Avoid This Apartment Complex!

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Citizen House Wolf Ranch, and I can't stress enough, the lady in the front desk was not professional at all, she was vaping all the time. i was expecting better treatment there.

CHWR is a great place to live so far. The staff is helpful and the maintenance team is great. The apartments are nice and they even have a community manager to help people feel connected. I look forward to making Citizen House Wolf Ranch our home for a long time.

I have absolutley loved living here. We have encountered all extremely helpful and friendly staff. The maintenance team also ensures an easy and friendly experience. I couldn’t love living here more!. The apartments are updated, modern, clean and very pleasant to reside in. For the most part, neighbors are pleasant too.

Top-notch apartment complex. The Citizen House at Wolf Ranch team worked with me to find the best place to fit my needs. From the tour to the move-in, the process was seamless and easy to execute. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Great place!

Since I've been here its been a wonderful experience with the staff and there helpful and professionalism manner. The residents are mixed and the experience varies most are ok but hyper sensitive as is the new generation of people that loves to be catered to. I know how hard it is for the staff to work through all the specific, and special needs of most people. God bless.

The experience has been amazing. From touring to move in, every aspect has been tailored so ensure a seamless transition. We could not be happier with the office team or the service team. Jim, Josh, and Victoria have been especially helpful with our work orders and keeping the community looking amazing, even with it still under construction.

Amazing people working here, Madison helped me through the process and she was a 10/10 on helping me and guiding me through the process. I love the community, the gym is great, pool is beautiful and the apartment is perfect. Love this place!

Love this place! So glad I decided to move here. The staff is so friendly and so far so are the tenants. The apartment is so beautiful and well laid out. I also love the grill area. Glad I decided to move here!

Everything has been pleasant since moving here recently. The area is nice and quiet with beautiful apartments and views. The layout is spacious. The staff has been nice to work with and responds in a good amount of time.

I wouldn't choose any other community to be apart of. Citizen House Wolf Ranch provided me with everything I was looking for in a home a nice quiet, comfortable and welcoming community. The amenities, staff, location and view are amazing.
