I moved here right after finishing college ffom out of state for my new job. Living here has felt like home since the first day I moved in. I'm continually impressed with the staff responsiveness, the amenities, and the quality of my space. Highly highly recommend!

Great community. The grounds are clean and well maintained and it is very close to lots of parks, shops, and restaurants. The area is very safe, and is also very animal friendly! My dog is happy with lots of areas to explore, releive himself, and play!

Very nice place to stay over all. Nice modern setup lovely pool area and gym. Hard to have visitors must say and would be nice to have control over internet and maybe should have some sort of guidelines on what type of cameras you can have not liking the camera my neighbor has out seems a bit intrusive but over all very nice place application process was very good. If you got your stuff at least half way together then no worries getting in.

I love living at EKR! Anjanette is very responsive to any questions I have asked. Maintenance work orders have been completed promptly. It’s a smaller community and that’s what I was looking for. I like having all the amenities in close proximity to my apartment. The walking trail has been relaxing and therapeutic with watching the wildlife as I walk the trail. I would definitely recommend living at EKR!

I’ve been a resident here for 3 years now, I moved into the left building apartments when they were first built as their first resident, I loved living here as it is nice and presentable but as time went on many problems continued to occur and management was constantly changing that it appeared when their was a concern no one cared. I love my apartment as I’m close to work and the neighborhood is nice but the management has always been somewhat poor in regards to residents, as much money people pay to live here you would think their would be a higher standard but it’s apparent Greystar doesn’t care, I would love to renew my lease when it’s up but it seems as I will be needing to find somewhere more appropriate as the reputation of this complex is fading. I’ve been towed twice almost 3 times and am a resident here, my friends car was destroyed by the towing company, faulty apartment appliances, grass areas covered in dog poop, and terrible communication or response from management, hopefully this resolved as I did once have high standards for this complex.

Trash is consistently left in hallways. Balconies are not monitored for trash and other junk. Be prepared to smell trash all day and management does very little to help. Dishwasher and the fridge are outdated.

This place is honestly anything you’d want in an apartment complex. I’ve lived in places that are straight up awful and careless and it’s so refreshing to live in a place where the management actually cares about their residents. It’s super dog friendly, residents are friendly and clearly do their part in picking up after their dogs and themselves. The place is beautiful and well up-kept ALWAYS. I love the amenities and how safe the area is. Food, grocery stores, everything you need is just a minute or two away. It’s perfect!

Apartments are super nice and updated. The layouts are great and well thought out. The property itself is well kept up and maintained. It’s a very secured property with it being a gated community. And the staff have great communication.

Elan Keller Ranch is located in such a great spot. Love the gym, trail and clubhouse. Team is nice and helpful. Can’t complain, so far so good. I think this is a great place, insides are nice. Spacious bedroom, big showers, come with washer and dryer.

Move-in was fantastic, minor maintenance on the shower was immediately taken care of within literal minutes on our first day. All staff are friendly, facilities are really nice, it’s very quiet in general and close to everything. One thing we didn’t realize when we moved in was that there are no elevators, so we’re glad we hired movers to help us. Haven’t had a chance to try the pool yet, but every time I walk past there’s usually people enjoying it! No “personal speaker music” allowed by the pool which is an amazing rule honestly. Love it so far!

Amazing Leasing Agent!!

Walking into the leasing office here at Elan Keller Ranch I was greeted by the front leasing professional Alex and to sum up this long review he was amazing!!! Alex was very welcoming and professional with a dash of humor. Not knowing which floor plans that I would possibly be interested in Alex gave me a tour of all the units that were available and explained every detail of each unit to the T. Alex is very professional and capable of helping you find your new home stay here at Elan Keller Ranch. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and outgoing. great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

Quiet place, love the fact the they have a 24 hours gym. Maintenance team I would give a 5 star, I put in a work order in the morning n a few hours later they were there to fix the problem. I didn’t have to wait a another day or few weeks to get the work order done.

I just moved in about two months ago and love living here. I applied before actually getting to see the community, but I am glad I did so I didn't lose my unit. Cailee was polite and took me view a unit similar once I had time to stop in. My dog loves to look off the patio and the walking trail. Great natural lighting and pretty good insulation for apartments.

Top Tier leasing experience

You’ve never had an experience like renting from and living here, you should try it! My apartment locator/realtor referred me here and Anj understood the assignment and executed it amazingly. The process to rent and view my unit was easy and quick. I felt catered to almost. It’s so peaceful, I love hearing the birds chirp and the peace and quiet. My neighbors were friendly. They seem nice and helpful. The only thing better than this experience is when I get to buy and move into a house.
