The new apartments are nice and clean. Package room is just an open room. It could get worse when the apartment hits full capacity. The alarm goes off all the time, sometimes in the middle of the night for over an hour. Half of the spots are paid parking, the apartment isn't even full and we already have to park far from our nearest door. Some of the several issues I could see getting way worse in the future. Push the management on how they are addressing the issues for the future as more people move in.

First, I have reported hot water issues at least five times. Maintenance initially confirmed that hot water should not run out within five minutes and stated the water heater would need replacement. However, when a plumber later visited, the water heater was not properly evaluated. The visit lasted approximately two minutes, and no meaningful inspection was conducted. I was told they would return, but no follow-up occurred. The issue remains unresolved. Second, I repeatedly expressed concerns regarding the clean air intake system running continuously. I was informed during inspection and by code enforcement that the system should not remain in "OH" mode. However, my system was left in OH mode, causing it to run constantly and significantly increase my electric bill ? nearly doubling it. This concern was dismissed rather than properly investigated. Additionally, I requested the installation of safety mirrors in the parking garage due to vehicles speeding around blind corners and the presence of transient individuals using the garage for shelter. These safety concerns were also dismissed. The pattern of inadequate response, dismissiveness, and lack of follow-through has made this experience extremely frustrating.

Do not move here. Everything is literally a money grab. Appliances break all the time. Maintenance does their best but it isnt done. The parking garage is too small. Sometimes it feels like someone will collide into me while im driving. Your packages are not safe. My packages and others have been left on the floor or not delivered because the people who deliver them don't have access to the leasing office after hours. Instead of amazon lockers they have a thing called luxor which is a mess. The community wifi sucks. The fire alarms trip every week. Like you seriously cant slap luxury on a building and call it a luxury apartment. Then tenants are being threatened that their cars will be towed if they dont sign up for parking which we were told wasnt going to be a thing before we moved here. Then the cherry on top is a homeless man breaking in and hit the fire alarm on time. The place is beautiful no doubt and probably has a lot of hiccups because its a new apartment complex but find somewhere else to live until they get their ish together. Give them about 3-5 years

Eviva Trinity Mills Station exceeded my expectations.
Eviva Trinity Mills Station is such a breath of fresh air! The community is beautifully designed, the amenities feel upscale, and the team is incredibly welcoming. You can tell they have put real thought into creating a modern, comfortable living experience. Highly recommend touring!

Perfect place to call home
I recently signed a lease at this amazing apartment community, and I couldn’t be happier! As someone who's new to the area, the location is incredibly convenient, making commuting and running errands easy. The amenities are very nice, and it’s clear that the property is very well maintained and cared for. I also want to extend a huge thank you to Veton for all the help and support throughout the leasing process. He really went above and beyond to make me feel at home in a new city. If you're looking for a comfortable, well located place to live, I highly recommend this community!

Awesome place
I’ve had an amazing experience at Eviva Trinity Mills Station. The service here has been excellent from day one — everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Eviva Trinity Mills Station has been a really good place to live. The property is kept up nicely and everything feels organized. Any time I’ve needed help, Veton has been super helpful and makes the whole process smoother. The location is convenient, the apartments are very nice, and they also host really good resident events. Overall, it’s been a great experience.

Best Apartment In the Area
Eviva Trinity Mills Station has been such a great experience! The property is beautiful, clean, and feels very well taken care of, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Everyone I have interacted with has been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they take pride in the community and in making sure residents feel comfortable and supported.

Easy and convenient

Welcoming new luxury apartments
From the moment I walked in, David has treated me with respect and as a true professional would. He remembered me by name, quickly addressed every concern I had and wanted to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for as we picked through floor plans. He has always been quick in communication and willing to go above and beyond. It has so far been a really good experience working with all of the office staff and maintenance employees. There are a lot of apps to download and keep up with, but that is hardly Davids fault. He has been patient and thorough in helping me understand all that I need to do. Great experience!

A Smooth Move-In Experience and Great First Impression
I recently moved into EVIVA Trinity Mills Station, and my first impression has been excellent. The move-in process was simple and well organized, and the community feels clean, modern, and very well maintained. The amenities are convenient, the location is ideal for daily commuting, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The staff has been exceptionally welcoming and professional. The 1:1 session during my move-in was amazing—it provided clear guidance, answered every question, and helped me feel fully settled on day one. I also want to highlight the housekeeping support available on-site; Giselle was incredibly warm and made me feel at home right away. Overall, I’m very satisfied so far and look forward to continuing my stay here. This is a great place to live for anyone seeking a clean environment, responsive staff, and a truly smooth move-in experience.

Great Leasing Experience - Excited to Move In!
I toured Eviva at Trinity Mills Station last month and I knew immediately that I would lease with them. The amenities and the units themselves are elite, you can tell a lot of thought was put into the details of the property. I also like how they are being proactive and taking steps to ensure that this brand new property stays nice well into the future. David has been great throughout the leasing process and I am grateful for his help. I am excited to move in at the end of September.

So Far So Good!
I moved in ~3 weeks ago and am very happy with my decision. Before Moving In: I toured the property around Mid-June, and was amazed even when the pool was still under construction. Veton gave me a wonderful touring experience. He was very knowledgeable and caring, he really understood my needs and showed me the apartment that instantly became my first choice. I toured 8 apartments in total around the Dallas suburban area, and Eviva gave me the best impression and experience. I decided to apply as soon as I finish the tour (on a Sunday), and I got approve the next Monday in the afternoon. The touring experience was exceptional, and the application process was very straightforward. During and After Move-in: There will be a move-in orientation prior to the move-in. Veton carefully went over the move-in procedures and gave me detailed guidance such as providing me a map that helped my mover by a ton - they finished moving and setting up everything in ~40 minutes. Veton also went over the amenities such as Valet Trash and the package room, the process was also easy to understand. I really enjoy my living experience so far. The community is quiet, the apartment unit is brand new, the staff are welcoming and caring, and I feel very safe living in this community. The park right next to the building is beautifully designed, and the lights at night are truly amazing. I always feel satisfying when driving back home late at night. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I can't wait for all the amenities to open.

They are the best!
I found this apartment months ago when it was still under construction. I did a hard hat tour and they were all very helpful. Bryce helped me along the way and was able to answer all my questions. I did a move in orientation and he was able to go over everything in full. The units are very nice and I’m excited to move next week!

Great Service
The property is coming along nicely! Working with Veton during the leasing process was a great experience. He was responsive and very accommodating during move in. He, David and Alberto have been very helpful and has gone above and beyond with resolving the concerns and requests that Ive presented. For the most part, I have been enjoying my apartment thus far as well as the pool. Cant wait for the gym to be completed!

The best leasing experience ever!
From the first day I stepped foot into Eviva, I felt very welcome and at home. David led me on a tour of the beautiful property and showed me all the amenities. I also got to see 2 units. The features and finishes are gorgeous. I decided immediately I wanted to live here. Applied and moved in within a week & a half. David also conducted my move-in orientation a few days before move-in, which I found to be very helpful. He’s a rockstar!! The staff at Eviva have been very responsive and attentive to every request & question I’ve had. I’ve been here for a week now and absolutely love it!!
