Great community....quite and clean. Staff and maintenance very helpful. Close to 290 and Beltway easy access. Close to Sam Houston Horse track, grocery stores and restaurants.Just a nice area to be in.

Very nice, and friendly I would give it 10 out of 10. The apartment is very clean. I love to take a walk in the apartment complex early in the morning with my wife. It's very safe. Any time I have an issue with my apartment which I rarely have they fix it right away.

This is my second time living at this complex. Very well maintained. Working families, quiet community , beautiful pool, gym and walking trails. The staff is incredible and very accommodating. The maintenance staff also works very well to keep everything looking very nice, in working order, and very clean.

Staff has been helpful. Management keeps project looking good and in good repair. Have only needed one repair and the A/C was fixed the next day after reported. The location works great for me. Keep us the good work.

The community is nice. There has recently been a big push for security with new parking passes and more patrols. The office tends to answer requests quickly and attempt to fix the problem. The maintaincw staff are hard working and get things done in a timely manner.

Pretty good. There was some light staining from the previous occupants being smokers, but this was presented to me before I signed my lease and was shared in good conscience. People are decent, though some like to lay on their horns in the morning. Right next to the beltway so access is pretty good.

Friendly and professional staff made move in a breeze. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The many trees and landscaping give the community a homey feel. The apartment layout, paint choice, and stainless steel kitchen appliances also give it a relaxing "I'm home" atmosphere. We're very happy so far with our decision.

Pet friendly, clean, landscaping well kept, and not too noisy. I wish there was a playground for the kids and equipment at the dog park. No valet trash but there are multiple dumpsters. Parking is adequate.

quiet and good service, the units are spacious and with good distribution, the bathroom and kitchen are large and enough cabinets, lighting,open.But the postal services es not good or safe. and the gates are no very safe and there are many incidents with the doors although they repair them quickly.

Moved in not too long ago so don't have much experience yet, but reeeeally love the management and overall location so far! Very homey! Parking may not be completely easy all the time if you come home late, but it's still not horrible.

Ms. Jones is very helpful and professional. The apartments are safe and clean. They are close to 290 and Beltway 8. The swimming pools are nice and there are community BBQ pits readily available. I like this place.... not a bad stop gap before buying a home.

Clean community, good prices, and friendly staff, security officer in the complex. I just don't like that you hardly get cell phone signal for Verizon Wireless but that's not a community issue. Kroger, CFA, LA Fitness are 5 mins away.

I just moved in, however the community is great. Everything is well kept and it's quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only concern I have is the parking, depending where you live parking can be hard to come by, and they're isn't many places for visitors to park. Other than that I think it's great so far, easy access to shopping and freeways.

I only moved in 2 weeks ago. Everyone in the office has been helpful and courteous. Maintenance request (non-emergency) was handles within 24 hours. So far, I have been please with the decision to move here.
