Manager Antonio and has been great during my process! I relocated from out of state and he has been friendly, informative, and very helpful through it all! From the very first phone conversation to now, Antonio and his staff have been great! Moving is never a 100% smooth process, and to be moving out of state adds more challenges. However, I have been very pleased with the transition with Woodwind! Not to mention the property is very quite, clean, and peaceful!!

Good. But the unit price dropped significantly after I moved in , and I wish if the apartment gym have all working machaines in it. And I wish if the tv in the gym. Works too. I like this apartment and the staff is pretty nice too.

The overall experience is good, except few small issues.Sometimes there are issues with the window shades does not open and close comfortably. And the mesh in the patio is not great. The other big issue is the noise from the AC exhaust fans close to the window. Without these things I could rate this a 5 stars experience.

Overall satisfaction as a current resident is a well 3.5 out of 5 stars. Safety for my spouse was a great concern moving into our first apartment however to this point have had no issues at all. Majority of the community is full of quiet working class people and a minimal amount of active youth/teens.

The staff at this community is very friendly. The grounds are kept nicely and very beautiful. I love this quiet community, and most of all, I am impressed with the quality of the apartment itself. it is spacious, tall ceilings, nice fixtures, and was clean when I moved in. I am very pleased.

Overall good experience. The walls seem a little thin. I am at the front of the complex, so I experience loud engines/motorcycles a lot early in the morning and late and night. The work-out equipment is somewhat outdated, and at least one machine always seems to be out of order/needing service. There are a lot of stray/ferile cats around the community that the property management doesn't really seem interested in getting rid of. The community does not have recycling, which bothers me. And the dumpsters overflow a lot and probably need to be serviced/picked up more frequently.

Apartment is very quiet and safe. The amenities like gym and pool could are not fancy but usable. The staff excepts packages and have a pretty organized system. I do feel like the price is a bit high for the amenities they offer.

I moved to this apartments because of my job and so far I haven't had problem. I like how you can pay your rent online with no problem at all. They always have clean in here and at night is very quiet. No loud neighbors or anything

I love the spacious layout of my apartment and the community. I love the price I pay for my one bedroom! The only thing I wish there was more of, is parking. The garages are limited so the parking spaces are few.

The staff is very friendly. In my opinion the units need to be improved with updated appliances like stoves and counter tops in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The bathroom sinks are dingy and slight cracks. Just hoping for some upgrades.

You should have to building number sign light up because at night, we can not see the building number. I got lost Couple time when I could not find my apartment at night. When I get the different side of gate. Do please have to light to show building number at night.

I like to live here, it is nice and quiet. People in the office is very nice and always willing to help. One thing I think it could be better is more light by the pool area. Common areas are clean and schools around here are really good.

Pleasant and office staff customer service is always great. I hate relocating but it's time for me to give it some serious thought. Because my apartment feels out dated. With white appliances, white counter tops, college size tiny microwave and magnolia tile.
