Nice place to live

Property is nice and quiet. Staff is friendly and maintenance makes repairs in a timely manner. Property is located in a nice residential area and school is across the street. Schools are great! I plan to renew my lease and stay here until we purchase a house.

I toured the property last week and it was beautiful and quite! The staff was friendly and helpful. I am definitely considering living here! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere calm and enjoy full!

The only complaint we’ve had living in these apartments are the ceilings are so thin we can hear everything upstairs!! We have nosey neighbors and have two kids! The youngest runs every single day from 7am till 2 am in the mornings at times! we have spoken to the neighbor upstairs advising of the noise, but unfortunately it is still happening! We have called staff and sent over videos of what we hear and nothing has been made! Currently still waiting for somebody to give us options , it’s not livable if the noises upstairs won’t allow us to work peacefully in our home! But overall apartment complex is nice and staff is nice

I have been living here for about a month in my very first apartment and I couldn’t be more happier with it. Quiet neighborhood not much noise from anyone. Maintenance is super fast and quick to respond to any issues i have with the place. The office ladies are super nice and a bunch of help. Overall very good experience!

While apartment shopping, Amherst checked off everything from my list that i wanted. Den, Balcony, and Location. So far there hasn’t been anything present that i feel like i should worry about. I’m very happy with my move!

I love living at Amherst! The office & maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive. As a woman, I feel totally safe in the complex and neighborhood. There are lots of kids, great place for a small family. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, especially families. There is several schools and parks in walking distance. Love the gym and everything it has to offer. People are friendly and everything’s well kept. Would recommend.

Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quite property in a tucked away area! Curb appeal is beautiful and the office staff seem great! I'll keep checking back for 2 bedroom availability! Keeping my fingers crossed

I am going on my 4th year here at Amherst the staff is on time and friendly ! The area is quiet and my neighbors are kind and respectful. Great place to stay in regards to family and awesome places to visit

I have been looking for many places a place to live and I always thought the first impression is important. I don't normally leave a review but when someone does an amazing job I like to let people know about it. Yesterday, I drove by the property for an apartment and the property looked amazing. The leasing agent was great going through the information as well. these days you cant beat that.

We have lived here for a year now and it has been nothing but peaceful living. Anytime that we had a issue with our apartment the maintenance was fast and friendly. And the ladies in the office have been so sweet and respectful to us every time we talk to them Traci the office lady is so friendly and she will go out her way to help you that’s what we call professional services. It wouldn’t be that way with out the help of our property manager Alissa once again thank you ladies for being so friendly and respectful ladies

I have lived here for many years and have zero complaints!! The office staff has been amazing and very helpful and understanding over the years. The location can not be beat , hidden in a very quiet residential area. Would highly recomend to anyone looking for a future home!!

Since the winter storm there have been more issues with the apartments and the maintenance is not done properly. They do a lot of painting over things instead of fixing the actual issues, and that should be illegal. They don't care about the tenants and only want your rent money. They want a lot for rent, but have cheaply done renovations.

Very good apartment and very clean area. I lived for 10 years and I was very happy living there. The manager and workers her good I never had a problem with the apartment or with the neighbors. What I liked the most is that they kept everything clean.

Excellent grounds with a great pool, spa, exercise room and wooded area. Close to a school. This place is away from the interstate so the area outside is very quiet. Down side is that if you have children or noisy neighbors in the apartment above you, it is very loud. Also, our apartment flooded during a heavy rain (first floor). Watch out for speed traps on Cheek-Sparger Rd.

We were looking for an apartment for our young adult who will be going to school in the area - all during the COVID-19 era - Amherst staff were so supportive and helpful and that is with us needing a quick turnaround and had all the limits of the restrictions of the pandemic in place. We chose to investigate Amherst because their website was professional, the pictures made the place look so charming, and the video of the apartment interior showed a clean, well kept place. We drove to the complex on the weekend to take a deeper look - the grounds were neat, the landscaping beautiful, mature trees, the neighborhood was quiet, close to schools and just a couple minutes from shopping - so we called on Monday - by Monday mid-afternoon our applications were in and the quest to provide a safe, quiet environment for our student was well underway! I cannot wait to see if living there is just as smooth going! (I had to give a maintenance rating, even tho' I really don't know until we have actually needed it - but I imagine it will be quick and effective)

I couldn't be more happy with this complex. Everything from the easy application/approval process, high end office management, maintenance, cleanliness of property and location. You can tell this place is a gem because every encounter I have had with tenants has been positive. I highly recommend checking Amherst Bedford Apartments out for your next home .

I found this community by driving through the neighborhood. It is quiet and well kept. Office staff, Alissa and Traci and both awesome and very friendly. They have been very helpful throughout the process, and I move in this week. Very excited to live here, as they really seem to care about their residents and future residents.

Super happy to call this place home. I've been here 3 years have never really had any problems. Maintenance is quick to fix anything that I call in and girls in the office I really nice. I really like how it's kind of tucked away into the neighborhood around all the houses oh, and the school right across definitely helps for me when my little one starts.

Traci has been extremely helpful since day one. This is the first place I've rented that the office staff has taken the time to learn my name. The neighborhood is nice amd the elementary school across the street is super convenient.

Toured Amherst today and seems to be the best kept secret in Bedford! Staff was sweet and knowledgeable and interiors look nicely renovated! We look forward to joining this place once our house sells.
