems with parking spaces. A lot of non-residents in pools. Pools are dirty and water is cloudy. Fitness center always dirty, no soap or paper towels in bathrooms, no wipes etc. Nobody cares about broken equipment.
