I love living at Cadence Creek Towne Lake. My cottage is the perfect size for me and my small dog, Bella. The office staff personnel are very polite, friendly, and very professional. Any maintenance request is addressed in a timely manner. Before I came to Cadence Creek, I lived in a house next door to my daughter and her family. My decision to make this move has given me a host of new friends and neighbors and the opportunity to live a lifestyle appropriate to my age group. It has given my daughter the freedom to explore new avenues of interest to her without the stress of caring for Mom. Mom is kept quite busy with the many activities provided here.

The staff is wonderful. The maintenance team is top notch. This is going to be a great place to live. The neighborhood is beautiful. It has water ways with million dollar homes and great walking/biking trails.

I love the friendliness of other residents. The complex definitely has a 'homey feel' and I felt welcomed immediately. There is a large variety of amenities offered. The grounds are spotless and the maintenance crew is quick and efficient. The complex is close to grocery stores, major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants.

Absolutely, please know that management is completely unfair in that, one of the conference rooms is used for a puzzle area for certain residents. Every conference room should be equally accessed. Using & saving one conference room for certain residents is wrong. It is a common area so the lease states! Would I be allowed to keep my sewing machine set up in a conference room? Not at all! If CCTL is going to be fair, we have to be fair across-the-board and common area set as a puzzle area, to me, is blatantly wrong. It doesn’t matter how long certain residents have occupied the building; that move is 100% favoritism.

If you are looking for a home that the grounds are nice and the pool is always clean. I would suggest Solea Copperfield. We at Cadence are still waiting for the recovery from the Feb 2024 storms and the July Hurricane Beryl. There are dead trees now because they are not watering correctly in the hot weather. I counted seven dead or dying trees on my block alone. We have tried to talk to the owners but the front office will mm it give us Mr Michael Caldwell’s phone number . One more thing when we get heavy rain storms the property floods on the south side. Check out the black mold in the garage walls if your daring enough

Once the decision was made to downsize, it was easy to select Cadence Creek Towne Lake as our new home. The floorplans are roomy, the double patio/porches are a bonus, the lit streets and porch lights that line the cottage streets at night give the community a feeling of a cozy little village.

I am a big pool person. I also have stage 4 breast cancer. I can’t believe in Texas, in this heat, there are NO umbrellas at ANY chaise lounges around the pool. I would love to sit under an umbrella and read or just relax. You can’t do that in the heat in Texas. That’s my biggest disappointment.

Efficient knowledgeable staff. Provides maintenance on demand. Apartment is very new. I appreciate the fact that the staff tries to keep the apartments looking like they’re still brand new. The crew works on the swimming pool every day, getting all the dirt and litter out that accrues overnight. Looks like a five star resort.

The grounds are pristine and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and quite inviting, to say the least! The overall ambience of Cadence Creek puts me in mind of a 5 star All-Inclusive Resort, or even yet, a Very nice Cruise Get-Away! Simply "breath-taking," is what came to mind, as we first walked into entrance way of the showroom. We were warmly greeted by Brittany, one of their Elite Sales Representatives, who not only was very friendly, but extremely professional during the time she escorted us throughout the property. The office staff are also very helpful, and willing to accommodate in any way possible. My husband and I are totally thrilled to Finally be a part of the Cadence Creek at Towne Lake Family!!!!

I’m a little disappointed with the appearance. When I moved in the landscaping was beautiful around the property. Its May now and no one have come out to replace all the shrubs and flowers that died during the last freeze. I live in the front in a Cottage and everything basically died and only a few shrubs survived and I have asked on numerous occasions if they are going to come out and redo the landscaping. I hope someone comes out soon !

Starting to get annoyed at how often the gate remains open all day and all night day after day after day. As residence, we are paying for a gated community and there’s no excuse for the gates to remain open all this time. Going on four days now that the gates have been open on the north side

Elevator issues in this building, and it is getting to the point where it is a safety issue for residents and possibly first responders, 4 months to repair an elevator is unacceptable. The staff here is terrific and I’m positive the elevator issues stem from corporate directives

Yes, I love living here. However, there was a problem with my tile floor in my bathroom and maintenance and the front desk ladies managers could they said they could not replace the tiles it’s a film or it looks dirty to me and I’ve tried scrubbing it maintenance tried scrubbing it it’s just not coming out. She said it was just the way they when they bought the tile that’s why they were, that’s the only complaint I have
