Pleasant, quite, lay back atmosphere, office and maintenance staff friendly and capable to serving your needs. Residents are a wide range of professionals to retired. Apartments are centrally located in north Austin shopping and restaurants.Apartments are centrally asking located by major transportation arteries.

I've lived her over a decade and by far this is the worst year for service requests. I normally am not one to complain but it's been crazy to expect to pay higher rent and then get no service when I've been a loyal community resident. Makes me sad.

I have had several issues with my apartment plumbing. But the mgmt and maintenance are good at keeping you informed on what is going on. Maintenance may not be able to get to your problem right away but they do their very beat. Franky and James are excellent maintenance professionals.

Excellent so far. Matt was wonderful as we moved in and Niki is also a wonderful point-of-contact. However I'm very disappointed with recent maintenance request. I hope someone reads this comment. I have also had multiple attempts to sort out billing issues which has been time consuming.

No complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful, maintenance has been quick and painless, and the apartments feel comfortable. It is also very convenient for me because I work within walking distance. I chose this apartment specifically because the price per square foot was the best in the area and I'm still happy with my choice.

The management at the community is awful. They don't talk to you honestly about problems. Maintenance requests are done quickly when you move in, and then they ignore you after that. If there is a problem, the office ignores it until you come in and get mad about the issue. This is the worst apartment management I have ever encountered. I am very unhappy. If it wasn't such a hassle to move, I would be out of here.

Nice place that is convenient to the Domain, Arbor Walk and the Arboretum. Easy access to Mo-PAC and 183. Shopping is easy and there are plenty of restaurants, from fast food to high end steak houses. Several ethnic restaurants as well near by.

This apartment complex has really nice staff. My last request has been completed Ina very prompt time frame. I would recommend this place based on price and location. There are always going to be off experiences but what matters is that they follow up to help and that is what they have done for us.

I have lived in this community for 5 years now and can happily say that I have managed to build my life around this area. The accommodations are wonderful and there is even a Taco Deli less than a mile away! The office staff, especially Eli, is always amazing and amenable to helping out with any problems I have and have never shut me down. They are always listening. The maintenance crew has been quick on the draw every time, especially for emergencies like Air Conditioners. One of the things i love most about this complex is that there is literally never a problem for parking. I can't imagine living anywhere else as living here is easy to do.

Initially it was an amazing opportunity with the rent that I was paying. As The Domain has been developed further the rent has increased dramatically just because of the local. Same okay service, same okay location. Overbloated rent prices!

Mostly enjoyed it but this last problem with maintenance has been too long and arduous. And my downstairs neighbor is kind of nosy so that has been a hindrance. I love the built in bookshelf. The gym is nice. It takes me a little longer than I'd want to get to work because I drive towards 183 and there's a school zone and a train that always seem to stop me when I'm passing through.

Great apartments. Excellent staff that is very helpful when things come up. Great gym facility. Getting packages is very easy and they stay organized. Everything has been updated recently so the complex looks great! My wife and I like it so much we are moving to another property in Denver owned by the same folks that own San Marin in Austin.

San Marin has been my home for two years now and I plan on staying here for atleast one more year. The staff is consistent and always friendly and maintenance is responsive & thorough. The apartments themselves are cozy and the amenities offer everything I need. I love this community and definitely recommend it.

Great location. Great amenities. Maintenance staff is friendly and very helpful. Pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Appearance of the grounds is good. Parking can be difficult on the weekends. Overall a good place to live and call home..

My experience at the community is ok except I find that the efforts from Maintenance are not what they should be. David seems to be nice and tries to fix the problems. He has always come in after an issue. The management of the Maintenance seems to be lacking. I have been told Frankie was going to call me so many times it is a joke. I have never heard from Frankie

For such a great looking apartment complex and community it is absolutely devastating to have maintenance blow off my service request. Mold is a serious problem and can greatly effect the livelihood of anyone exposed. Removing the mold and effected areas should have been handled immediately.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The walls are good so you can not hear the people that live beside you, or above you. The pool table is awesome along with the other amenities. I really love my apartment. I have had barely any maintenance issues and 0 pest problems!

I am very pleased with the staff at San Marin, especially Eli Morales the apt manager. Eli is very friendly and is a joy to work with. Frankie and his maintenance staff are great as well. I enjoy living in the apt complex and feel safe and secure at this location.

This community is one of the bests in Austin. It is clean, quite, friendly staffs and all together awesome. It is 2 years that I am living here and I am going to renew my contract for one more year. Highly recommend to come and see this community.

I will be honest, when I first moved here the price was fair for the area. But as the price is steadily going up the quality of property does not match. They also are marketing this as "luxury". That term to describe this complex is a bit of a strech. They also just replaced management team (and not for the better). They have managed to make the place literally look like section 8 housing by starting a painting project that has taken weeks (and is nowhere complete). They have taken away a great ammenity. They no longer accept packages in the office on our behalf. If you want to make changes make GOOD ONES! Especially if you charge the prices you do, and then call this "luxurious". Hardly.

Great location between Mopac and Hwy 183. Trains go by often. I find it rather soothing, others may not. The community staff is nice. Maintenance requests can be a pain. Seems like I have to ask for the same service two to three times before it ever gets completed correctly.

I always hear that management at apartments doesn't care about the residents after the lease is signed. This is not the case here. The management at San Marin really do take care if the residents. Hats off tho Eli and Shea. The community is clean and quiet.

Good. I would recommend it to a friend. It is located strategically between Mopac and US 183. The staff are professional and friendly. I intend to renew my lease. This apartment is located in a good school district. My son goes to Summit Elementary School and he loves it!

good experience, quiet neighborhood, cooperative staff but constantly changing, often difficult to contact via phone and talk to a human, always leaving messages or emails with long waits for responses, staff tends to cater to phase one of the complex before considering phase two

I've enjoyed living at San Marin. I especially appreciate the availability of covered parking and all the trees on the property. I'm disappointed that my rent increased so much with lease renewal, therefore I will be moving rather than renewing. While the property and unit are nice, I don't think they are of a value in excess of $1,000 per month for a one bedroom apartment. Perhaps if the finishes were higher end. I found another property nearby with finishes equal to my unit at San Marin at a rate of $850/month.
