Very positive so far - I like the safety aspect of having a sprinkler system in every apartmentt and also the concrete in the walls contributing to a low noise level in the apartment and the fact that the apartments are nicely maintained and landscaped.

Great place to live. The layout is nice. I liked the vaulted ceilings, big kitchen, balcony, covered with trees. Most of the other places around here didn't have these features. But the trains at 4 am honking there horns is the only bad thing.

I wish there were more activities for the residents like bingo, pizza night, etc. Also, some sort of incentive for renewals. Like free carpet cleaning after a year. Dog park really could use some lights and a bench. Maybe a sign that says "close gate". I have had to chase my dog around the complex more times than I care to count because one gate isn't closed.

Good so far,surprised by contract technicalities in raising my rent on first day. It has been quiet. Trash seems to be collecting in front of my garage and our dumpster seems damaged, but it's clean,considering the number of folks living here

I am living here since since 2012 and I had very few issues with apartment. And Issues I had were only routine maintenance, rest all looks great with apartment. - It has got good floor plans to offer - Bigger bedrooms and bathrooms - nice and clean exterior and common areas Would really appreciate if we get common game room with some indoor games.

Location is key. So close to everything! I know the staff by name. They're always so cheerful. Covered parking is free IF you're home in time to snatch one. The trails are so beautiful and heavily used by cyclists, joggers and people with pets. I've been here since '09 and I'm staying until the price pushes me out.

Excessive # of service calls,incomplete repairs,no attention to detail. Too many issues regarding water damage,electric,heat & rodents. San Marin is definitely not a community we are willing to continue to call home or recommend to ANYONE!

The apartments are large, convenient attached garage, relativiely quiet neighborhood, appliances are very old, plumbing is unsatisfactory (water pressure, plumbing backup), walls are flimsy and thin, the staff is generally nice and improving as they add more professionals.

It has been good. Staff response has been good. I like the ease of access to things that are important to me. The only real issue I have is the daily morning noise of dumpsters being emptied at National Instruments but I have adjusted to it. Thanks.

I love the location. I also like the neighbors. I like the office staff, but wish they had longer office hours. I like the gates, but wish they worked all the time, seems like they break often, but this is a common problem at apartments. I like the March Madness contest for residents.

It has been great. From the start Soofia was wonderful helping me get the apartment. Also it is so nice to have such a great maintance staff. They are always quick to respond and help out. Also everyone I have dealt with has been so pleasant. Appreciate all y'all do!

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff responds in a timely fashion whenever I've have a service request and are also very friendly as well. There is a lot of noise from the traffic from the street however. The complex is kept up and my apartment is in very good condition.

I love living here! San Marin is a great community that is well maintained. We enjoy the ability to be outside to walk and enjoy the area. This is a place that makes you feel wanted. I will be here as long as I can afford it. This is a great place to call home.

I have lived in the complex for about 7 years, and 3 years in the current 3 bedroom. The staff is great and always friendly. The area in which it is located is great and I have always felt safe in this community. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Northwest location of Austin, TX!

Overall it has been a good experience. The grounds are nice, you get a great size apartment with a nice layout and extra balcony for the rent and the staff is wonderful, they are always very kind and work to take care of any issues I have ever had immediately.

I have lived here a long time. lots of changes around the grounds and in the apartments, along with the staff. The office and maintenance staff are nice and are attentive to what you are saying. Looking forward to remaininger here for awhile.

It is a good, quiet community with clean apartments and social functions. A lot of my coworkers live here and it is easy to move around the complex during both day and night. The utility costs stay relatively the same during the seasons and the apartments regulate heat well.

I am 72 years old and find this to be a very healthy place for me to live in. Everything I need is accessible from this area. Doctors, restaurants, and any form of shopping that I might want to do It is safe me to go for walks around the area and the staff is extremely good and friendly.

Rent increased by more than 40% since 2010, while quality of service degraded. Cleanliness of the complex needs improvements. Water bill more than doubled since last year. Maintenance request take a long time to complete and office staff has to be reminded several times of the oustanding requests.

Everything is fine except for the maintenance and poor care of the lawn. (poop) They need to hire another part time guy or something. I always have to call several times to get things taken care of, 1 week for AC 2 weeks for leaky sink is really unreasonable. I also never know when they are coming or when things have been taken care of. For example I was sent this survey and don't even know why because my maintenance issue has not been taken care of.

I like living in this apartment. The neighborhood is good and I like the finishes in the apartment. The apartment I moved into had issues with painting and the carpet was very damaged. Rent increased almost $100 from year 1 to year 2, which was less than pleasurable.
