I like living here but I have been living here just for one month and I find it comfortable appartment near to everthing (gas station ,the domain,UT )but I don't like one or two things here.First,I had some defficalty when I want to go my school morning and I need closet room for my stuff because it is small .

The management continues to upgrade the grounds and provide quality service when problems are reported. All members of the service department are courteous and highly skilled and trained. The office personnel is courteous and always willing to answer any questions.

Great floor plans and covered parking available to all residents. Some issues with picky things like not filling propane for the grill often enough but overall nice amenities,esp. the gym. Rent has gone up too much for what you get though (no laminate flooring, lack of security, etc.)

The entire staff here is amazing and always takes care of me! They really go above and beyond for their residents. I love all the fun activities they do during holidays, functions, etc. A special thank you to Shea who is not only a great Assistant Manager, but a wonderful person.

Experience isn't really what this comment is about. Maintenance requests that take months to fulfill are unheard of. I just needed a bathtub stopper part. It doesn't take over 6 months to receive a part, and I could never use the tub. I'm very unhappy with the fulfillment of this service request.

I have been Extremely happy with the Maintenance Team at San Marin. They are always very Curteous and thorough when making Repairs. Unless, it is an emergency, the maintenance team is prompt. I do trust the workers to enter my Apartment and have never had any issues in Regards to Theft etc...Whenever I had several issues in Regards to my Toilet overflowing. Lloyd ordered a New Toilet and checked the Work Done after the New Toilet was Installed. The only Issue I had whenever the Toilet was Broken was given there is Only One Toilet in my Apartment, at times it took too Long to get someone to Come out and Repair it. It was an inconvience for Me to walk up to the Office whenever I needed to Use the Restroom. However, once my New Toilet was Installed, I have Never had any Issues Since. I am Very Content with the Maintenance Team at San Marin. I Do have One Serious Concern wat San Marin. I have noticed that the Past Six Months or So, many New Residents whom appear to be Very Young and Wheckless have been causing Issues for the More Mature Responsible Residents whom Already Reside… See More>

The property has a good location. The grounds are kept clean regularly. I feel safe in general. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves have a good layout, and they are priced competitively. I would recommend to others.

I did in the previous survey questions. I had a hard time moving in due to the heater being broken, the water heater pilot light needing to be lit (was pretty confusing to me) and the dirt. The apartment is really pretty and spacious though! I like the balcony.

It's close to my work and has covered parking. The staff is also extremely friendly and professional. When the weather becomes nicer, my wife and I can't wait to take a swim in the pool. I wish the gate was actually connected to a fence, as it's rather comical the gate only prevents unwanted cars from entering. Others can just enter on foot.

The management company is terrible. Beautiful location and could be a beautiful propert but they don't seem concerned with the upkeep. Also, lots of "shady" new residents moving in and causing a lot of trouble. The office staff is pretty unhelpful. They're not interested in actually helping you resolve your issues, such as maintenance. .

We lived here for 4 years,and I couldn't be much happier.The apartments are beautiful,really well taken care of,and great service from the staff!The manager and repair crew are awesome.Maintenance guys are great also and quick to help you out if there is a problem.Nice centrally located,I love the location.I'm basically 15 minutes from everything.I highly recommend "San Marin" apartment for its wonderful staff and maintenance crew,the great views,and the amazing security.

I've been her 3 leases. They did change owners after/during my 2nd one. The improvements since have been very nice but not sure worth the rent increase. I did get upgrades in my apartment but they didn't do anything to the floors that I thought were getting replaced so it only seemed sort of worth it. Overall though I dont have any issues.

Do NOT move here! Worst place I have ever lived! While I love the layout of my apartment and the location,management sucks and I have had so many issues with the apartment itself and they take forever to fix them and half the time the aren't fixed so you have to pester them to get it fixed. If you have a problem and try to talk to the property manager ---, he will not even talk to you because we'll he is not man enough too and I find it very humorous that he is scared to talk to a 24 year old woman and always sends someone else to talk to me.....not to mention the one and only time I was able to talk to him about an ongoing issue with billing that the complex kept messing up, he laughed in my face and basically called me stupid and kept laughing at my problems which is not professional at all. If this complex wants to stay afloat they need to let him go because he is running this place straight into the ground. I will not and would never ever recommend someone to live here unless they change management… See More>

I moved into this complex a couple months ago and only just recently had an issue with the complex. I was surprised at how quickly and nicely the complex management dealt with the issue. I was very upset and they fix the issue quickly. Outside of that the complex is nice. The pool and gym are well kept....but parking does really suck. It's a little far out from Austin but overall is nice.

I am really shocked about some of these ratings. I had friend ask me why I live here after she found them. I have lived here since April and love it. The staff is always friendly and even the Maintenance staff say hi when you pass them. My apartment is nice and clean and all repairs have been fixed quickly. I have two great balconies which I love!!! The only minor problem I have is the bad dog owners who don't feel "they" need to clean up after their dogs. This place has a wonderful Billards room and great fitness center..my two favorite places. Heck on my birthday there was even a balloon tied to my front door...that was a wonderful surprise...I love it here and see this as my home for a while.

Where do I begin? If you are considering moving to San Marin, DON T! YOU WILL REGRET IT! To start, shortly after my bf and I moved in, our AC went out on a Thursday evening after the office closed. We called first thing Friday morning and were told it would be fixed Friday. The maintenance worker showed up and said he needed a brand new unit and wouldn t be able to get it that day and because they don t work on the weekend, I would be without AC until Monday. I said no way, it s 90* in my apartment, it needs to be fixed. He said okay, he would be back around 930am the next day. After working til 3am at a restaurant, I woke up exhausted at 9 to be ready. HE NEVER SHOWED. I called the office complaining, and they said the work order showed it was complete. Obviously it wasn t because my apartment was still an oven. So I've kept in contact with the facility over the past 2 weeks regarding this problem and they are sort of shoving me off, avoiding and avoiding the situation. I reserved an apartment Back in the beginning of May at the location, putting the holding deposit on the unit the next day. it was a 3 bedroom apartment that the tenants had provided their 30 day notice that they were moving on the 1st of June. It was ground floor which was a PRIORITY to me and I made it known. Anyways, so i wait until 2 weeks before June (My expected move in date was June 21st) and file the application fees and get approved around the 25th of May. I go into the facility June 7th to pay the rest of the security deposit and check out the unit, and they told me that the previous tenants had renewed their lease and that unit was no longer available, nor were any other ground units going to become available. They never contacted me, all they had done was changed my apartment to a second floor unit, and then said "oh I was going to call you yesterday but never got around to it".… See More>

The staff is great, location is perfect for me and the units are decent for the price. My biggest complaint is the parking situation is ridiculous! Be prepared to do some walking if you get home after 6pm.

The apartment community...

The apartment community is pretty nice. No safety issues to speak of, lots of nice people and great location for work and with local parks and other amenities in the area.

I lived here from approximately (can't recall the exact dates) November 2011 to November 2012. New management took over shortly after I moved. I called at least 5 times maybe more about the baking temp of my oven, it burnt EVERYTHING! I even bought an internal thermostat and it burnt that! I finally just had to give up baking anything since the maintenance staff couldn't figure out how to repair it and I was afraid it night just burn down the kitchen eventually. One time I had to bake a cake for an event I baked it in the game room next to the leasing office. Additionally something leaked into my downstairs apartment from the apartment upstairs. My ceiling looked like a pee soaked mattress. I had to move the things out of that room to another room so they could make the repairs. All they did was paint over that nasty "dry" wall. I could still see the little pot hole marks where the mysterious yellow fluid was leaking out because they didn't replace it, they just painted over it.
