My experience living in this community was wonderful for the first 3 years. This past year (2022-2023) has been extremely difficult and frustrating. There is zero communication and the lack of professionalism is disturbing.

Very unsatisfied with this place

I applied to this place in July 2023. With an expected move in date of August 25, 2023. First day of applying online in the office was having Internet problems and was told to email my information to and she would call me if anything else was needed. I was asked to come in the office to complete the application,this time I was asked to send my information to . and the front office staff completed my information and said that i would be notified. I went into the office to check the status of my application and was told that I was approved with conditions and only had to pay the 1st month rent. I said that I didn't receive any notification. She wrote down my name and talked to the manager, she then told me that my application was denied because I didn't respond to the call or email for approval. I again said I didn't receive any notification and asked for the approval date and if I could get my deposit back. The front office staff then said, unfortunately NO, you don't get your deposit back. My experience has been good so far. The community has not posed any problems to me or my co-tenant. Everyone that we have met in person has been friendly and welcoming. The only negative experience so far has been with a weed smell coming from the room below us.

Since CAF Management has taken over it has just been a mess every year. They need to train a little better or stop changing management so much. I really hate that they don't be on top of every when they switch management.

They used the excuse that there was a staff transition, miscommunication, wrong information, worst move in transition I've had in my life. Valet trash only works like once a month and when they go they only take whatever they want.

Not good. Delay in work orders, open gate. My car was vanderlized since there were no lights in the parking lot ( they have lights now). Unsteady functionality of the main entrance/exit gate.Need more ammenities the laundry is never locked. Need regular security patrol.

This is the worst place I've ever lived in it's infested with roaches and nothing gets fixed when it should they won't even answer the phone and they close the office whenever they feel like it they're slow to fix even the smallest issue and you're lucky if your big issues get any attention as well i know most people read comments like these and think this might be a fluke it's not no one here is satisfied with the place it's just who has money to break a lease when I say don't move here Im serious you will regret your decision

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartment I live in is infested with roaches and management doesn't care. The water is all temperatures when taking a shower. The only good thing is it's in a great location with plenty around you. I hate I wasn't able to look at the apartment before I signed the lease and moved in because it was already occupied and I will NEVER make that mistake again. I have never hated where I live but I hate this place and will be moving out as soon as the lease is up. Please find somewhere else to live.

The place is beautiful, both the Lobby and its pools and apartments. The apartment that was shown to me was perfect, a modern, clean and cozy style. I have lived in this complex since 2018 and I absolutely love the area. The current management team is amazing and has really turned around the property from previous management. Everything is well taken care of but the front gate does not work and has not worked since 2019

Haven't been here that long, but so far everything has been handle nicely by the apartment staff. I'm really happy about my space and the size of the apartment. Really enjoy the amenities that they offer too. I hope to get my washer and dryer installed soon and the staff was really nice about that getting that done too.

Management is unhelpful and unresponsive. The community is loud late into the night. The value of the apartment does not match the high rent. Parking spaces are tiny and there usually isn't enough parking options.

The leasing staff was bare minimum customer service. The community was clearly run down and the apartment "upgrades" were kind of like bandages for the poor maintenance of the overall community. The amenity upgrades did bring the community to a higher level but there's clearly still a lot more work to be done. They also included a gate fee but admitted the gate wasn't going to be up and active until later this year.

Community is nice and apartments are nice. There is a cockroach problem that was prevalent the moment I moved in and I know the issue was seen before my move in because multiple cabinets had dead roaches with paint sprayed over them. Disappointed I must say. Everything else was nice except a few scuffs on the floor and a clogged shower drain.

If you want to live in a place where the residents litter the property and the office staff ignore your calls and e-mails, this is the place for you! You will feel unvalued and like your issues don't matter. The office staff have changed about 2-3 times while I've lived here with little-to-no improvement in responsiveness to residents. However, the maintenance staff is amazing and quick! This place would be amazing if the office staff were as hard working as the maintenance staff. Maybe the next round of office workers they cycle in will do a better job.
