Talk about a hell hole....
Well what can i say all the bad reviews are correct i lived their for over a year and their was no end to the problems that we had- Are A/C never worked properly constantly leaking all over the carpet we must of had maintance in over 20 times in 6 months to fix it or what i like to call bodge it, we ended up getting god knows how many fans in all room's to keep the temperture down and we ended up getting $200 electric bilss every month because of it. Noise levels were terrible nearly everynight downstairs were throwing parties with over 20 people hanging out on their balcony from 7 to 4 in the morning, i would put in constant complaints and they just kept avoiding me and would say we will call you later which was just away to get me to get out of the office, they never called not once, they ended up evicting them because they were causing damange to the appartment. The same neighbours and other neighbours would constantly be up on the top stairs outside our back door smoking weed and drinking at one point they took turns jumping off the roofā¦Ā See More>11/21/2011

New management, same issues!
I have lived here for almost three years and admit I should have moved out long ago! Crime, particularly petty theft is a HUGE problem. Noise is as well. Lights have been out in whole sections of the complex, especially along the fence area, clearly inviting criminals and hoodlums to take notice. Promises to fix lights have been made by the last three management teams without ANYTHING DONE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

we love. our apartment.
The apartments are nice and so are our neighbors the only couple problems is neighbors leaving beer cans and trash on the door step. Also the parking,some have forgot how to park to where others don't squeeze to get ib there car. The appliances are out of date but they will do. But as our first apartment we enjoy living here.

nice place to live.
I've been here for a few months now. The units are nice everything is clean. When I've had a probelem I call and they come fix it on the same day. Never had a problem with any of the people. All together it seems to be a nice place to live.

Management = idiots
Management has no idea what's going on here. They've twice cashed my rent check and then not applied it to my balance. I received an eviction notice when the apartments owed me a $330 balance and I have an oven that doesn't heat up past 375 degrees. When I complain about the oven, I get a note from maintenance that says "Oven works". Oven and fridge are older than me. They allowed a dog in the apt above me to pee on everything on my patio including a bike that is completely rusted now. I can't wait until my lease is up.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP
First the whole apartments are a dump!!!! You can hear everything from your neighbors!!! I mean EVERYTHING!!! The pool is always closed, closed on a busy holiday weekend, WTF!!!! I have lived here since DEC 09 only because the price was cheap and I was going thru a divorce. Hated every minute of it. Water is always being turned off. Management sucks, never answers your calls back, Oh wait they did once! When I first moved in they were great now they SUCK!!!!! THIS PLACE IS ------!!! I will not be renewing my lease!!!

Unsatisfied previous renter!!
I lived here in 2008/2009 and the office staff was nice @ first...just to get you to sign a lease but renters beware its HELL! my bathroom in my master bedroom was out for 2 weeks! tacks were sticking up out of the floor my children were steeping on them all the time and the ceiling leaked. just put it this way the maintenance and the staff her SUCKED!!! Worst place I have ever lived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and my car got broken into and my side mirrors got busted twice!!

BAD MANAGEMENT
I have lived here since feb/2010. It was okay until recently went under new management! They never return calls and very slow to resident needs. I had a friend who put in application and paid app/deposit fee, and they gave her a move in date, but on that date told her she couldnt move in b/c they were waiting on approval of application that was done 3weeks ago! she called them every day for week after that and they said she would have to speak to manager kayson who was never available. Management sucks and I am glad to move

Great Apartment - Mediocre Staff
Moved into the community in late 2010. Love my apartment, the size and where I am located on the propery. Office staff is rude, unresponsive and acts like you are bothering them when you have a question. I just renewed my lease for a year. I did my research and found they had 10 vacant units like mine and still wanted to raise my rent. Beautiful apartment but staff could use some customer service training. They have one lead maintenance person who is really nice.

DO NOT EVER LEASE HERE
tell me about it my fuse box in the bedroom caught on fire nothing was done about it my a/c unit blew up sparks came out and everything took several days to fix my a/c unit has leaked several times still hasnt been fixed they asked us to vacate the premises in thirty days when we have no lease violations or anything which is against the law we are on our third management company in 8 months this place is a .... hole Read more: http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/TX-Fort-Worth-Cameron-

Do not let them fool you
I lived there for over 3 years from 2004 to 2008. When I signed my first lease I was really impressed by the attention and the kindness the management showed me. What a fool !!! Once I signed my lease I became a number. Maintenance was late, management was rude, the rent was significantly going up every time i had to renwe the lease, while service and benefit were going down. The best was reached when i had to move to Georgia. I had one of the manager walking thru the apartment with me and she told me everythig was fine and i should receive my deposit money back in the mail, when i asked for a copy of the inspection they told me they did not complete any form. One month later, while i was trying to rent a place in Atlanta, I discover I was flagged by the avery point management because I owned them money. They had a walk out form where were reported damage to the place so that not only they did not have to refund me my deposit but I even had to pay them 200$... Don't waste your time OR money.
I have lived in apartments since I have been on my own, and these are the most poorly run that I have ever seen. Sure the outside looks ok, and I love the apartment..minus the office staff and maintenance. When I first pulled up here and looked, all the women in the office were so friendly and eager to help and answer all of my questions, right up until it was actually time to sign the lease. The first 2 months I lived there, there were two different occasions when the water would be turned off for 8 hours or more! And without a notice!! Then, when I would call to ask when it should be turned back on, I either got an irritated "soon" or not an answer at all. The parking was horrible, and the dumpsters were ALWAYS overflowing. I felt like I lived in a dump at times. There was always vandalism and loud music. On another note, when I first moved into the apartment, I noticed my oven was not heating like it should. This is my fifth review in 1 year
I'm moving out of here, bought a house (because renting in Texas is horrible). You are going to hate it here. My last conversation was about someone else's vehicle parked in my paid parking spot. I reported the vehicle there the previous evening, and then followed up today regarding this issue. They stated "sometimes people park in the wrong spot." The vehicle has a paid parking sticker on it, parked in a non paid spot today. The office states "All vehicles parking in paid parking spots that are not paying for the spot will be warned and then towed". The office just said we cannot have vehicles towed. Not only that but there's a list of maintenance items that never got fixed since day 1, 365 days ago. I'm out of here, this place is hell. Be warned. PS: email me if you want to talk about it. Any soul I can steer away from this place is worth talking and reasoning with.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
All the reviews being written that this is a great place to live have probably been written by the management staff in order to try and overcome all the negative reviews being written! I only had a 6 month lease here and thank god! When I moved in I had a check list of everything that needed to be fixed in my apartment! NOTHING ever got fixed! I have pictures to prove it when I moved out but they are now trying to charge me over $2000 for repairs and such because they said I left the apartment like that. My apartment was spotless ALWAYS! After I gave notice they even had my apartment rented out and now they have sicked a collection agency on me telling me I still owe two months rent plus all the damage fees! WHAT DAMAGE?? Oh yea the damage that was there when I MOVED IN that was NEVER FIXED! The worst part was when I fell down the stairs three seperate times because the light was broken outside my apartment and it was pitch black at night and I couldn't see the stairs! Awsome Place to Live!!
I have lived here for over 4 years and think it is the best place to live for the price. I have ample room and a nice view. I'm a disabled USAF veteran and have lived in my fair share of "holes". Cameron Creek is far from that. I'm out of town alot for work and they always do their best to take care of me as if I was family. I'm sorry for those that have had bad experiences, but I'm fairly sure that if you were treated badley; it was probably self-inflicted. I have found that if I'm reasonable to them; they perform above and beyond the call of duty. I definately recommend Cameron Creek if you don't mind paying your bills, on time and without DRAMA. Oh...yeah...for the fricken genius that attached the pics of the roaches in the assed out apartment...WOW...REALLLY?!?!?!...clean your ---- and guess what...no live in roomies!!!

HIGH MARKS ALL AROUND
I've been living here for a year and signed a second year lease. I'm a retired Army Ranger and have literally been treated as family here. I'm truly sorry for those who have had a bad experience and feel they have to bad mouth the complex community and the staff. As i see it though. Please notice those that are unhappy have violated there conditional contract or are not stable as to be able to commit to a long term lease. I have been more than cared for in a respectable and professional manner at all times. The complex has wonderful summer and spring activities around the main pool and sand volleyball court along with lighted tennis courts which are well maintained. There is also a satellite pool which is just as large and well groomed as the main. Security gates and on site security staff. All if not most apartments are updated with appliances and fixtures. If you like a tight knit, friendly community that look out for one another and protect our property from outside problems, you will be comfortable here. Welcome home neighbor

New Manager Steve is a crook!!!
I just moved in in December. Always paid my rent on time. Came home from work Friday to an eviction notice with unpaid sums about $100 more than my rent special. The new manager Steve argued with me about my check that was hand delivered to Chris on 4/2 & cleared my bank. Then he pulled my file & tried to jack up my rent after misreading my contract. Then he tried to say that the reason I had an eviction notice on the 15th of the month was because I failed to renew my contract. After screaming at him, he just shut down & told me that he would resolve the issue on Monday. Luckily the old manager Chris was in the next day. She told me that it wasnt an eviction notice & that I owed about $13 from miscellaneous fees that they failed to notify me of. This new manager Steve is a fraud & a liar. He attempted to take advantage of me for whatever reason & should be fired from his position. I even called Lincoln management's corporate office and left a message. ā¦Ā See More>anonymous

okay wouldnt live here any longer
These apartments are okay. If you wanna sleep good at night its best you do not live here. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything. I didn't mind since I stayed up late at night watching tv all the time. The management would give your key to anyone if you said you live here, they don't check to see if you are the person who lives here crazy i know. The only thing I didn't like was the random check they do every 3 months on your apartment, you never know if they went in yours to check it. I lived here for a year but i wouldnt sign my lease agian because I didn't really feel safe at night even though nothing happened.

They are very good at getting you in the door and promising everything to you! I signed a 6 month lease which is up. Since I have been there NOTHING has been done on my check in list. I keep calling and asking them to get things done and they keeping telling me they will get it done! One day a lady from the office called to check and see how maintenance did on my apartment! I started laughing and told her NOTHING had been done. She proceeded to tell me that the maintenance men told her everything was completed! Let me say this AGAIN....NOTHING has been touched in my apartment. They have been promising that the gates will be fixed. First by the end of June, then July and now we are in November and still NOTHING, NADA! This is the worst place ever! ALSO be aware that when your lease is up it is NOT REALLY up... You have to let them know 60 days prior to your lease being up that you will not be coming back! So now they want two more months of rent from me. WHAT a jok this place is! They offered 1 month free rent with a 13 month lease and roommate specials,but what they don't disclose is that the apartments have an infestation of crickets, sewer roaches, and scorpions,the security gates are never properly operational, cleaning the pools is not a priority, the windows don't open, and the ones that do don't lock, the toilets constantly back up, the bathtubs have some cheap coating that flakes off and floats in the water when you bathe, when you open the door of the dishwasher the whole unit falls forward,the closet doors have no tracks and fall down at will, and solicitation garbage is on your door daily. This has got to be the worst complex I have ever lived in. If you are considering this property, think again. I would never recommend this place.....

Terrible Apartments!
The staff is completely unprofessional and rude. They always have some extra fee everytime you pay rent. Maintenance is terrible as well, I was 6 months pregnant without a/c in the middle of the summer for more than a week. The water pipes broke 3 times the year that I lived there, leaving us without water until late the next day. The swimming pools get cleaned once every 2 weeks. Forget about washing here too, the machines rarely are in working condition and frequently busy. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Good Living !!!
We are living here from past three years and having a good time. We have always got good care from the office staff. Apartments are clean and neat, good facilities, nice neighborhood and fantastic location. I have also recommended this apartment to couple of my friends and they are also enjoying the nice place. Have you noticed the new lights that they have installed?? Nice and bright, ha!!! Now I can enjoy a walk with my daughter even in the late evening. I would recommend this place to anyone without a doubt in my mind.
