Move in was difficult since they didn't open to 12 but that is the only complaint I have. Parking is good even on weekends, office staff are always super helpful. They are dog friendly, no dog park in community but 2 nice ones within 10 minutes and lots of grassy areas to walk dogs. The back of the community has stay cats but as a dog owner it's not too big of an issue.

Good quality apartment for reasonable price for the area. Location is great, near Energy Corridor as well as nearby grocery, drug store, restaurants, etc. Good safe and quiet feel. AMLI on Eldridge has provided the perfect home away from home while our house was being repaired due to flooding. We love our small, clean, tidy haven that welcomes us at the end of each work day. We love the trees and planned community areas that surround each building, where we walk our dog daily.

I have found AMLI on Eldridge to be clean, safe, quiet, and well-run. We have enjoyed our stay here. Our specific unit is very nice. We especially enjoy our covered back patio. The walls are well-insulated. Our neighbors are nice. I appreciate the proximity of neighborhood eateries, bank, grocery store, and the walking/biking opportunities on Hersey Park Trail.

I moved here about a month ago and am very happy with my choice. What I have found the most surprising is that given the number of apartments in the complex, I rarely hear traffic or any other noise. I thought with my unit being at the top of the stairs I would hear people all the time and that is not the case. I am very happy with my choice of Amli!

If you have your work close by then only move in here otherwise its not cost effective Never take apartment which is on either side of building, you will have big electricity bills due to continuous running thermostat in winters and AC unit in summers Avoid renting 221 apartment number as the tenants who live about this apartment make lots of noise. The old tenant left apartment because of them and we will leave as well due to same reason and management is not going to do anything about it and mostly they will tell you that you are the first one to complain as such and old tenant had no issues.

We needed a temporary place before finding our new home, and Amli at Eldridge Parkway fit our needs perfectly. With a new baby, we wanted a safe and inviting complex while being close to work in the Energy place checked those boxes and more. Great apartment complex! It is the second time I have had to rent and Amli on Eldridge Parkway has surpassed my expectations. However, the best thing about the complex is the service provided at the Leasing Office. They are AMAZING!

Good location, but apartment quality fading. Management is below average, but some nice people too. If it werent for location, the occupancy rate would be lower. gym and pool are decent, apartment appliances and quality are poor

Multiple break-ins (they pick the locks. Due to two of my neighbors being broken into, I got an alarm. I recommend getting one also), toddler aged kids play in the Parking lot around the times when people are getting back from work, apartment appliance are VERY outdated. Ovens in the bigger apartments don't have timers, if you get an outdated apartment be sure to check the fridge to make sure it is capable of keeping your food cold, pipes in the bathroom in building 12 make the whole bathroom floor and shower vibrate VERY loud, parking sucks after 9pm. Other than that, the staff has been very friendly, the pools have always been clean, the complex is quiet, Amli is a decent complex with great staff.

If I could give them a 0 i would. Originally applied and was given the wrong floor, unreturned calls/emails on 4 consecutive times- finally had it corrected and decided 1 week later not to move in anymore because of the horrible customer service from Sarah Chapin and Aimee the bookkeeper, there are also roaches that were found in the apartment by my work colleague who still lives there. I never received my security deposit back which made no sense since I canceled due to their fault and the unit was off the market for 1 week- I'd suggest everyone apply at the Westmore at Bellaire- bigger apartment, lower price, updated appliances and better customer service.

Would not recommend this location, old and dirty, staff does not enforce rules. Several robberies on property, strangers can come and go as they please. No one to help with delivery packages. All around poor decision on my part

It's a great place to stay. Beside that, the management office, maintenance, and the residents are great people. Also, the place is near a lot of shopping centers such as Walgreen, Kroger and many more. In addition to it, there is a school nearby.

I would not recommend the Amli to anyone. I've read other reviews about how nice they are couldn't be true . The staff attitudes are fake; I went in to the office on a Monday for serious noise issues; obviously they were not aware i was inside the office when i overheard Aimee say to another staff member Quote : where all these ------ and ----- looking people coming from unquote. The other staff person said quote: i dont know what they coming here for unquote. they go in and out your apt. For no reason. I was coming home and saw maintenance and office coming out my apt. They Said they were checking for leaks. I live in first floor apt. The parking is Ok, the overall neighborhood is great. The Amli has no understanding. Breezeways are horrible; landscapers blow debris on first floor patios. So anyone that write a review that's good about the Amli has to be them or someone they know and tell them what to write because Amli is a sheep in wolves clothing

Overall nice apartment complex, lots of families and ethnically diverse. Plenty of parking spaces and large apartment windows to let light in. Sadly there's no individual apartment alarm system, or ceiling fan in the living room. Haven't had any issues yet with noise from upstairs neighbours. Lots of shopping/eating places nearby. Been living here 2 months on my own so far, and haven't seen or heard anything suspicious -- feels pretty safe and I'd be comfortable walking around the complex at night (I'm female). Just keep in mind there's lots of traffic on Eldridge during peak hours, takes ages to cross the lights at intersections. Overall would recommend!

AMLI Eldridge Parkway is located in a safe and aesthetically pleasing community with a variety of restaurants, major banks, personal care and novelty shops. There is a balance between the built environment and manicured greenspace & local trails and parks within walking distance. Popular stores for household goods, auto service and specialty stores are also within walking distance. Major community events are held nearby. The property is 2 miles away from two major thoroughfares to city interloop.

My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment complex around a month ago and so far we love it. The community is clean and the staff is extremely friendly! The only negatives we have noticed are the lack of parking at times as well as the distance from our apartment to the dumpster.
