Camden Victory Park is an exceptional place to live. I love everything about it. From the apartment finishes, to the amenities, to the great location next to the Katy Trail and American Airlines Center. Samantha completely sold me on this place and has been extremely helpful through the time that I have lived here. Everyone in the office staff and maintenance team is friendly and accommodating. I love being able to attend events at the AAC, or local bars and restaurants, and be just a short walk away from home. I love being able to walk outside my door and be at the entrance to the Katy Trail. The community itself is always clean and being updated. They recently added Edison lights over the pool, a new coffee machine, and a new paved pathway connecting the buildings. To me that is a great sign that they are not only maintaining the area, but are improving on it as well. Overall, I can't see myself leaving this place for a really long time.

Samantha made the apartment hunting, lease signing and move-in experiences so easy. The Camden has been wonderful and quite and I really enjoyed my time there. The only thing to be aware of is getting to and from when there are event at the AAC but other than that my experience was nothing but great

Camden Victory Park is a great apartment as the location is ideal, the staff is incredible, and complex is state of the art. While VP does have a lot of foot traffic due to its popular downtown location, the staff is always quick and attentive to any and all security issues. Everyone that works there takes pride in the complex and I was incredibly sad to leave due to work reasons.

I love this community because the staff and maintenance team is so incredibly kind, caring, and very well qualified. I feel like I have great individual relationships with each of them and they are always willing to help in any way that they can! The atmosphere at Camden Victory Park is positive, friendly, and welcoming. I feel so grateful to live here!

I absolutely love living at Camden Victory Park. The leasing staff is professional, personable and just awesome. Maintenance staff is quick with completing repair requests. Ms. Van is always in the best spirit, even when she is interrupted while being the best on staff housekeeper. Deciding to lease with Camden was the best decision. I love the spectacular view of the city from my balcony. The amenities are super nice and the property is very well care for. Oh, noise level is a 1 on a scale of 10. Location is the best in Victory Park. Easy access to highways and restaurants and AA Center. My star rating is 5 out 5 on the honesty scale.

Great Staff!!! I love living here. Nestor from the maintenance department, was passing by my unit and noticed the light outside the door was out so he went ahead and replaced it. Amazing service and always here to help with whatever you need. I would recommend anyone to live here!

I am absolutely happy with my decision to sign a lease with Camden at Victory Park. The leasing staff is one of the best I have experienced. They are always friendly and willing to help. Outstanding housekeeping and maintenance staff. The property grounds are meticulously care for. We have 24 hour security personnel on property daily. In this climate of increasing crime, majority of properties in DFW doesn't offer to provide security for the safety of their tenants. I would opt for on site security versus a front desk clerk any day. The garage is well lit and I feel completely safe at any time during the day. The apartment interior and amenities are on point, especially the tech package that include AT&T Uverse and wireless Internet. Can't beat the price. It sold me on the deal. I have a view of the city and I am totally mesmerized by the view and the calming affect it has on me, after a long hard day at work. Love, love, love that I can get my walk on the Katy Trail. It is across the street from the complex. No excuse for not staying fit. CVP's gym is well equipped. I am happy to call Camden Victory Park home.

I am extremely happy with Camden Victory Park. All the employees are very friendly. Rachel always smiles and greets me when I walk through the office and tells me to have a good day as I leave. I love the fact that the apartments are directly across from Katy Trail, which makes it convenient not only for my exercise, but walking my dog.

POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE Hi would highly recommend not moving into this complex. Personally I have had issues with my cable/internet service which is a mandatory service that's added on to your rent. When I had issues with this service the office was unwilling to even make calls on my behalf to get my service fixed. I have had packages stolen from my front door. I've once ask the front office to pick up my passport because I didn't want anyone to steal it while out of town and they refused. I have my car vandalize multiple times and I have had my car broken into and window busted. Lastly in the middle of the night I have had someone try to enter my apartment. There are other community issues as well. Dog feces/urine everywhere, elevator is always broken, landscaping looks dead, the grill is never cleaned and one is missing a door, hallways have small pieces of trash that will lay there for a entire week . Just shabby complex but with poor office management the rent here is not cheap so you would think it would be run better. These are my personal experiences that have been reported to the leasing office. We also get an email weekly of apartment as well as cars being broken into. I fear for my safety daily. My anxiety is through the roof and I'm stuck till my lease is up I've ask the office if I could break my lease without penalty because of all the problems I've experienced as well as all the problems with into complex. They advise me I would have to break the lease and pay all the fees yet I have spoken to handle full of people that were able to break their lease with just a 30 day notice. I'm not sure how fair/just this it but they sure Accommodate who they want when they want Instead of giving excuses or always saying did you call the police they need to sit back and give tangible solutions. No one wants to pay high rent and have high anxiety because they are scared of apartment/car theft will happen. I am just thankful that I travel a lot for work. I couldn't imagine living here full time.

STAY FAR AWAY! Go ANYWHERE down the street and pay a cheaper rent, a better value, and more square footage. this place is a disaster along with the staff. Notice all the positive reviews were from people who just moved in. Most of them looked fake anyway. Let's start from the top. The day I moved they scheduled two other people to move in at the same time USING ONE ELEVATOR. (Which later I found Is ALWAYS BROKEN) Not sure what logic was behind that..... needless to say it took me a good 8 hours to move in. I also read a review where payment problems were happening with the portal. I FEEL YOUR PAIN. This has happened to some reason my payment didn't process and instead of calling me and making me aware they tacked a 50$ fee. Also, something happened with my renters insurance and they tacked on another 100$ fee. Then came the break ins..... beginning this year 10 car break ins so far, and at least 4 apartment break ins and not to leave out the shooting that happened on the top floor right above my apartment. When calling to express my concerns the answer I got was " well this happens in this area" WHAT?!?! I've lived in this area for four years and talked to many people I know in the area and they are not having this much trouble with crime. The empty cop car in front of the gate was a cute attempt but there's going to have to be more security than that at this point. They say they are implementing a security plan BUT THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN OPEN FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW??? And security is just now a concern? Not sure why crime is so bad here. Maybe it has something to do with the bus stop being 50 yards away. But I do know there are people sleeping in the bus stop parking lot right across the street. Everyone I know at the apartment is trying to find some way to get out of their lease because of the crime here. Oh there's more..... I was stuck in a situation where I was in between jobs and I wouldn't start my next job until two months. I talked to dumb and dumber downstairs to see if there was anyway I could be transferred to a smaller apartment because of my financial situation. Told me I would have to pay a 2,000 fee to transfer. I then asked if I could have some sort of a payment plan for the fees. I never got a reply. These people do not have your back. They sniff out places where they can tack fees on. I have never experienced an apartment environment that makes it so obvious that all they want is your money. Then there was the pet and boyfriend issue. My boyfriend lives right down the street and we pay a pet deposit at his place (which is where we are most of the time and they are HIS DOGS). I guess they saw us with the dogs and decided they were going to tack on a $400 non refundable pet deposit EACH. I called and explained the situation and they told me that if they are on the property at all I will need to be paying for them. Then preceded to tell me if my boyfriend is there more than 14 days I will need to add him to the lease and pay all additional fees. Told me they would be having security keep up with how much his car is on the property. Such a joke. I'm working with the property management company to figure out a fair solution to all the problems I have been having here. Sad I couldn't get it resolved with the management on site but thats how this property is. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER

Until there is a change with secuirty measures and management I would not recommend living here. We loved it when we first moved in. The building is brand new, the maintainence staff is so helpful and the amenities are great but not worth the constant fear that your car or apartment will be broken into. In the past few months there have been weekly car and apartment break-ins. Management has promised increased security measures for several months and have only recently taken action. They refuse to put in cameras and have recently hired a security officer to roam the property but even with the security officers there have been increased break-ins.

Do not move here. In the last 6 months there have been multiple apartments broken into countless car break ins fake security guards outside the building and even a gun being fired in the hallway. The apartment management took months to implement any changes any they have not helped and blame the area instead of taking responsibility. I'm ending my lease a year early to get out of this place before it gets worse.

CVP is a beautiful community with awesome and clean amenities. My only complaint is that the crime rate here is very high. Since moving in, there have been car break-ins and apartment break-ins. I understand that these things come with living in a city, however, the frequency of these crimes is quite alarming. If you do choose to live here, be prepared to wake up with the expectation that your apartment will be broken into or that your car windows will be smashed in. In addition to that, your deliveries are not safe either. A lot of packages are stolen from this community too. I wish these were exaggerations but they really aren't. When I first moved here, I rated the community high and I would have recommended this place to anyone. Now, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I know a lot of people in this community that have broken leases because they do not feel safe.

This a great property with an amazing management team. They take excellent care of their residents. They plan events and respond to issues voiced by residents and they know us by name, we aren't just a # if you know what I mean. Like any other public location it does require a certain level of basic common sense like locking your car, not leaving valuables in open site, and not leaving items on your patio which is also shared by thousands of passers mavs game, stars game, concerts and the like. The fitness center is great and the Katy trail start point is right across the street if an active lifestyle is what you like. Overall every need we have ever expressed has been acted upon immediately by the staff. We love it here!

RUN RUN RUN We have lived here for 10 months The apartment is great, however over the last three months there have been car thefts, apartment doors kicked in. We had a person shooting a gun in the hall ways on the forth floor. There are No cameras on property, I am not a upset resident just posting a bad review. I am a concerned Resident! All these reports or all on the Dallas Police Departments Website. We have a small child and this is not a place for her to live. If you are thinking about a move to Victory Park Please read the crime reports!

My boyfriend and I moved into the Camden Victory Park community in July of 2016. So far we absolutely love it. It is brand new, extremely clean, and the staff are tremendously professional and helpful. Units offer washers/dryers, high ceilings, hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances, trash valet, and great lighting. The complex is in an amazing location, as it is downtown, across the street from the American Airlines Arena and the Katy Trail. There are tons of fun restaurants and bars within walking distance, while Uptown is roughly a 4-minute Uber ride. Furthermore, there is a gym downstairs with brand new cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines. Camden has a large pool with lots of lounge chairs, a covered bbq area with seating and flatscreen TVs, and two fire pits. They also offer a cycle/spin room; both areas are kept spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this community!
