Great place to live

I moved from a fairly expensive place right up the road from here. I thought the lower price would mean poor service or an unsafe complex but it really has turned out to be one of the best places I have lived. It is an older complex but they manage things well. I feel extremely safe there with my two kids and the rent is fair and the complex takes care of its grounds. Although I am overall happy there are only a few things I would change...parking and pool upkeep. There is barely any guest parking and during the summer they had the hardest time trying to keep the pool clean. E for Effort!! The staff is less than friendly but I think they all just hate their jobs. I dont know many apartment staffs that love life and share the joy daily. I liked the place so much though that I got my sister and best friend to lease here as well. Oh and my utlities are so low its CRAZY!
