It is quiet, clean, and maintained. You have the random children running around unattended every now and then, but the staff addresses it quickly. The staff is also quick to respond to you. I can call and I will have a returned call within an hour.

The staff is nice but there needs to be some improvement on how residents receive packages, the speeding Through the parking lot, children running through areas that are not designated for playing and the people who pick up the trash never come on time

I haven’t been here long. My move in experience was not pleasant as there was so many issues that needed to be fixed that were not done prior to me moving in. I still have issues with the shower knob which they avoid replacing so I have to keep calling for it to be fixed. The front door will never be fixed as it looks like someone shot it up with a BB gun. Also square footage in not accurate as it turns out the 1 bed room is quite small(says 953 sqft but is really maybe 830-855) considering I came from 926 sq ft and it fit my same furniture as this one doesn’t.

Run away from this community, although it looks good and looks well kept, there is a lot of ants and no one to help. I am very very disappointed in the service that my son and I received especially when we called regarding our ants issue.

We just resident for only two months we feel safe and comfy in the community, we like the caring of the landscape but it needs some cleaning because of animal waste, also we found many rats at the last days

Beautiful and well maintained apartments. You’re closer to Prosper and McKinney than Frisco center city. So you’ll have to go far to use town amenities like the Frisco public library. Other than that a good location and good apartments.

The community is good, I like the amenities like pool and the gym. More information about group training classes would be helpful. If we have a calendar for it, or if there is a specific person we need to talk to that helps.

Beautiful complex! I love the walking trails, landscaping and the pool is huge. The team does a great job with the upkeep. Although it is an apartment complex, it feels like a mini secluded neighborhood.

Amazing Management and Service Team

I have lived at several apartment complex’s within the past few years and I can say I feel like I have found the place I would like to stay at for quite awhile. The office team and management are all extremely kind and the service is fantastic. Any request I submit is taken care of or addresses the same day!

Very poor move-in experience. Staff does not treat the Tenants as humans. They are very mechanical. Very expensive rent but amenities are very bad. Gym equipment is very old. Dishwasher is not drying the dishes. Washer and Dryer were are not clean when moving in.

Love my new apartment

This Apartment is an amazing, very clean and quite. They always make sure everything is ok with you and make you feel comfortable. They are very considerable when you have a little issue of late payment, as soon you inform them in time they will work things out with you. I will always recommend my friends to live there, and everything is very close to you. Walmart, mall, good restaurants, toyota etc, name it. My friends go for the Apartment and you will really enjoy it, talk about parking, it was great, invite your friends They will have space to park their cars without any issue. I love the apartment so much.

After dealing with horrible management and maintenance at my previous complex, I came across Cortland and was smitten by the professional, friendly, courteous, caring, and respectful staff. My move was so smooth and pleasant there was nothing for me to check off on my inventory move-in sheet because the apartment was excellent. Up-to-date amenities, cabinetry, security, etc. Most important is friendly and caring staff and friendly neighbors which makes a world of a difference where you live. Good management and good neighbors make a great community with unity.

It'll be a year next month I moved into my apartment at Cortland Present North & I'm very happy with it. It's the best apartment complex I've lived in. Plus the office staff are really great. They're helpful, understanding & work with me if in need. Maintenance has always been available which I only needed help once since I've been here & arrived quickly. I would recommend Cortland Preston North to anyone looking for an apartment.

Love living here we just renewed our lease again! We just wouldnt be satisfied anywhere else i know. Everything is perfect. The amenities, the front office, clean, safe, pretty! Also the neighbors are sweet we have had times when our packages were misplaced by amazon they were nice enough to drop it to us or front office for us.

I just moved in a few weeks ago and everyone at the office has made the transition really great! Even when a little bump/problem came up, they were quick to help with the issue. I've been really liking the valet trash service. The property is really nice and it's been very quiet so far
