I would just say that you really needed to make the dog park really much bigger that huge weed patch could’ve been for dogs and it would’ve looked a lot better. I also think that you probably should put slow down bars in the entranceway because we have a couple of knit networks here that speed in and out.6

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. The pool and gym area are amazing. Just my neighborhood on bottom is not that friendly and the maintenance took two days to show up to fix our AC. But overall, we are very happy for living here

Love Citizen House Wolf Ranch! Office staff are always helpful! Maintenance staff are always respectful and quick to respond if needed. Very pet friendly. Very nice community facilities. Fun events twice a month. Dedicated community members to welcome new residents. Love the apps to manage payments and hear about what’s going on plus submitting maintenance requests. Super easy to navigate. 10/10 recommend!

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had leasing an apartment. The leasing staff is prompt and professional and the property is well-maintained. The neighborhood also has trails for hiking and a creek nearby. Highly recommend!

I have lived in a “luxury” apartment before, this experience is subpar to say the least. I should have peace in my home especially for $2100/mth. However, between the scorpions in unit, rattlesnakes and tarantulas in the parking lot and breezeways, and constant barking dogs and dog poo strewn about, “luxury” is a gross overstatement. I personally wouldn’t recommend CHWR and will be prepared to move once lease expires Jan. 2027. Not to mention the fluctuating monthly invoices. As a solo tenant, can’t for the life of me understand why I’m paying so much for trash fees and covering the “dumping” of non-tenants.

We have lived at CHWR for more than a year now and just re signed a 15 month lease, we have grown our family here and it’s truly a wonderful place to be. The office staff Kate, Caitlin, Keisha are all wonderful with us and our children, they are always so attentive when we have concerns and are quick to resolve any issues by going above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Our maintenance staff is also incredible, all of them are kind and courteous and know what they’re doing. We love calling this place home, because of the wonderful people who make it feel that way.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the current condition of our parking area. Over the past several weeks, it has become clear that a number of junk or abandoned vehicles have been left parked in the lot. Several of these cars appear to be non-operational, with expired tags, flat tires, broken windows, or other visible signs of neglect. Not only do they take up valuable parking spaces that could be used by residents and their guests, but they also create an unsightly and unwelcoming appearance in an area that should be kept orderly and safe. The presence of these junk cars also poses additional risks. Abandoned vehicles are more likely to attract vandalism or criminal activity, and in some cases, they may even present safety hazards. For example, leaking fluids from neglected cars can damage the pavement, create slip hazards, or contaminate the surrounding environment. Broken glass or sharp edges also increase the risk of accidental injury. These are concerns that affect everyone who lives here and uses the parking area. I kindly ask that management take prompt action to resolve this matter. Possible solutions might include tagging the cars with warnings, reaching out to the owners, or arranging for removal and towing if no response is received. Addressing this issue will not only free up much-needed parking space but also help maintain the overall safety, cleanliness, and appearance of our community. One of the biggest reasons I chose this community was because it is gated. Most of the time the gates are wide open and do not close. As a single mom and woman this is a huge safety concern. I also recommend that a smoking area be created.

The overall apartment is great. I’d say the staff and their SOP’s can use some work. There’s a lot of issue with the mail room and people’s packages going missing or not being delivered. Their maintenance so far has been pretty poor concerning a plumbing issue that I’ve had in my apartment. They haven’t fixed it permanently and it’s just a continuous issue. They are having to come out and address. And when I call the office, they seem to just brush it off instead of saying they’ll work to fix the issue and maybe have better communication.
