I had a great experience touring this apartment community. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely heard by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the tour feel very comfortable and personalized. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Everything looked neat and thoughtfully kept, which made a strong impression. The overall atmosphere of the community was both peaceful and inviting. The tour was not only informative but also truly enjoyable. The space is beautiful, and it's easy to picture yourself living there. Overall, a wonderful experience that left me feeling confident about the community.

Don't like it here. Here for work. Everything is complicated initially. It's a quiet area. Lots of wind from the hills. Secured gates. Place seems kinda dead tho. I like having direct access to 71. It's ok.

Beautiful property and amenities. There is another access point that takes you to the traffic light by the 7-11 which is very convenient and safe, just submitted my application so hoping to move in soon!

Cuiden mucho las ?reas comunes. Son ?reas padr?simas y en ocasiones los fines de semana est?n muy sucios los ba?os. En el gimnasio ya nunca hay agua ni toallas. Sobre tod en fin de semana es cuando se ven a veces descuidadas las ?reas comunes.

This is an amazing community. The management and maintenance staff are excellent, and I highly recommend living here. The property is very well-maintained and the views are beautiful. Definitely book a tour!

The leasing associate Jazmine was so helpful in finding us exactly what we were looking for, following up and being accommodating and knowledgeable about the community. She made the experience so fun and positive! Apartment touring can be grueling but we had a lovely time touring the beautiful Artesian and the views are to die for.

I like living at The Artesian at Bee Cave. It is a very clean, quiet, peaceful setting. The pools are like being in a resort. The office staff and the maintenance staff are always on point! Definitely recommend this place to all!

It was further away from the city (45 min drive) but if you like the Lake Travis and see yourself purchasing in the area, these apts could be a good starting point. Its a new development with growth opportunity.

The community and the apartments themselves are great. Additionally, the amenities that are provided to you are also top tier and well maintained. This being said, dealing with the leasing office was confusing and, oftentimes, frustrating.

Artesian is a great community and very well Maintained. Services are very good.i really love to be part of it . The community center is execellent and with lot of amenities. Lots of activities being arrange to get socialise. Overall a good place to live.

The Artesian at Bee Cave is the premier community in the area. It is beautiful and has virtually every amenity one could desire. The maintenance staff is quick and responsive. I feel safe during the day and at night. I can't imagine living anywhere else in the Bee Cave/Lakeway area.

Overall great apartments and community! Couple things that are bothersome - doesn’t respond to emails fast or answer questions in the Livly app, It’s taken a very long time for them to complete the community center and although everything looks complete they still won’t open up the pools or community center and it seems to just be landscaping left. Very misleading as we were told April it would be open but it’s now almost the end of May. Loud cars, loud dogs with a lot of unnecessary barking and loud construction, can smell weed coming from a neighbors apartment, etc, Nowhere to really walk outside of the complex as sidewalks are only partially done and then cut off. Apartments are clean but seem to be poorly built and rushed. Everyone is friendly and overall is a quiet facility.

I'm hoping to move into this location as it brings a beautiful view of the Austin hill country and provides amazing amenities. The walk through was thorough and the staff were knowledgeable. If you're looking for a beautiful location with the benefits of a safe city and schools nearby, this would be a 5 out 5 star location.

The Manager and team you have in place at this time is amazing knowledgeable patient and kind every time. This is why we stay along with the grounds crew. Paul is amazingly knowledgeable and has the best advice regarding each work order request. Him and his team are the very best

Living here has given us a real sense of community. The complex does a lot to bring us together have enjoyed making new friends and neighbors. we enjoy the staff and all the amenities we have here. we are very happy to call this place home.

Complex is Absolutely Amazing! The staff is incredible, exceptional customer service! I love the upgraded appliance in building 11... I have NO complaints.. I just can't afford to get the unit I desire.. that would make up for feeling secluded, if I was able to afford the 2BR... I sold my home after retirement, and realized I'm getting less at a higher cost... Not the retirement life I expected in downsizing... Lol??

This is a great place to live and well maintained. They have great community gatherings. It is in a very nice area. It's very convenient to shopping and dining and the grocery store. It is very pretty out here
