Everything so far has been five stars. The apartment is beautiful and new. The community is clean. The pool is amazing. The office staff has also been super helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property.

Too many survey questions. 200 minimum characters is a bit much. Nice apartments, younger tenants. Agent was fantastic, friendly staff, good appliances, no fitness center membership to golds gym is cool to make up for it till completed.

Kacie was very helpful and informative! She gave me a wonderful tour via Zoom and I applied right away. I am moving from Dallas and need a fast move in date and Kacie was able to provide all the information I needed to ensure this would be a possibility.

I've only been here for a few days, but so far it has been great. The community is very clean, staff and residents have been friendly, and the finishes/appliances in the apartment are great! Hopefully, I'll be living here for a long time.

The staff is truly amazing! Always happy to help! Maintenance is also amazingly quick to come and fix anything. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed and instantly feel like home. Also the community here is great, everyone is always friendly!

Not the best. The rent was misleading. Not what we were told before viewing the apartment. We drove an hour just to have our time wasted. I do not recommend this apartment complex at all. Thank you for your time

Overall a good experience. Property is new and well kept. Units are new and clean, but can easily hear through the walls into neighboring units. And outside construction is loud and disruptive. Front office not good at responding to issues.

Nice area, fantastic views. Somewhat noisy now due to construction. The leasing staff very personal remembering names. Social planned events in clubhouse ,on grounds or offsite has been extremely beneficial in acquainting neighbors. I'm enjoying my apartment, The maintenance supervisor and staff is outstanding responding quickly to request and following up.

We love our new apartment home. The staff took extra care to show us options and help us find the perfect floor plan and location. We really appreciate the high quality of the appliances and finishes used in the construction of these apartments. And a great location!

I had a pressing manner that had to be delt with quickly. Management at the Artesian handled my emergency immediately. I feel grateful for the macitence team and the people in the office. If it wasn't for the quick response I would have had a restless night.

Victoria was sweet and patient and showed me nearly everything I needed to see in order to make a final decision. I feel this team truly cares about your outlook on the units they have to offer. I feel that I was a priority and hope to live here a long time.

?aroline was excellent! She was friendly and knowledgeable. She is an excellent fit for your property. Unfortunately, because of the garage and dining space issue, not a good fit for us. We would have to step down to a less square footage floor plan to meet our budget needs.

A beautiful new modern community with a great staff. Our apartment has a lawn space for our dog, so it is great when we want him off leash. My main issue is the awful smell of the water it makes brushing your teeth and taking a shower a real chore, Thank God for bottle water.

Caroline, and the manager (Amber). They were excellent, wise, and respectful. They both offered great assistance. You may enter a space yet choose not to leave on occasion. Not at this location, where you want to linger and call home. Absolutely the best option. I can't say anything bad about the place even if I was turned down. You should pick this location because it is stunning. The sweetest person ever, Caroline was. All of them were! I'm grateful. Now that I am aware of the requirements, I can only hope that one day I will be accepted. I must correct a problem on my end, and I will do so. Please make this spot your permanent residence, once more.
