Loved the apartments and the floor plans. The grounds are well kept and the fitness area is very up to date. Love the amenities too. Staff is knowledgeable and kind. Looking forward to being a part of this fantastic community.

I love this community because of the neighborhood, central location, staff and more. All neighbors are super friendly and nice, office staff and maintenance are nice and helpful. Only improvement I would recommend is increasing dumpster pick up from 3x week to possibly 4. All around really enjoy the neighborhood, apartment and staff.

I have lived here at Amherst apts since 2017 and love it. I Have had to put in a few minor work orders all in which were completed quickly. Office staff and maintenance staff both welcoming and friendly. I could definitely see myself staying here a while!!!

We have lived here for the past couple years and really enjoy the neighborhood and schools. Apartment staff are friendly and helpful. We look forward to many more years to come here at Amherst and would certainly recommend to our friends and family!

I love it here and I love my apartment . Staff and maintenance are easy to deal with and I love the location. The property is always well maintained. Elementary school is walking distance. I plan on staying here for a while.

I moved into Amherst in September and dont have too many complaints, any that I have had Alissa, the property managers has quickly addressed. The property is well landscaped, the staff is attentive to my needs and maintenance issues are quickly handled. If I was not planning on buying a house at the end of my lease I would most likely renew.

I love this apartment community! We use to live here about 3 yrs ago, then moved out of state. We are back now, and the only place we considered was Amherst. We were so happy to find out that the same manager was still here. She is the best! I would highly recommend these apartments! Quiet, in a great area, beautiful inside and out, and the Manager are all reasons we came back to this community.

I love this community because it's just awesome. Really close to Bedford Heights School ( an amazing school), it's really clean, neighborhood is green and beautiful. Its also really safe, and I let my kid walk home from school. I have never had any bad experiences or staff. Every time I call they are so nice and polite. Every time I asked for something to be fixed, it was within a day or so. My family is really happy here, and we are not planning to move.

I am a current resident of Amherst Bedford, been here for a while and I couldn't be happier with the community and staff. When I submit a work order its done in a timely manner and the office ladies are always really friendly. No major complaints. Happy resident :)

What can I say about Amherst apartments I absolutely love living here and love how quite and clean that property is and how friendly and helpful the maintenance team is. Lady's in the office are also every helpful and kind. Would highly Recommend anybody too move here.

I recently moved into this property, the staff is so amazing and friendly and maintenance is so quick when it comes to making repairs. If I had one thing to complain about it would be the unsupervised children that are always running around the property. Other then that my family and i love our new apartment.

I would definently recomend this community to anyone seeking a place they'd like to call home. The area is safe and quiet. For anyone who has children, there's an elementary school next to property. Grounds are always kept cleaned even on the weekend and especially holidays. This property is pet friendly and there's clean up stations everywhere.

I love this community so much, super quiet and clean. Very easy and convenient to take my son to school every morning. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and great to work with. Grounds are kept nice and clean also!

I love this community because it is surrounded by residential homes and rarely has any crime. It's right by an elementary school which is convenient if you have kids. The grounds are always kept clean the staff is so super friendly and so are the maintenance men. If the rent wasn't so expensive I would still be living there hands down but you get what you pay for.

We have lived at Amherst for 2+ years and we have had nothing but great service, office staff and maintenance staff... a few hiccups but all tKen care of in a timely manner. Minor things. We love living here and always tell our friends about our place.

Hey y'all! I love this property! I lived here so far for 2 years. Never had any problems! Amherst apartment is amazing. Love my friendly quiet neighbors, extremely clean area (grounds), and best matnanice team! I would recommend to friends, family, and anyone who is looking for a great new community to live at.

Just moved in this weekend had a few minor issues that were resolved immediately by the manager and maintenance. Overall great experience so far and would totally recommend this community to anyone looking in the Fort Worth Dallas Metroplex or anyone looking to be close to the airport. I've already ran into a few coworkers that I didn't realize lived here.

I toured Amherst apartments over the weekend and really loved this community! Everyone was super friendly and we look forward to moving to the complex in the near future. Once we make the decision to finally put our house on the market we will be applying!

I love this complex the staff and apartment manager is emmacculent she is always on top of things. I have been here for two years no issues at all and if the apartment manager ever is replaced i will be leaving the complex.

I love it here because it super friendly next to an elementary for my kids. Super clean around the apartments and the pools here are maintained very well. The staff is super friendly and helpful when it's needed.

The staff is great at Amherst. The office ladies are very friendly and the maintenance is quick on getting our requests done if we ever have any problems. I have lived here going on 3 months and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon...very happy

Pretty exterior, helpful office staff, quick response to maintenance requests, great location. I love my 2/2 layout with two master beds with attached baths. Quiet neighbors. Since school started, the traffic in the neighborhood is annoying but I guess it's inevitable since I'm just next door to the school. I chose this community because their management has been in place for many years, which is rare in apartments. Glad to be here.

RUN! You do NOT want to live here!!!! We lived here for 2 years. Maintenance is below acceptable. The manager is a -----. They gut you financially when you leave. The property is a garbage dump with garbage sitting on front doors and left outside dumpsters. Dog poop every where. They kick you out with NO reason. Save yourself financially and find another place to live. Interesting that there are NO negative reviews. Me and my neighbor were kicked out with no reason given.....manager wanted to renovate to get higher rent.
