This place gets robbed by the hour! It's wayyyyyyyyyyyyy over priced, Loaded with rude ----------, the management has this ---------- --- clicky thing going on and you had better be a part of it or suffer the wrath of "------"!

VERY RACIST staff if you are not -------. You will also get robbed, maintenance people keep and eye on everyone and they know exactly what is in your apartment and the schedule you keep. All investigation of people robbed here have pointed to an "inside job" according to police. Just look at the pictures posted of the kicked in door! The infrastructure here is horrible and the water is always out, this is an old and washed out wasteland for robbers with Formica counter tops! LOL OH, notice how there are 4 expert reviews ALL on the same day! management trying desperately to lure you in.

The staff at AMLI on Eldridge Parkway has been extremely professional. They have accommodated our transfer from another AMLI property in Houston seamlessly. The property grounds are clean and well maintained. We look forward to living here.

I have to say that even...
I have to say that even though my stay was only for three months - it was a very pleasureable three months. I had a wonderful one-bedroom on the first floor right behind the main pool. The first week I had a bit of a bug problem but, Texas has a warm climate, bugs are around and well, I was on the first floor. Mostly everyone keeps to themselves but, I met some neighbors quickly. The best part about this facility for me, was its location. Minutes from Katy Freeway, a walk to the grocery store, the gym, and many other nice spots.

The apartments are very...
The apartments are very nice and quiet... I feel safe and if I ever have an issue I can rely on the Staff to help me out. Although I also feel that they are a tad bit overpriced.

Randy in the office went...
Randy in the office went above and beyond all the time anytime I ever needed anything, and is the reason I am taking time to write this highly positive review. The rest of the staff was great also I do not want to leave them out either. I am only moving to be closer to work and family, or else I'd be staying at Eldridge.

At times noisy - more...
At times noisy - more so if you live on a lower floor apartment. Security gates / cards go in and out so always have to have card reprogamed from time to time. Security gates left open at times when still dark out and even during the daylight hours. Pets are welcomed, but those who own pets have a problem picking up after them. Location is great except for morning and after work traffic.

Anyone renting in Houston...
Anyone renting in Houston knows about rent changes based on market value, so I won't go into that. One of the best things I like about this community is that you don't see rows of buildings with lots of apartments next to and on top of each other; some buildings have only 12 units (I'm in a one-bedroom amongst two/three bedrooms, and I have two balconies). It is QUIET. Bus routes: 53, 75 (M-F Add***s to Mission Bend Park and Rides); directly across the street from Walgreens and Kroger, and minutes to Hwy 6 and Hwy 10. There are monthly community events (because I bus to and from work, by the time I get home it's after hours).

Good things about this...
Good things about this community is Its located Near Kroges,Walgreens,Chase Bank, Shell Gas station. Maintenance is quick. Staff is good. But so many cases of Burglary. No ample parking space available. This big community needs 2 Gym. Rent is too high. I was surprised when I saw the bill, they charge $5 monthely for bill generation. Its a joke. I was living there about 1 year. They increased my rent from $1045 to $1210. Its a big surpirse for me. So I decided to move out. I got a very nice appt (2bed+2bath) for $960 inclusive all (water-sewage-trash)

We found we ended up...
We found we ended up paying more rent to Amli than we were to pay and as such left and went to a better place at the same rent. Our account used to get debitted and everytime we asked why they said speak to accounts and well ?

Here's the deal... it's...
Here's the deal... it's a fine place to live. Location's great. Folks that live there are pretty great. But there are two things that stick out to me when I think of our time there. 1. We had an unreasonable number of complaints from our downstairs neighbors about noise. We should drop a book and get a phone call. We would make biscuits and get reported. We would step out of bed and get a knock on the door. We would slide an ottoman three feet across the living room floor and get a broom knock. It was to the point where I realized that not only were our downstairs neighbors unreasonable, the building must not have been built that well. We would do things that the people below us should not have heard... ever. They should never had known that we scooted that ottoman. It was ridiculous. I don't like controversy so I tip-toed for 9 months. No way to live. 2. When we moved out, there was a fairly mean lady that came and inspected our apartment and decided to be very tick=tack with her penalties. She found something wrong everywhere. it is OK (2.5 to 3 star)....
it is OK (2.5 to 3 star). Car entry and exit to the complex is somewhat inconvenient. More gates need to open for both enter/exit. Installing a Hot Sauna will add a good distinction between this complex and others. Road/pavement crack and uneveness is not good safety and unsightly.
