I've enjoyed living here. It's very safe and clean. Whenever there's an issue it's handled quickly. The maintenance men/team are very nice. I've had an issue that the team fixed and they also fixed other stuff in my apartment I needed as well without asking. (Lightbulbs, new batteries for fire alarm, and lubing my key hole that gets stuck often) Loved the attention to detail. Also recently they have cleaned the outside of the property?cut down trees that were in the way or parking or trees hindering reading building numbers. They also knocked down all the wasp nest in my doorway! Super pleased and thankful for their attention

Trinity Bell Gardens has been home since 2016, that's the past 8 years, and I would not have it any other way. The manager, staff and maintenance crew are doing a tremendous job in making Trinity Bell Gardens the best place to live in Fort Worth.

This is a horrible community to live in. The management team is rude, untrustworthy and unprofessional. There isn't enough trash pickup and some of the units are dated. Don't trust the model unit or the tour. Your apartment won't look like that!

Needed basic amenities moving from a House to apartment. Garage, trash pick up, updated appliances gated community and a management staff that takes care of your space. Good school district and Mall airport and Activities within 10 mile radius.

Its been good but pricey, units are somewhat modern. Location does not justify the premium as there are no major points of interest in walking distance. So very car dependent. Staff is nice and respectful.

This is my 2nd living experience at Trinity Bell Gardens. I love living here, the staff is very responsive when any maintenance is needed. I also love the amenities such as the gym and dog park. I have no issues, everyone is friendly and my apartment feels like a home.

The community is friendly and the walking trails are nice. The exercise room and computer room are clean. I only dislike the new tow truck system here this would be the main reason I would not rent here again.

An absolute joy to live here. Quiet secure and comfortable. The grounds are excellent. The staff is professional and accommodating. My wife has special needs and the staff works well to see to her needs. This is one of the best places I have ever lived in.

I've lived here for (2) and a half years, and I am very pleased! Very clean, and safe place to live! Management and staff are great to work with, in making your problems better, in a timely fashion! Once, I left my keys outside my door all night, and it was there the next morning! Second time I went to the store and forgot to lock my door for hours, and it remain in tact!!! This community is quiet, pleasant, and peaceful! I love it!!

Nice apartments townhomes, lot of room with plenty of closet space for a two bdrms with 2baths. I enjoy my place very quiet and feel like home, the staff is very nice and helpful, maintenance respond time is great. The ground are well kept.

I have enjoyed living at this apartment complex so far. I moved here in October of 2023. It is a quiet place. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues. The grounds are kept nicely. The trash pickup is great, though I wish it were available more days of the week.

Update: not long after I posted the original review, the semitruck cab was removed from the spot where it had been for years. Thank you to the staff for noticing the issue and responding so quickly! That's impressive service and says good things about the property.

When we first moved in ,our neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. I'm assuming due to inflation that the complex has gotten laxed on who qualifies to live here. It's beginning to become ------. All I hear is loud music and the smell of weed constantly. It's ridiculous

Very clean and well maintained community in an uncongested area of Fort Worth. Right by the Mid Cities and Arlington. It's a quiet place in a quiet area and the neighbors are nice, unobstrusively nice.

I love everything about living here except for the fact that there's literally never any parking inside the gates. My husband and I always see random new cars coming in and out parking in resident spots when they're actually just visitors. It's ridiculous that I pay rent here and can't park inside my own gated community.

This community property always keeps up maintenance. Appliances are well kept and some staff are excellent. The pool area us always available as well as everything else only thing I wish it would have would be a playground

Overall, the apartment complex and management are great. I love the design of the apartments. The parking is absolutely atrocious. The grounds used to be kept up really well with someone picking up trash each day. More and more there is trash on the grounds. There is never enough parking and the complex does not enforce towing when people park illegally.

Overall the apartment is great. This is a new building, so many traditional issues don't exist. The paint is actually in good condition, all appliances are working well?when our washing machine broke they elected to replace it entirely, which further instilled my confidence that management doesn't take the cheap route. Valet trash is a great asset for this apartment as well. The amenities are a huge selling point overall. The only complaint I really have is that the weights at the gym are missing. We forfeited a gym membership because there was a gym at this apartment; however, almost all the high weights are missing. In addition, there is nothing above 50 lbs. However, almost all other aspects of this apartment are wonderful.

Everything that it is offered as amenity during the luring process, as soon as you sign, it becomes an courtesy. The administration says that because they never work so it becomes their excuse. Automated Gates never work, common spaces are not cleaning functional like grills in the pool area (they are full of spider webs), they are the less flexible administration regarding you as client but they don't follow their own rules. It is very selective.
