Great Maintenance Service - Hildo and Luis

Hildo Molina and Luis Sibrian, from the maintenance team, they are both great. They are polite and professional. They fixed the problem fast and well. I had a clogged + dripping bathtub and they fixed it the same day the ticket was opened!

Love Camden victory park and living here ! But the staff here make it truly feel like home ; any time we need something fixed or resolved at the apartment Hildo Molina and his staff always come to the rescue . They go above and beyond us and this community. The front office staff is amazing as well !

We are extremely happy with everything about Camden Victory Park

We moved here in 2016 when Victory Park opened because we liked the location next to the Katy Trail and AAC. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. Our apartment is awesome and the staff, from management to the maintenance staff, is phenomenal. They really care, are incredibly responsive, and do everything they can to make our experience living here a fantastic one. We are truly thankful to be here

Jose Hernandez helped me out tremendously ! He even helped me to figure out the best route from work to Camden. He was very helpful and extremely available to answer all my lingering questions. The people at Camden are what makes the apartment building wonderful.

I have been at Camden Victory Park since January 2019 and I love it here! The entire staff and maintenance crew are awesome, with Jose, Robert, and Santiago being especially great! The complex is generally pretty quiet and living next to the AAC and all the cool restaurants and bars is an amazing benefit!

Staff is very professional and helpful. From the community manager, Jon Michael, to leasing consultants like Jose and Taylor. When Jose set me up with my apartment he was very knowledgeable, amiable, quick and efficient. Renting an apartment here was a very simple, pleasant, and easy process for me, especially with having to move in on such short notice. Safe and clean environment.

Nice apartments but the try to scam you with a 'Cable/internet' charge of $108 a month which is mandatory, so even if you don't use Cable or have your own personal internet you will have to pay the $108 which btw is ridiculous. I was ready to choose this property but that type of SCAM is unaceptable.

I have been a resident since 2018 and have loved living here. The location is close to the Katy Trail, many restaurants and is central to anywhere you'd want to go in downtown Dallas. The leasing office staff always goes above and beyond to address any concerns. Shoutout to Jeanette for even checking on my newly adopted rescue pup when I was at work! The maintenance team is probably one of the best I've experienced - prompt, professional and friendly. Overall, I would recommend living here - thanks Camden Victory Park for all that you do.

I moved in right before the Covid-19 issue which REALLY made me acquainted with the property. The staff has been great thus far. Jeanette at the leasing office was amazing and made the move from California super easy as most of what I had to do was remote. Neighbors are really nice and the Katy trail is right across the street along with a ton of food and drink spots. Really can't beat the area.

Camden Victory Park is a great community! Living right off the Katy Trail and easy accessibility to restaurants in Victory Park is great. The community has a great pool, a well-equipped gym, and not to mention the best staff. All maintenance personnel are great and the group in the leasing office is super accommodating, especially Jeanette #teamjeanette. I highly recommend Camden Victory Park!

I recently moved to Camden Victory Park from New York after relocating for work. Due to COVID-19 pandemic I was unable to tour apartments and communities prior to my move. The staff at Camden could not have been more accommodating, particularly Jeanette Yan (#TeamJeanette). Jeanette went above and beyond to set up virtual tours on FaceTime, and even offered to walk around a rather large complex to show me a variety of units & view options. Since moving in Jeanette and the rest of the staff have been nothing but helpful, they're extremely responsive - even now under the circumstances. Since settling in I've realized that Camden Victory Park was definitely the right choice for me, I would recommend Camden and the neighborhood to anyone seeking a move!

I have lived in Camden Victory Park for about 6 months and do not have enough good things to say about them. First, their administrative team is helpful and incredibly responsive. I have had the pleasure of working with Jon Michael, Taylor, Jeannette, Jessica and Syndey and each of them was incredibly professional and helpful. In addition, the maintenance staff is unmatched in its speed, service, and quality. In most cases, I will have a maintenance request done the same day or the following day. Santiago has helped me several times and he is always excellent. Rick, the maintenance supervisor, has also been a great help to me. He is incredibly patient and willing to help you out on whatever issue you have. I have never lived in an apartment complex with such a stellar group of employees. I recommend Camden to any of my friends looking for a place to live!

My fiancee and I lived at Camden Victory Park for almost 4 years and we would go back in a heartbeat if we were in the market for an apartment! The amenities were stellar and always well maintained, I especially liked the gym having heavier dumbbells than other apartment complexes. The staff was always very helpful and the maintenance team were always fast with work orders and super friendly! The location was awesome and definitely miss walking to all the great places in Victory Park and the easy access to Katy Trail! A couple things to note for any potential residents: -This apartment complex is right next door to American Airlines Center and with that comes heavy traffic during events. I would recommend knowing the AAC schedule in advanced and planning accordingly. -As of March 2020, the office does not provide a package storage system for residents and there were reports of packages being stolen while being left outside apartment doors. We circumvented this issue by getting packages delivered to my workplace. There are also different package drop off lockers around the area that are close to the complex that our neighbors would occasionally use. -Since this apartment complex is in downtown, there were quite a few reports of break ins into cars over the years. Luckily we were never a victim of these crimes, but I would definitely recommend not leaving anything out in your car that is valuable and locking your car and apartment at all times you are not present. Overall, we are definitely recommending Camden to anyone looking for a great apartment at a decent price for the area. Good luck in your apartment search!

Camden Victory Park has been my home for the last four years. As I'm moving soon to Miami, I felt the need to write this review as a belated thank you to this fantastic building management. Living here raise your standards so much that's it would be so hard to find another building that comes close. I've moved to this building when It was still under construction, and after four years, it still smells like a new building thanks to the excellent maintenance team, especially Santiago and Robert, who always go the extra mile to keep residents happy. As for the leasing office, Jose Hernandez made lease signing very smooth, answered all my questions and questions that I didn't ask and went above and beyond to make sure that I understand all my options and find the perfect unit for me (actually I had to change the unit four times, and he was always patient and happy to help) which is something that I miss so much in other leasing offices that I visit now. They all make you feel overwhelmed and not welcome. It's tough for me to leave Camden victory Park because you get to use to this kind of convenience, luxury living, VIP treatment, and the spacious apartments with very high ceilings but what can I say! This is life

Lived here for 2 years just moved out in October. Never had issues with maintenance or staff until staff changed last year . Now that i have moved out they sent me straight to collections claimed they mailed letter i never received . We get a collection letter just fine but not a reg letter or even a phone call . I even kept calling after we moved out to get our balance . I pay bills and this offends me and I'm sure other people to have a bill sent to a collections agency . I loved my apartment but after this i wouldn't recommend this apartment to nobody ! Stay away ! And i got charged for 100$ for some carpet in the bedroom that i was never in smh this is the first . So mad right now .

Recently Van Cotten did a repair in my apartment to fix a clogged sink in the bathroom. She also noticed my water flow was low she fixed the water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen sink. She was so pleasant and efficient. She's always smiling when I see her on the property! I'm so grateful for her presence and service.

I have been living at Camden Victory Park for a little over 9 months, and while I enjoy the proximity to AAC and VP's restaurants, the spacious rooms, high ceilings, well-appointed finishes and amenities inside my apartment and the responsive maintenance team, I am truly concerned about the lack of security at CVP and would caution anyone considering moving here. We had packages being stolen for months and even today packages delivered go missing and residents post on the community wall looking for their items. In this day and age of Amazon Prime, it is hard to imagine a lifestyle where one cannot order things online only because the "CVP thief" will get to them before you do. Currently, cars are being broken into. Third ongoing problem is we constantly have event parking inside CVP garage and IMO the office seem to be promoting that by not towing cars without the Camden green sticker. By ignoring this behavior for months, we are only letting strangers into our "gated building" (which by the way is a huge joke - CVP is no way a gated community with the lack of security we have here). My concerns constantly fall on deaf ears and we never get specific action from management other than let's talk about this directly. This community has so much potential but the lack of surveillance and security makes us an easy target for a lot of nuisance and thefts.

Did not have a good experience with this property. They are misleading when providing information about the units and the features that are included. Often you are unable to see the property you will be renting and the property management will tell you what you need to hear to sign the lease. We were told that the appliances were the same as the apartment they showed us and when we move in they were not. They charge for fees for every little thing like bike storage but are unable to provide filter water in the apartment. Do not recommend there are many beautiful properties around the area that wont lie to you. Be careful!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The people who work in the office have no clue what they are doing and don't care about you. I lived here for 2 years and was never late on a payment, no issues with management and overall enjoyed the stay. Minus car tires being stolen off vehicles occasionally from inside the garage, my time here was good. When I moved out I tried to make sure I had everything buttoned up before leaving for vacation for 2 weeks. I ended up missing a final payment which is on me, but rather than try and contact me, call my cell, email me or send mail to my forwarding address (all of which they had), they decided to send me straight to a collections agency and have the notice go to the house I grew up in in a different city. When I found out, I called Camden to see what I needed to do. They told me to bring a check into the office and they would send it out to the collections agency. I did this right away because I didn't anything to effect my credit score. I brought in a check, handed it to one of the girls and she told me I was good to go. A few weeks later I got a call from the collections agency saying that I still hadn't paid. I was very confused and called Camden to see what happened to the check I had handed them. The lady I spoke to told me that they don't accept check drop offs and that I had to deal with the collections agency myself… WHAT? Ok so what happened to the $700 check I handed to you? The answer I got was "we deal with hundreds of people a day, sorry but we can't keep track of everyone". WHAT?! Isn't that your job? So I have a $700 check floating around your office and you don't care because I am no longer a tenant basically. I tried calling Cindy Ellis for help, who I was told was the regional manager, I left a message and got no response. So I called the collections agency and paid the outstanding balance myself. Then, day or two later, before I had gone in a cancelled the check, I see the check clear with the collections agency. So Camden I guess had found the check and mailed it in without telling me so now I had paid twice! Dealing with the collections agency for the last 3 months has been a nightmare trying to get my money back. Moral of the story, DON'T LIVE HERE. The people Camden hire are incapable of doing their jobs, and there is a chance you will have the tires stolen off your car.

I absolutely LOVE living here. The move in process was very easy, and we live on the third floor. It's a very well kept and quiet property. Living so centralized makes getting to everything much easier, and you can pretty much walk/scooter everywhere. Having lived on the north east side of Dallas before I can say you are definitely getting to best bang for your buck, I feel very safe in this area. We have a dog too and we get to take him to Katy trail right across the street! We had one maitenance issue and Santiago came the very next morning and fixed the problem for us and made sure everything working before he left. Every time we have needed something/had a question the staff at the front office has been able to help, especially Jose and Rachel. Overall, having been in many different prior, this is by far the best I've lived in. Wonderful.
