Avana has been a wonderful complex. I have had 0 issues that have gone unresolved. The leasing staff are very pleasant to work with and I never have any issues receiving my packages. Maintenance is always on top of work orders. Lawn care is manicured weekly and the community is always clean. Avana is a great community to reside at.

I just moved here and it’s been a breath of fresh air. Really warm and welcoming place to live. Great staff and I love my 1 bedroom. This has been my third rental experience and by far, the best. The location is great too, since it’s just a few blocks away for I10, beltway8 and highway 6. Overall great place to live

Do not move here. Management will lie at every turn and, when they are not lying, their communication is extremely poor. After I had lived there a week, they actually sent someone visiting apartments into my apartment with a master key.

It's been a roller coaster ride, Hopefully things improve at the Avana; from maintenance to both pools not being closed or one close and one open. The apt manager should roam the apt every single day! Why the staff doesn't give tours to future residents? Maybe the staff can observe the property and point out issues or concerns.

Nothing was resolved or fixed out of the 3 work orders that were submitted within half a years time. There is also dead car parked in front of building 27 with a flat tire which has been there for over a month now. I'm highly frustrated with this community, it has definitely declined since our move in 4years ago. Now it has became a junk yard for undrivable cars and the area is trashy and spider infested.

OH Se me olvido comentar que a razon que este apartamento estaba infestado de cucarachas dejamos varias cosas metidas en los autos porque eran demasiadas cosas en el apto. (no podemos usar los espacios por las cucarachas) y nos abrieron uno de los autos y nos robaron. Toda una experiencia mudarse aqui.

Since day one, I felt like home, great place to live in, I like the Avana manager very much, she was gvery nice and understanding all the time , the only exception to my good living experiences is the dog in the 2718 who they leave on the balcony and parks most of the time

Very good service, just improve the security and surveillance. Maintenance is good, noise level is very low, valet trash is good but I'll give 8 out of ten stars because sometimes they drop some trash on the way.

Location is great, Bldgs. used to be maintained very well and any maintenance request usually get's fixed within few hours but now Rent keep going up but the quality have gone down. It take days to fulfill the maintenance, entry gates are constantly out of order and broken. Very expensive to live here.

On a noisy corner facing Eldridge. Not the problem of the community though. This is something to consider when renting however the location of the apartment. Something on the interior would have been better.

The staff is always really cool to deal with including maintenance. Great pool in the summer and you can even take polar plunges like I do. Good gym. Everyone seems cool when you see them out and about. I like the dog park as well. Good place to live.

The leasing team was very helpful and answered all my questions when touring the complex again. Their process for move-in was very easy only small issue was the conflicting times of the contractors and cleaning crew when getting my apartment ready for me to move in. They made sure to address any of those concerns immediately.

A peaceful community with beautiful nature spots nearby while still being close to everything you need. Can’t beat Kroger right across the street! The trails in walking distance are amazing and the area is easy and fun to bike. Beautiful landscaping and maintenance team is the best, very kind and get to you quickly.

It is the best society to call home. Managment team excelent, i cannot appreciate enough on thier effort. I love this place and people arpund here. Keep up the good work. Over all it’s good but the staff members are not properly responding when you visit the office. Need to follow many times to get the information. They staffs are keep on changing .. every one new and they are saying they don’t know like that

It is a good place to live. Amenities are close by to the complex. The complex is quite large and peaceful. Stuffs are quite efficient in solving problem related to apartment. A stop sign in front the apartment would be helpful for moving out and in the complex as Eldridge is quite busy road. Moving the resident car sensing portal to the middle island from the entrance island would be helpful.
