Nice service
I am really surprised at negative reviews. Any experiences that I have had with management have been good. People do drive thru with radios too loud sometimes, however the staff and service are not an issue.I absolutely would recommend.

It's not so bad...
I have been here one year. My only complaint is that I cant get maintence to fix things. Other than that it has been great. I was planning on moving. But now have decided against it... Just decided to up grade to a bigger apartment. I love Bridget and I miss Randi. SO I am here to stay for one more year it looks like.. Then I am going to buy a house...

Happy home!
I just renewed because I love it here. I have no family in Texas and the excellent people that work at Nantucket Landing always make me feel like I am a part of theirs. I even received a birthday card from them a few months ago on my birthday. Very thoughtful of them, I think. If you want a nice place to live with friendly employees....MOVE HERE!

I've live at ths Nantucket Landing for several years and I'm quite impress with this complex. The new asst. manager, Bridget is outstanding and on top of her job. If I have any issues, Bridget is my first line of communication and she gets things done.

New to Dallas
I have to admit that I am new to Dallas and more familiar with Colorado. However, I have had a good experience so far. I moved from out of state and I was running late getting here to sign my lease and get keys. The gal in the office stayed late to ensure that I had a place to stay that night. Everyone has been friendly so far. I think they've really gone above and beyond for me. God bless.

Outstanding Property
I have lived here for almost a year and have signed a 1yr.new lease.The management team,Autumn,Bridgette,have bent over backwards to get done for me,what needed to be done in order for me to be happy with my apt.The team here is great,including the maintenance team,they as well,are fantastic.I would recommend to anybody that they move to this property.Love you guys! Happy to live here....
I have also lived here for just over a year and my experience has been the direct opposite from the reviewer below. When I first moved in, I was dissappointed with the staff and maintenance. But, about 6 months ago or so the staff changed and I've been happy since. I was very upset when we had to go a WEEK, not a month without hot water because the boiler system went out. As for the gates, I've never had an issue except after the big storm a couple of weeks ago. I'm pleased with the service that I receive from maintenance and office.I have referred people here and they have also had good experiences. All the different reviews just show that you have to experience for yourself and not rely on the oppinions of others. I wish all negative reviewers the best of luck in the future because there is no perfect apartment complex.

You can't please everyone.....
I was reading the negative comments below and I have to strongly disagree. It sounds to me like you are complaining just to complain. I have lived here for almost 2 years and maintenance was rocky in the begining but things have been fine for quite some time now.Parking gets tight sometimes just like every apartment complex but I have free covered parking so it's really not too bad. I think this place is great for the money and area and I am happy to call it home for the time being.

Poor maintenance..
I've lived here for a year and a half. In the past maintenance requests were filled quickly. However, my wife and I filled a work order for an a/c repair because our's was just blowing air. After waiting for 4 days I called the office to find out what was going on and was told the repairman will only be sent if the outside temp exceeds 80 degrees, and it is not rainy/overcast. The temp inside of our 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment has been well over 80 degrees yet we were denied service from the office. We also needed a kitchen light replaced and were told by a leasing agent that they can take up to a whole week to honor maintenance requests. Also the office would not allow me to make an emergency phone call when my power went out. The most unpleasant experience we had was when it came time for our first lease here to expire. This was back in August of 2007. I submited a notice to vacate about 6 weeks before our lease was up, then was informed that they require a 60 day advanceā¦Ā See More>sl2008

Just moved in and like what I see so far!
I just moved in but I did my reserch prior to picking these apartments. Extremely low crime, nice landscaping, nice people, and in my price range. I was really pleased with the staff and thought the apartment was a perfect fit for me. I've read some of the comments here and they are so over the top that they couldn't be true. The last place that I lived in Austin had horrible reviews, but I lived there for almost 5 years without any issues whatsoever. Basically all I can say is I'm having a great experience and no one should rely on reviews posted by "lord knows who". Besides everyone knows that forums are for cowards that need a place to vent their frustrations....nothing more. Have a blessed day!

Do Yourself A favor...and stay the hell away
I post information a few months ago informing you "The People" do not. It's the worst ever, from the roaches to the loud fights in the parking lot. To top it all off, they will rip you off left and right when it comes to posting your rent...Females beware the women in the office all act as if you owe them something, ready to be argumentive, no help. Esp. Bridget she's very unprofessional and do not like black people or must I say black women, I know it's sad to say, and truly I hate to throw the race card,,,,yer it is the truth. Nothing ever works there hot water, (we went a week without, then antoher week) no explantion no nothing other than we working on it. It truly sad to say that maintenance is the only group of people from their organization that is half way correct and we can not give them to much credit...Of course you can't blame them, they take orders from the leasing office

Improvement still needed
Management has improved slightly. The grounds need attention most of the time. I plan to move at the end of my lease and would only recommend this property to someone who can't do any better.

New to area
After reading the reviews here, I had mixed feelings about Nantucket Landing. I have a family memeber refer me here and swear that the bad postings were wrong. I decided to reserch it for myself. I checked crime stats..minor issues. I drove thru at night...nothing wrong there. I even saw their patrol service walking around while I was here. I was pleased with how nice everyone in the office was and they gave me a great move in special. I've only been here for a little over a month, but I am very happy so far. I will update later if things change.My point is you really need to check it out for your self and don't rely on the opinions of others!I agreed to update later and I am still pleased....Love it here!

They reel you in, then eat you alive!!!
Man these people here are crazy. The staff is very fake, and the say one thing yet do the opposite. Promises are always made that are no way in hell kept. Never any hot water, always something wrong with something, and then they always find a way to charge you an extra fee for "something". Believe me they'll find something. If you are even considering moving to this dump, don't even think about it. Well unless you want to be stuck in a very unpleasant lease.

i agree with the reviewer below, for sure! Where did all the good employees go???? Autum, Bridget, Emily, they were so sweet and helpful. With them left the customer service and appearance of this complex. It is STRAIT ------ now, full of thugs and this includes the ones that work here now....get out while you can, I know i am!!!

Scared Single Mom
I am a single Mother. When I moved here I thought it would be great. It looked ok when I took a tour and the special seemed great. After I moved in a have felt like I have been fooled. Scary people, loud music, the staff are short and rude and so fake, trash, and very noise, mean spirited staff that enter your apartment without notice. No I don't owe rent I pay well before the 1st each month. The problem is this place is a real let down. My kids have both gotten beat up by bullies and my 11 year old had a rock thrown by kids who then ran away. PLEASE PLEASE if you are a Single gal OR a Single MOM DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! YOUR children will hate you!

New management SUCKS!! ------ is such a RUDE Stuck up %^$$#!
It is so obvious that it is the NANTUCKET STAFF giving themselves good ratings because they can't keep people in this terrible trashy ------ place. They could give a crap about you once you move in. I can't believe what a mistake it was to move here. Some total SLUM LORD owns this place. Kids in the parking lot throwing rocks trash heaped up at the dumpsters. Unsafe sidewalks and very scary people walking around and SO MANY PITBULLS you would think they run a dog fighting club here. Not only am I going to move but I am also getting an attorney for a class action law suit against the way they invade your privacy and do monthly inspections of your apartment. They don't follow the law they MAKE it up as they go along. They did a week long inspection where they said they would be in the apartment between monday and friday OVER THANKSGIVING WEEK!

This place sucks!
This place is so ------! There are always people CONSTANLTY moving in and out, NOT because this place is great, because it just sucks.There are always people fighting and yelling.The back gate never works.YOUR security guard told me to watch out because there had been 3 robberies in the past month. The front desk Admin. are always changing.It seems that NO ONE can stand to stay here.

I have no idea where in the world these NEGATIVE (anonymous???) reviews are coming from. Do you realize that you live in an apartment? If you want perfection...move into a house! The scenery is beautiful....large trees, well manicured, and certainly NO TRASH anywhere. I see the guy walking around every single morning picking up any thing that is on the ground. So, either you don't live here or your mad about late fees or something because the things you are claiming make no sense. Everyone that works there is super friendly and has always made me feel important. Mabe you should think about the way you treat them. You get what you give...remember that. They do an inspection once a year, every year (at least the few years I've lived here)...not monthly.I check the crime statistics monthly and there is never anything other than domestic disputes on there, so how could it be scary? I also see the patrol service 2-3 times a night here. It's obvious that the extreme negative comments are made up. I am very happy living here. I would like to have a fitness center, but other than that.....NO COMPLAINTS from me or any of theā¦Ā See More>anonymous

This apartment community SUCKS - All the NEG reviews Can't be wrong!
This is the worst place. LOUD music at all hours. People leave their trash all over. The staff ONLY cares to get you in and then they forget you are alive. They constantly turn off the hot water and one time all weekend there was NO HOT WATER. When there is hot water it is just warm. When you call about problems they are rude and demeaning. When you see positive reviews here, know that it is THE STAFF writing it. You don't have to believe the MANY negative posts here, just move in and then YOU will be writing the next one, after you have spent a miserable time in nanSUCKit.

APARTMENT FROM HELL-NANTUCKET LANDING
Please note, this is only to help innocent victims like myself. This is the worst place ever in my 10 years of living on my own this tops it all. It's so much where do I begin...the noise-I know some places will have a little noise here and there however to hear about what someone's baby moma and baby's daddy doing, or screwing is a little much especially on a weekday at 1:00 am-People have to work!! And the crackheads please stop standing in the parking lot for change... Oh goodness I am scared!.. Secondly, the people in the office are rude as FUDGE NUTS!! they will apply your rent the way the want, and since you don't work there then you are left paying crazy late fees that you truly may not have. PLEASE DON'T ASK THEM FOR CORPORATE'S NUMBER YOU WILL NEVER GET-however they will stay on the try to argue with you about you wanting to call corporate. LAST BUT NOT NEARLY LEAST>>>>THE ROACHES!! Moving in..
Me, my husband in our two children are moving in this weekend. I'm seeing a lot of mixed reviews on here as to the place being ------ and horrible. I hope those are just opinions of upset people. The office staff that we have been working with are very helpful and respectful and when we toured the property it seemed nice and kept up well. I'll write another review after we've moved in.

I'm so excited that new management is taking such an active intrest in the people living at their apartments. Things haven't always been so great, but now things are taking a turn for the better. Everyone is so friendly in the office when I go in or call. A maintenance man even left a peppermint in my apartment on Friday along with the work request he had done. I thought that was so thoughtful. It truely is the little things that make a big difference in people's lives. So, thank you very much for all your kindness!
