My experience has been ok. I love the location and having the businesses downstairs. I love having my front door inside. The parking sucks. The Civic (sister apartments across the street) has way more parking gated parking available. We have to rush home just to get a parking spot or pay over $50 a month for a parking spot. The gym could use more equipment.

I absolutely love it! The office staff is great and always super helpful. The maintenance team is fast and gets the job done right the first trip. I also love how thick the walls are! I never hear my neighbors and they never hear me. 5 stars would recommend!

Clean apartment community with a great location. This apartment is very quiet even with all the events that happen at the soccer stadium and surrounding areas we are always able to sleep soundly. Maintenance requests are resolved within 72 hours for minor repairs. Leasing office comminication is pretty good sometimes we only get a 24 hour or day of notice of inspections and sometimes disrupts our schedules. Covered Parking is very limited and not monitored often cars without sticker can be found regularly parked in the gated area.

This community has been a pleasure, however, in recent years, possibly since it sold, the maintenance of the grounds has suffered. The carpets in the hallways used to be shampooed often and now they remain dirty and stained. In my last building, each year when you renewed your lease they offered your choice of carpet cleaning, painting an accent wall or an apartment cleaning if you resigned your lease....nothing like that has ever been done here. To be honest the only reason I stay is because of the location but I am considering other options upon lease renewal....The best part about this community is when maintenance is needed, it is fast and with a smile....love the maintenance team.

New Management is Terrible

I have lived at the Plaza for over 7 years now. Through my experience here, the staff and maintenance has always been 5 star service while keeping this the cleanest community and always making our home and neighbors the best in Frisco Square. In the past 60 days, I have watched the entire staff be turned over and had to witness the new manager step in. The new manager is not in the office at all and is constantly closing down the office as they run the property next door and does not have time for the residents at the plaza. Besides for email communication, you will not see them on property whatsoever in order to gain quick solutions as we have received in the past. There are no longer resident events, which was always the highlight and something that Kevin, Jordan, and Kelsey always made sure to do which made all of us extremely happy and included. The staff members are always cordial and helpful. Maintenance issues are usually dealt with quickly. Over time, the upkeep of the building and grounds has slipped a bit. The corner bar on Coleman with outdoor seating makes for many loud nights/early mornings.

The complex is design to originally be condos. The noise level is pretty low with the exception on the outside. The community is always have events in Frisco Square. There is everything you need around you. Everyone keeps to themselves here.

This new bar's constant noise after midnight is seriously messing with our sleep, night after night. Between the late-night brawls, the loud drunk chatter from patrons on the patio, and the deafening car engines at closing time, it's been a total nightmare. And then suggesting we move to another apartment while still making us pay all the extra fees was a real kick in the teeth. Thank you!

Favorite apartment yet

Living at the plaza has been a true luxury. From the outstanding maintenance team, prime location, and superior office staff. You couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. Kevin Hoffman and Kelsey Pettig are extraordinary and are always helpful and will solve the problems we have in a heartbeat. I can see why this community has been rated in the top 150 in the USA and I don’t think it’s going to drop anytime soon. Also, I love the additions of the game areas on the terraces and the bike rack to the garage and am super excited to see the finished upgrades. 10/10!

Very well-kept property. It is also quiet - this is surely due to the size of the building, the great maintenance staff, and the mature nature of the residents. The only noise comes from events at the nearby stadium, and from the holiday festivities.

I have lived in this community since 2009. The location is convenient, and the office staff does a great job accommodating all residents! These units were built with commercial grade walls, so noise is not really an issue. Lily, Jordan, and Kyronn are extremely professional and they are always quick to help others!
