Cypress Gardens is affordable for the bare minimum level of appliances and amenities. If you're looking for somewhere affordable without "luxury" features, you'll find it here. With that being said, walls are paper thin. You will hear your neighbors! Maintenance could use some improvement, but it's gotten better in the last two years we've lived here.

Good ,they teat you well as expected. Office is very helpful with inquiries and requests. Always at your beck and call. I moved into a first floor apartment after living on 2nd floor for 14 years, after quadruple heart surgery. They were helpful finding a new living quarters. I also have a condition that has left me unable to walk with out a walker or cane.

A little dated, but quite, pool is usually slimy, people wear clothes in it, dog park fence is broken otherwise happy with the complex, interior is old and drafty, needs updating, mine is more updated

As we all know, some complexes aren't kept up very well. This complex is kept clean! I'm not embarrassed to bring family friends here. The community is defiantly safe. I don't feel like I have to watch my back walking at night. With a new coat of paint some fresh blacktop new pool BBQ pits !!! The only down side is the GYM suffers the most iv only been a handfull of times and they were the last times.

So far, we've had a pleasant experience. Maintenance takes a little while to see work orders but they fix whatever Is wrong. Security could have some improvements but overall it's pretty quiet. There should also be a more strict rule on dogs.

I've had good and bad experiences but overall it's ok I've had maintenance issues in the past and pest control never shows up and valet trash sometimes doesn't pick up my trash so I feel like I'm paying for a service I don't really need and this smart rent no one asked if we wanted it and they put it in on with out little to no knowledge about it

Pretty quiet place. Maintenance responds promptly. Well-equipped gym. I can't hear conversations of my neighbors, even though the person below talk a lot and laughs a lot, it's muted. You should do your own vacuuming when you move in: they said they vacuumed it before the carpet was cleaned but I found all kinds of metal junk, like screws and hairpins and other stuff so if they did vacuum it was a very poor job.

Quiet. I don't get informed when they are coming to my apartment. I got a microwave in late January I think? So it's great to have that. The other one was cracked. I still don't have three needed screens and one of the windows that does doesn't stay open on its own.

Everything is great, except you keep Raising the rent every lease, plus you Forced me to get Spectrum cable, which added another 90 dollars. I've Been a good tenant for 10 years, never paided late. Thank you

I truly love the location. The staff are friendly & helpful. Maintenance staff are well educated. The grounds are mostly kept clean, but there are those residents who litter. I, personally, pick up litter around my building, because I like a clean, n at environment.

Cypress Gardens is a nice community in a good location - near Highway 183, the Lakeline shopping area/HEB, etc. It's a fairly quiet community that is generally well-taken care of. Maintenance requests take a long time to be responded to (I have one that's been waiting six weeks) but emergency requests are generally handled faster. Overall I'm happy with the community.

Open parking, difficult to park close to Apt when working evenings. Back apt lighting typically broken building 700. Rent has more than doubled in my time. Parking lot re-paving recommended. Generally quiet neighbors

Apartment room sizes are good. Walk in closets are spacious. Kitchen has plenty of storage. Pools are ok. If only they were watched more closely so others only wear proper swimwear and stop it from getting dirty and being closed for long periods of time. Parking lot needs repaving though, VERY bumpy. Employees and maintenance people are great.

I have been very happy with this apartment. It's a quiet community with friendly neigh ors and the staff has really been going above and beyond to deal with my maintenance requests. Also, it's very close to 183 which makes it convenient to get places but far enough from the sound of highway traffic. It's nice and quiet and I have a nice big tree in front of my patio which provides the privacy I need. I really like it here!

If you decide to move in to this complex, make sure to check EVERYTHING on move in day. The unit I moved into had too many problems that maintenance was in multiple times a week, the first 3 weeks. The "upgraded" units got linoleum installed in the entire unit...that's it. Weather stripping for the front door and all windows are gross and deteriorating, causing outside air to come in. The locks on the doors are obnoxious and jam constantly. The walls are thin. I can hear my neighbors kids screaming at all hours of the day/night. I can also smell what they are cooking...it doesn't smell good. The pools are hardly ever open because the water is always green. Police are strolling through pretty often. Sometimes in their vehicles, sometimes on foot searching the property. I've decided to just keep to myself. This place isn't worth the pricing.

Eh it's not great it's not terrible, except the fact my dishwasher doesn't work and no one has fixed it and I've put in multiple work orders and have been told "when the door is open the dispenser works" but I don't know any dishwasher that operates with an open door.

I really like living in my apartment.The apartment is nice and cozy. I like the amount of storage spaces that I have in my apartment. I feel a sense of safety and security that's around my apartment.
