The Alexander by Alazi is awesome. The Staff has a command of all phases of everything from the Application process thru the actual move-in. All interections with the Staff are always professional yet friendly. The actual community facilities are phenomenal in their cleanliness and occupancy.

The best complex I have lived. The kitchen is upgraded and spacious. The backyard is a pretty decent size. I love the amenities and the events the community has to offer. It's a safe community and the staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond

Poorly built by the contractors. I've had very loud neighbor's that are rude if you try to communicate if they're being too loud. Pest are always around. There's been concerns of mold throughout the facility.

Best apartment complex in Corpus Christi. I have looked at LOTS of them. The various 2 and 3 bedroom styles are spacious and efficient. The white color makes everything bright. I LOVE MY YARD!!! The temperature seems to hold steady with no "cold spots". I was stumped by the lift-up window blinds, but once I understood how to lift and lower the blinds, I really have found them useful.

While the apartment complex is new and has upscale appliances, it doesn't feel luxurious the way it should. Especially for what I'm paying. From the beginning, I've had issues with the door to my apartment having small gaps that allow gnats and flies to come inside. When I first moved in, I dealt with a pretty bad fly problem because of this. On top of that, my neighbors are constantly fighting. Almost every day, I hear the male yelling extremely vulgar and disturbing things at his partner, and it's honestly uncomfortable and upsetting to hear in my own home. The hallways and common areas also frequently smell like weed, which adds to the feeling that this isn't the environment I expected. I'm really disappointed because the property itself is beautiful and I was excited to live here. But it feels like the reality doesn't match what's being advertised. Right now, it feels more like a chaotic environment masked as luxury, and that's not what I thought I was paying for.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. It's unfortunate that you have been dealing with gnats and flies in your home and noise from an upstairs neighbor. I understand how frustrating that can be. Pest control is on site weekly, but our team can only address issues that we are made aware of. I will add you to pest control for next Tuesday. Please feel free to put in requests through Loft or by calling or coming by the office so that we may resolve any future issues. A work order for your door has been entered as well. Regarding the noise concern, we take resident comfort seriously. It helps to address any issues if we are made aware of them as they are happening. Emailing or calling our team with details allows us to pinpoint where the area of concern is. We do have a courtesy officer that you can reach after hours by calling the office and following the prompt if anything is happening after hours. Additionally, we are glad to address any issues as they arise during office hours. We are certainly here to help, and communication is key to resolving concerns quickly. Thank you kindly, Management

Apartment staff are very helpful from the moment you mention looking for a place. Everything is brand new and feels luxurious. You don't have to break the bank to live here and the price is a steal for the complex just being built. I highly recommend looking into living here!

The front desk ladies are very helpful and are good about scheduling any maintenance needed at a quick and convenient time. The maintenance workers were very courteous and helpful with any issues I had and they cleaned up after themselves. I have not had any issues with the apartment, everyone is very friendly and it is a very peaceful environment to live in.

IT lists as luxury but it's not but definitely mediocre. However, it is feasible to make a temporary housing situation until something better comes along. I'm interested in moving into a house so until I'm ready to purchase I'll stay.

Brand new complex. Friendly staff. Maintenance requests quickly taken care. Great pool area, coffee bar and in house gym. Pet park is a huge plus. I absolutely love the valet trash. I will definitely renew my lease again!

There is an issue with maintaining the amenities at the complex. Printer is broken, the doors leading to the mailroom do not lock properly. One of the entrance gates is always open. Pool and breezeways are not cleaned. Residents smoke around the pool and the noise levels are not enforced. The buildings themselves are not well constructed unfortunately.

Mistake moving here

DON"T MOVE HERE. It says luxury but its not luxury. For being a brand new place the painting inside the apartment sucks, doors make noise when closing. Cabinet doors are not really straight. Plus the people they let rent here all I can say is WOW. I saw a guy walking his Husky dog and while he walking the dog he was playing on his phone. Not paying attention he let the dog pee on the entrance wall of building 2. He didn't do anything. So when you walk by you can smell the pee. Its disgusting. I still see dog poop and can smell it. These residents don't care and the front office doesn't care either. All they do is send out a reminder text or email pick up after your dog. Another thing is when you have more than one floor why doesn't the second and third floor have no carpet. So when the person drops something its loud. Many times I've been woken up by that. Nothing is going to happen because the only thing the front office really cares about is making stupid Tik Tok videos.

Staff is friendly, community is nice, they have great amenities here like the putting green, basketball court, pool, hot-tub and coffee machine. The downsides are that there's construction going on and there's a near constant alarm going off right now from that and that my key was the wrong key at first, but it was taking care of quickly and after hours.

The complex is new and modern. All amenities are great as well. The floor plan was perfect for what I was looking for.. probably my favorite I have ever toured (I toured 6 complexes looking for this one). Overall, great job by the team at Alexander by Azali.

Terrible build quality. Embarrassing lack of quality control and a total lack of care by the construction crews The gym stinks of sour milk, the water fountains also taste bad. The gym is too small and lacking. Having the communal area only open when the staff are working is lame.
