    Cool nice apartment brand new

    I’ve moved in 2weeks ago and it was the best apartment that we looked in Carrollton TX. The location is good it’s by the highway and everything is so new, the facilities, furnitures and etc. The staff members are really kind and supportive. We love it here

      Amazing Experience!

      I've recently moved to Eviva at Trinity Mills Station and I couldn't be happier! The apartments are beautifully designed with plenty of natural light and ample storage space. The leasing office and maintenance team are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The complex has a fantastic pool and community room that are always well-maintained. The apartment is close to public transportation so it makes commute easy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. The staff are friendly, the amenities are great, and the location is perfect. If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further than Eviva at Trinity Mills Station. David And Veton are very helpful and made the move in process so smooth.

        Beautiful property, friendly staff, convenient location!

        I have lived here since the building first opened. The building is beautiful and modern. My apartment itself has great modern features, and the design is well put together. The staff/management are super friendly and always helpful whenever needed. Response times are quick. The amenities are still in progress, but so far the pool and business center are open. The package room is super helpful and easy to use. The common areas are well maintained. The location is right off the highway, so there is some highway noise but that’s expected. Super convenient location to the highway, grocery stores, and tons places to eat. There is a gated parking garage, I have had no issues with my car here. There will be a police substation near by, and I often do see police cars patrolling the area every now and then. Not that many residents at the moment, but the apartments feel well insulated from noise. Rent is fairly priced, I enjoy living here for what is offered.
