The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help. They have provided many fun/creative activities with and without good. The amenity spaces are beautiful and well maintained. We live in a villa where the landscaping needs some work. They say that will happen. It may not be right away, but they always come through. The maintenance could not be much better. Charlir responds and fixes what he can. If it's a construction issue, it may take a while. No place is perfect, but Avenida is really close to it.

This is a beautiful community and I am sure I will enjoy living here.I have a few issues. I still don't have hot water in my master bath shower. I have water at the sink. I tried letting the shower water running for a while, but it never got hot. Also, there is no towel bar in the guest bathroom.

Overall, this community ranks high, in my book. The "newness" is a PLUS! Noise is not an issue as my father is hearing impaired. The grounds are still being worked on &, I'm sure, will be amazing once completed. The security measures you have implemented is a major plus for us. The community is, literally, 1 minute from our house (Denise & Irene's) which is the major reason we decided to move dad in. The awesome associates are icing on the cake. I have not encountered working with maintenance yet. As previously stated, the staff is AWESOME! TOP NOTCH!

I have told several friends about this "home" The rooms are well built. Having a garage for one' car are one of the best. The maintenance group are very good. Able to "fix"just about any problem! The addition with many areas for many activities.

Avendia is a great place to live for 55 Plus. Sales associates are wonderful, (Susan and Tennile)friendly and always takes the time to listen. Maintance is really fast, usually it is completed in first 24 hrs after submitting a request. Great activities, 1st class gym, pool and pickle ball court. Few weeks I have lived here have been great.

Avenida's maintenance supervisor listened to me and took my concerns about excess indoor humidity seriously. When an AC specialist was on site, Charlie brought him to me to explain the issue. The AC specialist knew what to try first to fix the problem. In just a few minutes, he accessed the attic unit and lowered the fresh air intake. The indoor humidity is much lower, the apartment is more comfortable, and I look forward to a lower electric bill!

The place is gorgeous. Lots of amenities. Super workout room. Hope they get the pool and hot tub open before fall. Sprinklers need adjusting. Trees behind us are dying for 2nd time for lack of water. Sprinklers rarely come on in front.

Staff has been exceptional during the pre-lease and move-in process. There are many opportunities to meet neighbors and socialize. The community amenities are in the final stages of construction so I cannot comment on them at this moment.

AvenidaCarrollton is a “place to call home”! We have been here 2 weeks and when we get up and look out the windows to the beautiful grounds and property, we are so grateful to be living here. Too new to have an opinion yet. None of the facilities are open yet. Sounds like the issues we have experienced are very common with the other residents. The maintenance team is very quick to respond and they follow up to make sure the issue is resolved to our satisfaction.

Overall we love living at Avenida Carrollton. We love the staff and Charlie. I love the neighbors and how friendly everyone is. It is a great place to live. I would recommend to anyone over 55 years. It is quite and I feel very safe.

We are new here and currently love it all. We especially like our property's back yard with the tall trees. We love the back covered patio, love our floor plan with the fireplace. In fact, we can't think of anything we don't love! We love that it is two minutes from our daughter and family!
