I lived here for a year and I recommend this place, 100%. It is safe, without noise and the maintenance staff is very good. Erika Infante is an excellent professional and always looks for a way to help you. excellent place to live if you are looking for a rented place.

My recent experience was they doubled the rent I agreed to pay on the application from $1648/month to $3296/month and claimed "there was nothing they could do to correct it."

Apartment unit & community is ??…management is a NIGHTMARE

The community, amenities, people in the area are wonderful. You will LOVE living in Clearfork, however the management is absolutely horrible. The google reviews noting experiences with management is 100% accurate. While my unit itself was great, my advice is to enjoy Clearfork at the George next door.

Good place to live except for the confusion with payments and EXTREMELY high raise in rent. The payments were very confusing and I ended up overpaying on rent until I moved out. They ended up raising my rent $500 after my first year too. Not worth it for the small space.

I haven't lived in an apartment in 20 years. I have not fond memories of apartments-noisy neighbors, no storage space,sketchy people, etc but I have to say this experience was so wonderful! The apartment complex is kept immaculate. They clean the stairways, elevators daily. The apartment is so cute and I love my balcony. Lots of storage space and a built in desk. Any time I've had a question, mgmt has immediately helped. The area itself is extremely safe. They are dog friendly and Mutts dog park is across the street. Lots of good food in the area. It's hard to be this close to all the resources you need and to still be safe. I can't recommend it enough.

Good place to live, convenience for all the food place around. AMC and bowling are available. Staffs are friendly and the management is very quick in responding to our questions. Basically an upscale apartment.

This has honestly been the best rental experience of my life, and I am heartbroken to leave (am only doing so because a daily 2-hour commute to a new job is too much). The apartment is top-to-the-line everything, clean, well planned, and VERY roomy. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool area is amazing. The neighborhood absolutely cannot be beat. And the staff is the most helpful and willing to go out of their way to make their residents happy I've ever rented from. I felt safe here, and for me as a single 30-something woman, that was the most important aspect of my choice to rent at The Kelton. I will miss it...

The Kelton is beautiful, and the amenitites they provide exceeded expectations. The leasing office was easy to find, and the staff were professional and attentive. Courtney helped us when we arrived, and even offered snacks and drinks. She listed our options out based on our specifications and even calculated all our expenses out. She was patient as we were there for 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a slice of luxury hidden in Ft. Worth.

My experience here has not been overwhelming positive. The grounds are beautiful, and it is relatively quiet, but there some definite detractors to the units. First of all, I have no fan in my living room, and was told by maintenance that if I wanted one, I'd have to install it myself. The doors are not water stripped, so every time it rains, water seeps through the front door and the patio door. I've had issues with bugs (cockroaches, water bugs, ants) that have been a problem since I moved in. The tiles in the bathroom were very clearly thrown together by the builders, as many of them are off, and you can see large gaps in the tiling. Maintenance is not super responsive. Oftentimes I have to put in two to three work orders at a time to get anything serviced. The leasing staff leaves much to be desired. All in all, I will not be resigning my lease when it is up. I have lived in numerous apartments throughout Fort Worth, and so far, this has been my least favorite with the most negative experience.

Some front office desk staff seem to not care about the residents once they get them to sign. The staff is the only downfall. The grounds are gorgeous. I live in a 3 bed 2br C1- there is one bedroom that is so small and out of place it doesn't make sense with the apartment. The closet is also very small in the smallest bedroom. The patio is very large and spacious. The open floor plan is beautiful and having a washer and dryer in the unit it a huge plus.

This is our first apartment experience and it has been great. We had a couple of new construction problems, but they were handled quickly and with great care and concern. The location can't be beat as we are within minutes of everything. The grounds are being landscaped as I am writing this and the new shops and restaurants are opening. We have found the other residents to be friendly and waving is the norm. Too cold for the pool yet, but we love the aesthetics. The only thing I would complain about is that some of the dog owners don't pick up, even though there are numerous doggy bag disposal stations around (free bags as well).

Terrible experience. Can't wait for the lease to be up. Floors are unlevel, terrible paint job, refrigerator dinged up, microwave hanging from one bolt, one tub scratched up the other is now chipped up by plumbers or Sheetrock guys after having to cut the bathroom ceiling because no hot water was plumbed to the shower. Maintenance will not call ahead for repairs even though I have requested that I be there. One door has been left unlocked twice. Don't expect a rapid or concerned response from the leasing office. They don't really care. Landscaping crews are still leaving trash in our court yard.

Love, love, love the Kelton! The staff is really great, especially Aubree-can I say that?! Lots of amenities, including filtered water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator, contemporary backsplash in the kitchen, and nice lighting. All our neighbors are friendly and quiet! Best location ever-can hardly wait for the 20 something shops and 8 restaurants to be finished! Dog friendly environment to boot! But please don't move here-we want it all to ourselves. Just kidding. Sort of.

Kelton has beautiful interiors, multiple floor plan layouts, amazing views from every angle, great location in the middle of it all! So excited when the complex is finished. The Service is top notch as well. Kelton also like to keep it fun with several community events.
