Good and quiet community. Service requests get completed in a timely manner. The staff take care of requests in a respectable manner as well. The pools is nice and spacious and there is even a tanning room. Close to the beltway, a pharmacy, grocery store and food restaurants.

I've been happy here, for the most part. The office staff is helpful and my maintenance needs have been addressed quickly and skillfully. The grounds are lovely -- it's a pretty place. Most of the neighbors are considerate, but there are a number who are not and that's always unpleasant. There seems little one can do about bad neighbors. So far, I feel safe living here, although there have been 2 robberies in the six months I've lived here and somebody's car exploded in flames in the parking lot. I think pets are a problem, because in spite of the managements efforts, people don't pick up after their dogs, or let them run loose, or even bring them into the pool. I'm going to give up on completing this survey if it's not satisfied with enough of a comment.

I don't have any major complaints. My apartment has served me well and for the most part there is little noises coming from my upstairs neighbors. The complex is mostly kept clean and there is rarely any trash and such strewn about the grounds.

the apt was dirty and the items discussed at the initial walk through were not completed such as broken items in the apt, cleaning needed, and transferring of the washer and dryer. I had never had an issue with this complex and had enjoyed living here previously to this situation in my one bedroom. Hoping things will get better.

Good, not great experience. Staff was temporary when I moved in and met a whole new staff months into my stay there with no warning. New staff is very polite and courteous. Residents don't follow all rules, especially pet rules, many dogs off leash.

The community has a very high turnover. The quality of tenants over the past couple of years has taken a turn for the worst. The noise has increased in our building with every new tenant it seems. This year along we have filled near ten noise complaints because of loud music. The quality of the grounds is still very good, and they are repainting the buildings as I type this. The maintenance team is fantastic and always takes care of us ASAP. We have had some odd problems, a bee infestation for one, and they took care of me as best as they could. The front gate is an issue and needs to be replaced. It constantly breaks, is inoperable for days at a time, and could be a reason for the uptick in theft crime occurring here. The gate definitely needs to be replaced. We won't be renewing our lease here because of the noise, quality of tenants, and the leasing office has some issues with notifying tenants of crime, upcoming events, and handling tenant complaints. I don't regret moving here but our time here is coming to a conclusion.

The service requests are answered very promptly, the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. the inside if the apartment is the best we've rented, in particular the painted walls! Also love the crown molding and wood floss. Very satisfied.

Not happy about being forced to pay for cable. Outside noise in the home is loud. Rent is over priced for location and size of apt. Parking is terrible. Overall apt Scale of 1-10 I give a 3, staff score 9, experience score 3, needs complete overhaul

I have been here only 3 weeks, so far so good...i won't be able to give more information until we've lived here longer...not sure how quiet it will be during the summer months when kids are home from school. But so far the office staff has been very good...no bad experiences yet.

My Experience at this community has been great.. The Service is awesome from the friendly people in the front office to the person who does the actual work.. I have never lived in an apartment before.. MY children enjoy been here and I feel Safe most important of all.

The community is nice and quiet. But the rent has been increasing $50-$60 every year (without fail) and I've been here since 2012. They need to start updating the unit interiors and not only focus on the leasing office, pool area and landscaping.

This has been one of the top complexes that I have lived in. It is well maintained and the pool area is like an oasis in the desert.The complex when I moved in was mainly adult and now has went to a mix of adult and family. The only thing I wish was that separated the family from the adult better

Great place to live. My only complaint about the place is the noise from neighbors. The staff is extremely helpful. The exterior of the complex is well maintained. Parking has not been a problem. Laundry facilities are nice and open 24/7. Overall I would recommend.

The apartment is very nice. I am satisfied with it. The website did not do it justice, as I almost did not continue with it. However I was referred by a friend. The place is amazing. The staff is fun and real! Isra, really helped explain everything to me. The entire staff was helpful. The only thing I do not particularly like is that there are a lot of bees everywhere and lizards in the hallways.

I have lived here for almost 6 years. Great location, quiet and has nice landscaping. It is a comfortable place to live and pet friendly. The office staff has change quite a bit, but are helpful when all is said and done. I would recommend you try this community.
